- Description: Jessie had just left work when she got caught in a cloudburst. She saw Catoe, who was wearing a chauffeur's cap, driving by and thinking he was a taxi, got in. He drove her to a nearby garage, where he r*ped and strangled her, before discarding her nude body in another garage 10 blocks away. He later confessed to multiple r*pes and murders.
