(Long Answer)[/COLOR][/B] I believe that I am qualified to be an admin on MTA:RP because I have the experience needed to be an admin. I already know most of the commands, and I believe I am prepared to take any challenges since I had enough practice. I have been an admin on MTA:RP before, and I have gained enough experience from that about the server.

(Long Answer) [/COLOR][/B] If I was given admin, I would help improve the playerbase of the server by always supporting players at certain times where the server lacks online admins. I do realise that at this current time, there is a lot of trial admins, but most of them aren't online after 4:00 PM UTC-8:00, this isn't really the server's prime time, there is always around 4 players online at that time, but barely any admins online. I believe that I could help improve by always being there and supporting those players.

  39. [B][COLOR="#2F4F4F"]In your own opinion, describe a problem you see on our server and a way you see to fix it, or at least feel like is a good solution. This can be anything from the Roleplay standards to how mapping looks on the server (minimum of 300 words).[/COLOR][/B] Going back to the timezone thing again, I believe that one of the problems that I see on the server is the lack of players during that time bracket. Between 12:00 AM UTC and 8:00 AM UTC. I believe that this could be solved easily if players were always provided with the support needed, this could help us get more players to play during that time. The more support players get from admins, the more they will like the server and feel satisfied which means that they are going to be more loyal towards the server and be more and more active, and probably invite their friends. This is all theoretical but if players weren't givent he support they request, they will start being unsatisfied with the server and they will stop playing. If they stop playing, there will be less players online, which will discourage others from playing on the server. It's like a domino effect, a few players leave the server, will lead to more players leaving the server, and vice versa, if the server has active players, it will lead to more active players. This could only work if there were more admins online at that time bracket, and since there is usually only one, it is sometimes not enough since they could be busy with something else or not available to be online. That's why there should be more than one available admin at that time to provide support to all the players.

  47. 3. #19- Do NOT Log off to avoid a roleplay situation.

  49. [B][COLOR="#2F4F4F"]Now, take those three rules, and tell me what you would do if someone broke those rules. (These do no determine if you are admin or not, they simply determine your skill level) [/COLOR][/B]
  50. 1. 1st Offense: If someone Metagamed and used OOC in order to get soemthing IC, they get a general warning where they are told not to Metagame. Forexample, making an admin announcement that Metagaming and Sharing your location via PM is against the rules and is Punishable.
  51. 1. 2nd Offense: If the same person repeats their actions and metagames again, they would either get another personal warning where they are PMed not to repeat this offense, or they would get jailed for 20 minutes, depending on their skill level and the amount of hours they have on their account.
  52. 1. 3rd Offense: If a person continues metagaming, after all the warnings they would get a 20 minute jail, or a 30 minute jail, depending on the amount of hours they have, and if they already know the rules or not.

  54. 2. 1st Offense: If a person is reported or found to be powergaming, enforcing roleplay actions on another player, or roleplaying in an unrealistic manner, they would get a personal direct warning where they are either PMed or told not to repeat this action in OOC chat. Then I would ask them to re-rp and supervise the situation to ensure they do not repeat it.
  55. 2. 2nd Offense: If the same player keeps powergaming, then I would either request from them again to not powergame and warn them for the second time to not repeat this action, or give them a 20 minute jail, depending on the player's experience and hour count.
  56. 2. 3rd Offense:If the same player still continues powergaming after being warned 2 times, or being jailed for 20 minutes, then they would either get a 20 minute jail or a 30 minute jail depending on their skills and their hour count. If situation was repeated again, a harsher punishment is going to be given.

  58. 3. 1st Offense: If a player is reported for either logging off or changing character in order to avoid a roleplay situation, they are given 5 minutes to return back to the game, or to the character that they were on (If they changed character, they will be PMed and requested to return on their character). If the 5 minutes pass without the player getting back on, or providing a valid reason to return, they will get their punishment of a 30 minute admin Jail. If they were in an RP situation where they are going to go to PD jail, they still get their punishment of going to PD jail no matter what.
  59. 3. 2nd Offense: If a player continues logging to avoid a Roleplay situation, they get 5 minutes to return to their character that they were on, if they do not return withing 5 minutes, they will be punished with a 50 minute jail.
  60. 3. 3rd Offense:If a player continues logging to avoid RP for the 3rd time, they get their 5 minutes to return on their character, and if they do not return, they get 80 minutes admin jail, and they get /warn.

  71. During your time being admin here, You understand that if you are suspected to be a "Regular" on another server as admin or not, you will be immediately asked to leave. Should you ever be removed from the admin team, You are still under this agreement. Sharing any information that you may have learned during being an admin will not be permitted to be released. You understand that breach of this agreement will mean that you are permanently blacklisted form this community and all your IP's and Serial's be placed on our ban list. Lieing on either this application will result in termination of your admin position, If you have provided us with any personal information (Such as Mobile Phone number) and it changes, you must inform us of this change. If we contact your mobile number and end up sharing confidential information to a stranger, you will be terminated.

Staff acknowledges that, in the course of employment by The Gaming Network, the Employee has, and may in the future, come into the possession of certain confidential information belonging to the Employer including but not limited to trade secrets, customer lists, Customer Information, pricing schedules, profits, methods, processes, or marketing plans. The Employee hereby covenants and agrees that he or she will at no time, during or after the term of employment, use for his or her own benefit or the benefit of others, or disclose or divulge to others, any such confidential information. Upon termination of employment, the Employee will return to the Employer, retaining no copies, all documents relating to the Employers business including, but not limited to, reports, manuals, drawings, diagrams, blueprints, correspondence, customer lists, computer programs, scripts, and all other materials and all copies of such materials, obtained by the Employee during employment. Violation of this agreement by the Employee will entitle the Employer The Gaming Network to an injunction to prevent such competition or disclosure, and will entitle the Employer to other legal remedies, including attorney's fees and costs. If any part of this agreement is adjudged invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining parts shall not be affected and shall remain in full force and effect. This agreement shall be binding upon the parties, and upon their heirs, executors, personal representatives, administrators and assigns. No person shall have a right or cause to cause of action arising out of or resulting from this agreement except those who are parties to it and their successors in interest. This instrument, including any attached exhibits and addenda, constitutes the entire agreement of the parties. No representation or promises have been made except those that are set out in this agreement. This agreement may not be modified except in writing signed by all the parties.
