- Godzilla: Owned by Shogunate Forces, being used as computer/power source for Kiryu project.
- Rodan: Extracted by Gasha, used to create Gyaos and Human Vapour. Vapour plans to steal it?
- Angiras: There may have been small samples collected by G-Force? Unlikely though.
- Legion: G-Force had many samples, but only of soldiers and fliers.
- Varan: Some samples extracted by Carnae Industries, used for medical experiments (Possibly Project Plodex?). Corpse recovered by Harlock, then lost to Hedorah. Harlock still has a few samples, used to make H-Man and Hedorah.
- Mosura: Carnae may have some samples?
- Battra: Studied by G-Force and Tokugawan Military, but how extensively?
- Dorats: Mysterians studied extensively, though much of the research might have been lost. Perhaps Kilaak learned more?
- Doh'G'Orath: Samples recovered by G-Force and Gotengo (mostly Gotengo). Dianii have nebula samples. Nebula is still there, Gasha has used it.
- Yog-beasts: Gezora's body in space, Yog-Essence absorbed by Gigan.
