RD draft rules Aug 2021

RULES:
Drafting:
1. This draft is for 4 players.
2. The game will be played on Easy Mode without transfers.
3. Micaiah, Ike and Sothe will be free for everyone to use.
4. Haar and Jill can be drafted, but they cannot be used until Part 4 (except for Haar in 2-P)

Rules:
1. Undrafted, force deployed units may:
- meatshield (see combat without counterattacking)
- see combat untransformed (laguz only)
- recruit characters
- Rescue and Shove/Smite undrafted characters and NPCs
- trade
- visit houses/villages
- dig up hidden items
2. Undrafted units may not do anything not listed above,
including but not limited to:
- being deployed from the preparations menu
- Rescue/Shove/Smite drafted characters
- building Supports
- opening Doors and Chests.
3. Partner and Other units may do as they please without penalty.

Penalties/Breaks:
1. Undrafted units have a 5 minute penalty, per unit per chapter.
2. Haar has a special 8 minute penalty.
2. You can reset a chapter to avoid a penalty.
3. Every player is entitled 30 minutes of break time ("forced penalty"). If you don't take this penalty during the run it will be added to your final time. This is to incentivize players to take a break when they want to.

2-1: everyone (Nephenee, Brom, Heather)
2-2: Lucia

3-1: Titania
3-6: Black Knight
3-9: Geoffrey
