Abysmal Spirit conveys mediocrity and is an insult to the characters. It is even worse than Abyssal at conveying a skill that boosts Darkness.
Abyssal: of or relating to an abyss
Abyss: a deep or seemingly bottomless chasm. the regions of hell conceived of as a bottomless pit.
Abysmal: extremely bad; appalling.

Appeased Spirit is not a pinch ability, so it should not use the "Foo Spirit" naming scheme those use. What was wrong with Ghost Whisperer?

Frozen Hell is not referring to hell. It's SRikako's main STAB, she's a scientist not a demonologist. The animation is a ring of icicles surrounding the target, like a prison. It also mucks up the Ice moves. Ideal TLs here IMO would be:
アイスコフィン - Frozen Coffin - (80 BP Focus)
アイスエイジ - Ice Age - (95 BP Spread)
氷獄 - Ice Prison - (95 BP Spread)

Great Flame Spear sounds more impressive than Blaze Spear

Kikusui is also a cactus. Can we not romanize this? Imperial Blade would work for the symbol of the emperor shtick.

Lightning Blade sounds awfully generic to be a Naruto reference. It's also less sword and more actual electricity in its users (Elis, Gengetsu)

On Fire -> Flaming Garment/Burning Garment? Would be nice to keep the implication that Mokou is igniting all of the Kaguya puppets. (Even if it's not actually there it's exactly the sort of whimsy this setting calls for)
