How to beat a top gen 6 hackmons player

PROTIP: All arceus are normal type unless they have multitype. :I

Start with an unlikely PrankSporer. I used Regigigas, which would normally be used for Huge Power. Give this pokemon safety goggles with spore / parting shot / pursuit / Trick-O-Treat. Be sure to make it a pokemon with high Physical attack.

Now, choose a wonder guarder that corresponds with your prankster spore user. I used Arceus since it's one of the easiest trolling wonder guarders. With access to Multitype, you can trick them into thinking the Arceus is just a normal WGer. Once you pick your WGer, take one more. Make the WonderGuard version of the pokemon have filler and status moves. Nuzzle / parting shot / perish song / aromatherapy, and moves of that sort. The WG arceus got scarfed in the early game, so it was rendered pretty much useless.

Now on to your imposter Wger. Equip your second copy of the pokemon with an ability that would never be thought of to be on that pokemon, at least not in pure hackmons. Again, Arceus is the easiest to work with, as it has acces to multitype. Do not make the ability one that the opponent could tell between the two (i.e. intimidate, imposter, etc) This "Fake Wonderguarder" must only be brought out in dire situations, when the normal Wonder guarder couldn't survive. In the replay above, you can see i used a normal and a ghost arceus. When i thought the opponent would use a Fighting type move, I would switch to the ghost arceus instead of the Normal type one.

Now you want to pick a defensive filler pokemon. In my case, i chose a magic guard giratina. This will be the pokemon which wil house most of your status and supportive moves. You want to keep this pokemon alive as long as you can. It is your main defense against the opponent. You want to run moves that will continually status the opponent, and you can recover easily. I **HIGHLY** suggest a ghost type with a set like I was using. You can switch in from another pokemon to a curse, to easily take no damage. I would use a flame orb in retrospect, as Tryambak could've easily gastro acid-ed me and pursuited me out after taking huge poison damage. RUN MAGIC COAT ON THIS POKEMON.

Now you want a good attacker, with a lot of coverage. I chose a huge power Mewtwo X with coverage moves. You always want to pick your main attacker with your opponents team in mind, whether it's more Glass cannon or stall. I ran Drain punch / gunk shot / knock off / gastro acid. These were just random filler moves, as i had no insight on Trambo's team.
