  1.
  2.
  3. Also remember a good strategy recorded severely lowers practice times if you intend to relearn in that area. Also strategizing like this can decrease the amount you have
  4.
  5. to re-practice(brush up on rusty areas), but nonetheless practice in general is a vital and insurmountable neccessity.
  6.
  7.
  8. Use these techniques toward accuiring knowledge in depth...
  9.
  10.
  11. 1: Understanding the basic idea or concept by getting key facts or definitions. Bigger things to smaller things. Big ideas to smaller info to fine details.
  12.
  13. 2: Repitition, doing it over and over again.... You can learn subconsciously. Also doing it routinely over long periods of time making learning engraved.
  14.
  15. 3: Practice and or practical application, seeing the instructions and how to's of going through applications and such and performing it yourself. Trial and error/Practice makes perfect.
  16.
  17. 4: Sights, sounds, and images.... If drilled in the mind the subconsious brings it up on key as familiarity.
  18.
  19. 5. Organization, prioritizing segments of knowledge to learn at a time piece by piece. Not everything at once.(Quicker but less thorough learning:Italisized words and brief descriptions over details) Smaller things make up bigger things but bigger concepts
  20.
  21. help pass tests and put you in the neighborhood of figuring out the other stuff after. Starting smaller to bigger is slow but thorough, bigger to smaller quick but not so thorough initially.
  22.
  23. 6. Motor skills and cognitive functions not learned in text book but described. (hands on) This learning can be sequenced, prioritized and set to be learned via repition(practice). Trial and error/Practice makes perfect.
  24.
  25.
  26. 7. Cementing: learning like a day job it becomes natural(mind memory and muscle memory). (combination of basic to fine ideas, repitition, sights, sounds, images, motor skills, and organization)+ forced daily
  27.
  28. routine. **(ONLY PRACTICAL FOR JOBS AND HOBBIES)** Hobbies: alternative desciption for those who love work and work additional 10-20 hrs. per week.
  29.
  30.
  31. Study and learning skills:
  32.
  33.
  34. Nook and cranny metaphor: Understanding the finest details of everything that is humanly possible to learn in that area(which may take serious time).
  35.
  36. Or, better said... The better you understand the fine details the better you will be able to paint the big picture.
  37.
  38.
  39.
  40. Mind Boost
  41.
  42.
  43.
  44.
  45. The drug called addium(not-illegal+no side effects), will be used to increase both energy and rate of learning via increasing something concerning
  46.
  47. nuerological matters in terms of receptors and the speed in which they work. Nonetheless I came up with this metaphor to describe learning in terms of college.
  48.
  49. You go through an orange orchard with a basket collecting oranges. Each orange counts as an ascertained concept. Overtime your basket becomes full and you become
  50.
  51. proficient in the said subject. This addium(metaphorically), drastically increases the rate in which the mind is able to process information i.e. collecting oranges.
  52.
  53. This is vital for being able to maintain a 4.0 full-time with full time work in any situation perhaps even overtime hence you would need less time to study
  54.
  55. and be energetic enough to take on tasks.
  56.
  57. Purchase the drug named addium to ehance learning functions...
  58.
  59. Doctors say it's like viagra for your brain...
  60.
  61. If this is secured a full time work perhaps overtime and full time school is possible.
  62.
  63. This will decrease the amount of time it takes to get to NASA by 4 years via the maximum amount of time to remain in school
  64.
  65. and retain above a 3.5 GPA with moderate difficulty or higher was set at 3 quarter time. But with this drug enhancing learning functions
  66.
  67. it may drastically reduce learning times in combination with optimized elite studying notes.
  68.
  69. Every edge we can get must be gained, retained, and put into practice.

  74.
  75.
  76.
  77. Mind Efficiency:
  78.
  79.
  80.
  81. This idea stems from the fact that video games can decrease the chances for alzheimers via it's hand eye co-ordinative and cognitive functions strengthening the minds
  82.
  83. functions.
  84.
  85. Using this as support and knowing that there is also two sides of the brain and for the right handed peole more often their right arm is better than their left also
  86.
  87. for left handed people the opposite is true. Assuming that mental exersize is effective through the co-ordinative and cognitive tasks is used to reinforce the none dominant hand
  88.
  89. we can improve the mind's overall output though inspecific to as how this works via a medical description(so not a PHD's)
  90.
  91. More research is to be done. Aything that makes the level of difficulty to achieve lower is to be considered an eventual priority from the standpoint that
  92.
  93. the lower the difficulty of a said task(s) the higher the probability those tasks will be achieved.
  94.
  95.
  96. Mind Workload: Keeping in mind the brain itself is a muscle and eventually tires after a given period of intense concentration.
  97.
  98. Say that for instance, a chapter in a book takes 1 hour to read through casually.
  99.
  100. Say that in addition to this you must cover 8 chapters within a given period before the test date.
  101.
  102. CHances are, that unless your megamind or Einstein himself it may appear more difficult to concentrate as those hours rack up
  103.
  104. escpecially without breaks if you decide to take up much in the beginning or much in the end.
  105.
  106. In a situation where you must thoroughly cover material in order to have precision it is wise to break these apart in increments.
  107.
  108. Else if you haul behind and a workday's hours worth of study without much rest your doing yourself a diservice.
  109.
  110. It is apparent I could have just said... "Don't cram", but I know precision leads to victory so it is important to note the fine details can make
  111.
  112. all the difference.
  113.
  114.
  115. Here is a rule of thumb:
  116.
  117. For every hour of study have 10 minutes of break.
  118.
  119. The "goldilocks zone" is at or under 2 hour increments of study per day(giving that good old cranium muscle a break{That's if you can mantain the academic performance)
  120.
  121. It is ideal to not make above 2 hour studying commonplace(unless that's your thing).
  122.
  123.
  124. Rule of thumb #2
  125.
  126. Work ethic will increase time spent on trial and error which will increase the likelyhood of potentially successful and unssuccessful results.
  127.
  128.
  129. Rule of Thumb #3
  130.
  131.
  132. In any given skill there can be a given number of variables to learn.... Having to learn alot of variables can mean inconsistency is possible.
  133.
  134.
  135.
  136.
  137.
  138.
  139. For studying guides #2:
  140.
  141. Do them over and over and over and over again..... Look over the answers memorize....
  142.
  143. Then do them over and over and over again... Practice process of elimination.... Which comes from knowing the material but eliminating similar distinctions.
  144.
  145.
  146.
  147. Scientific Method and Muscle Memory
  148.
  149. Scientific method is a body of techniques for investigating, acquiring new knowledge, and correcting and integrating previous knowledge(not simplistic)(not the notes in this document but kind of similar).
  150.
  151.
  152. Muscle memory is the body memorizing any function (positive or negative) through sheer repitition(Things can fade from muscle memory over time(Refer to triangle comprehension).
  153.
  154.
  155.
  156.
  157. Skill building and degradation(via muscle memory):
  158.
  159. The concept of skill building and degradation is accumulation of a skill or ability and the amount of time it degrades after you stop cold turkey. So say after 3 months (after strenuous training you casually eat and no abrupt change in diet or activity
  160.
  161. other than training) you barely attained the 18 minute 3 mile with high fatigue... So after being gung ho to reach a certain point with high discipline it took a given
  162.
  163. amount of time for you to lose your proficency.
  164.
  165. So lets say with tried and proven elite strategies that it(metaphorically) puts you at the halfway point in terms of you restarting(experience + recorded experience),
  166.
  167. So lets say it takes you, with only tried and proven elite strategies.... 3 months to gain.... and 3 months to start to loose. With no more than a week off per month.(Which is
  168.
  169. re-added in the end).
  170.
  171. Everything ahead of tried and proven elite strategies is trial and error and recording of what works and discarding of what does not work. Meaning that there should be
  172.
  173. caution in new areas and confidence in old established areas. This means swiftness and confidence is highly acceptable when it comes to road already treaded.
  174.
  175.
  176.
  177. Highlighting Self Education or S.E.
  178.
  179. so as to be compatible with the complete intent of becoming a astronaut(i.e. 3 months to complete a textbook regarding said area using rudal tactics
  180.
  181. as not to divert from primary intent of becoming an astronaut).
  182.
  183. In the event there are serious and efficient logistical implications it will be considered keeping in mind with any proffesional it takes them time to be that professional.
  184.
  185. If it can be executed expediently and on terms not burdening to the dream job pursuit it will be considered.
  186.
  187. Also the serious motivation to pursue inventive strategies is it may serve to have serious logistical implications but nonetheless this cannot burden complete intent.
  188.
  189. Meaning: If tempting to change college courses and do business with some success in an invention DO NOT! For it will require a whole order of magnitude more such.
  190.
  191. as a whole degree to efficiently handle a business... Rather seek to consilidate scientific ideas to deal decisive "permanent logistical exploitations" meaning
  192.
  193. one of your ideas was a hit.... You get 1-10% of the revenue from it. Period under contract. After patent/copyright. Use this income and divert that route(requiring life
  194.
  195. energy). Alternatively: seek support from space X and the company that produces VASMIR engines. Also, make your PROVED ideas public knowledge on a youtube page
  196.
  197. and push to have the page boom.
  198.
  199. In order to succeed extraordinarily in a field(be a genius) the rule of thumb was 10 years or 10,000 hours.
