There are days you feel such a pain, your body aches and creaks like an old ship, trying to sail through a torrential downpour. A vehement, impassioned storm. Your heart is pumping blood throughout your body but that's all it does. It makes you live, without quite living. Every step you take is like walking on eggshells, you must tread carefully so as not to wake the beasts around you, or inside you.
