  6. Dear Citizens Of The World,
  7. We Are The Hackers Army
  8. The Last guard of the USSR, Mikhail
  9. Gorbachev, once described
  10. Afghanistan as "a bleeding wound."
  11. Even after Russians left Afghanistan, it
  12. is still bleeding but now due to nine
  13. years of cruel war by the world's number one rogue state, the US and its
  14. coalition forces. Historically there are
  15. three major red spots on the world
  16. map that can unequivocally be termed
  17. as "bleeding wounds." The first most
  18. and never-ending tragic saga is Palestine. While Afghanistan occupies
  19. the second place, Kashmir, once an
  20. independent royal kingdom, takes the
  21. third place. They are placed so
  22. because of how the people living
  23. there are oppressed and struggling to carry out even their daily chorus.
  24.
  25. Like Palestine, Kashmir is
  26. geographically situated at a strategic
  27. point in terms of geo-political
  28. importance. While leaving India in
  29. 1947, the British colonial rulers
  30. divided the Indian sub-continent into two countries on religious lines. One
  31. was Muslim-dominated Pakistan and
  32. the other was Hindu-dominated India.
  33. It was part of the famous British tactic
  34. of controlling colonies, "Divide And
  35. Rule." In between lay Muslim- dominated Kashmir, ruled at the time
  36. by a Hindu king (Raja Hari Singh). To
  37. the north of Kashmir there was
  38. Communist China and USSR. To the far
  39. east there was US ally Japan to be
  40. protected from communist danger. Such a strategic location prompted
  41. British colonial rulers and their future
  42. boss, the US, not to grant independent
  43. status to Kashmir. Instead they left the
  44. choice to the feudal king Hari Singh.
  45.
  46. Meanwhile, Pakistan’s mercenaries
  47. entered Kashmir from the northwest.
  48. Kashmir requested help from India to
  49. save its independent status. The
  50. Indian Prime Minister made an
  51. agreement with Kashmir that three ministries would be controlled by
  52. India, Kashmir would retain its
  53. independence status with other
  54. ministries, and a plebiscite would be
  55. held in Kashmir after Pakistan’s
  56. mercenaries were defeated to allow the Kashmiri people to choose for
  57. themselves whether to align with
  58. India or Kashmir or to remain
  59. independent. Indian forces entered
  60. Kashmir. The UN was called in and
  61. after a lot of deliberations and discussions with the mediation of the
  62. UN, a line called the Line of Control
  63. (LoC) was drawn, dividing Kashmiris
  64. and their land between India and
  65. Pakistan. While a quarter of Kashmir
  66. land went to Pakistan as "Pak- occupied Kashmir" or "Azadi
  67. Kashmir," three quarters went to
  68. India. The plebiscite was then
  69. opposed by Pakistan but welcomed
  70. by India.
  71.
  72. From then on Kashmir remained a
  73. problem for India, but the aspirations
  74. of Kashmiris to remain independent
  75. were conveniently forgotten by Indian
  76. rulers. When the leader of the
  77. Kashmiris, Sheik Abdullah, asked the Indian Prime Minister about plebiscite
  78. and self-rule, he was brutally jailed.
  79. The Kashmiris’ beloved leader Sheik
  80. Abdullah remained in Indian jails for
  81. 17 years for asking to implement the
  82. agreement reached between India and Kashmir.
  83.
  84. The Indian people were and are being
  85. Misinformed about Kashmir. They
  86. were never informed that Kashmiris
  87. belong to a separate race called
  88. "Kashmiri." Kashmir is a nation. It has
  89. every right to exist as a country as per its centuries of history. This was not
  90. told to the Indian people. They were
  91. taught that Kashmir is one of the states
  92. of India. The Unknown fact to Indian
  93. people is that Kashmir had a president
  94. as head of the state and a prime minister as head of the government,
  95. like India and Pakistan have, for five
  96. plus years. As per the expansionist designs of the Indian rulers all facts
  97. were buried in the pages of history.
  98.
  99. Sheik Abdullah died in jail, but the
  100. National aspirations of the Kashmir
  101. people did not. They continued to
  102. fight. They are now branded as
  103. separatists. Whenever Kashmir people
  104. tried to cross the LoC, they were branded infiltrators or militants or now
  105. terrorists to be killed by either the
  106. Indian or Pakistan armies. Kashmir
  107. militancy reached its peak from 1989
  108. on wards. India says now that the
  109. Kashmiri people want Pakistan. Traditional hatred towards Pakistan
  110. that is fed by the interests of Indian
  111. rulers, made Indians hate Kashmiris
  112. for being separatists. But what
  113. Kashmir people really want is
  114. independence from India and Pakistan. This fact was demonstrated
  115. several times during agitations and
  116. demonstrations of Kashmiris. It is not
  117. reported in the media. So what the
  118. government sells is believed by th
  119. e Indian masses.
  120.
  121. Now, Kashmir people are not fighting
  122. with guns so as to be oppressed by
  123. the Indian army easily. They are
  124. fighting with empty hands. They are
  125. fighting with stones. They are fighting
  126. with processions, hartals, strikes, and with every means available to them,
  127. but not with guns. If there is any
  128. Indian government presence in
  129. Kashmir, it is the Indian police, CRPF,
  130. and the Indian army. During the
  131. uprising of Kashmir between 1990 and 2009, thousands if not hundreds
  132. of thousands of Kashmiri youth were
  133. eliminated. The reason offered was
  134. they were militants, separatists, and
  135. now terrorists. Due to the killing of
  136. Kashmiri people by the army in the last decade of the last millennium, the
  137. demographic picture of Kashmir has
  138. changed radically. Finding a
  139. bride groom for a Kashmiri girl has
  140. become difficult. The army has killed
  141. several youngsters under the guise of militancy. They were just disappeared.
  142.
  143. After the last census conducted by the
  144. Indian government in 2001, the
  145. demographic statistics of all the states
  146. of India were published but Kashmir’s
  147. statistics were with held. If they were
  148. made public the government could not have offered a satisfactory reason
  149. for the wide gap between number of
  150. males and females. The female
  151. population was found to be
  152. irrationally greater than the male
  153. population. Even now the Kashmir census for 2001 is not available
  154. publicly on any platform, such was the
  155. effect of the brutal oppression carried
  156. out by the Indian government in
  157. Kashmir.
  158.
  159. In last two to three months, more than
  160. 60 people were killed in Kashmir by
  161. security forces. Even boys and girls
  162. under the age of 15 are not spared.
  163. The home minister, Mr. P.
  164. Chidambaram, declares that he suspects militants with guns hiding
  165. behind agitating people. But he could
  166. not show a single shot fired from
  167. people. There are only people. There
  168. are boys, girls, mothers, housewives,
  169. shop owners, businessmen, and even Kashmiri police (some are dismissed
  170. for participating in demonstrations)
  171. who took to the streets shouting, “Go
  172. India, go back!” Curfew, never ending
  173. curfew, has become the order of the
  174. day. Some security forces’ men in (fewer than 10) got killed by stone
  175. pelting, but not with guns.
  176.
  177. Some say if Kashmir is given freedom it
  178. will become a hub of terrorists. Question is does terrorism develop by
  179. itself from the air or the universe? It
  180. has been the result of oppressive
  181. regimes. It has been the result of forgotten national aspirations of
  182. certain historical races descended
  183. from history. It has been the result of
  184. greed of a few international business
  185. cartels, syndicates, TNCs, and MNCs. It
  186. has been the result of the marginalization of people belonging
  187. to certain religions, regions, colors,
  188. races — you name it.
  189.
  190. Historically there has been only one
  191. person who resolved the national
  192. question. He was Vladimir Lenin, who
  193. enshrined in the constitution that
  194. nationalities are free to get their own
  195. country if they do not like to be with the USSR. The Baltic republics first
  196. separated but rejoined the USSR within
  197. three years. One can only solve the
  198. nationality question by respecting the
  199. aspirations of the people but not by
  200. using force. The Time Has Come!!!
  201.
  202. You Can Imprison Our Kashmiri
  203. Brothers But You Cannot Imprison Our
  204. Hope.
  205. We Will Fight Till The End , And We
  206. Are Coming To Take Revenge.
  207.
  208. We Are Not Afraid To Die Because
  209. Whenever Death May Surprise Us, Let It
  210. Be Welcome If Our Battle Cry Has
  211. Reached Even One Receptive Ear And
  212. Another Hand Reaches Out To Take Up Our Cause...
  213.
  214. We Are The Hackers Army,
  215. We Are Not A Liberators,
  216.
  217. We Defend The OPPRESSED, and
  218.
  219. FIGHT
  220.
