What exactly do you think you were banned for?

I think it was because I am accused of being Pseudo and attempting to scam Arctic.


Why so you think the ban was invalid?

I think this ban was invalid purely on the basis that I am not Pseudo. I have tried my best to prove to you all that I am not Pseudo including getting Pseudo in a voice chat with me and staff but I am still yet banned for being Pseudo. Another reason I think I was banned was because of users reporting me attempting to scam. I have not been caught scamming, neither have I scammed ever in the 3+ years I have been here. A few months ago, I decided to do some scam pranks to test users for fun when I was bored. I chose random users from the discord and asked them if they would help me scam X user. Most of these pranks have been with Kurt Kobain, I asked him if I could use him as a fake scam target and he said yes to this. We pranked many people, like Freaker, Alex and Eric Cartman. It was all jolly good banter. Unfortunately, a few days ago, I was banned because of a prank I pulled on the discord because I was bored out of my mind. I just randomly posted "I'm scamming $3000, DM me if you want to help" as a joke, not thinking anyone would reply as most people knew I was a prankster. However, some guy by the name of WilliamPawley dmed me and asked if I was really scamming $3000, I decided to bait him and see how far I could prank him. So I told him "Yeah I'm scamming $3000 from a vermie" and he asked me who, as he said this, I was going through my rep, trying to think of old memories and I was picking a high rep user from my rep list to use as a fake target. The first recent high rep user I found was Arctic Monkeys so being the utter moron that I am, I decided to use him without even asking him. So then this user started to question me, saying he didn't want to take part and then I asked what's your verm and PayPal and then he posted it and said he had added me on his alt. I stopped replying after this as I had to go and I wanted to leave him in suspense. The next morning I woke up, checked verm and saw I was banned for being Pseudo. I started laughing, thought it was a prank and that verm was down. I went to discord for answers and first thing I was was hundreds of dms asking if I was Pseudo and then I was scared. I scrolled down to the verm discord so I could see what was going on but alas, I was banned. Then I went to Mithra to ask what was going on and he called me Pseudo and yada yada we talked for a while and I was trying to prove my innocence but it was going to hell, I couldn't prove anything. Then someone sent me screenshots of the guy who dmed me, WilliamPawley and said he reported me. I was like what, I baited this guy and he said yes, he even said he added me with his alt. So I went to our dms to show Mithra the full story but the guy had deleted the parts where he posted his verm and PayPal and how he added me on an alt. If I recall, his verm was on either 0 rep or -4 rep. Then I attempted my hardest to prove that I was not Pseudo, being that all the odds were not in my favor. Then, Pseudo himself dmed me and asked me why was I impersonating him and I explained things to him and he tried to help provide proof that I was not him but nobody listened, he even was willing to get in voice chat with me and staff but nobody was bothered. After the ban, I asked Arctic what the hell happened and why didn't he contact me before reporting me, I told him it was a prank. I had no idea he actually had $3000 and I had not spoke to him for months, I barely even knew Arctic at all. So far this is all I have to say, hopefully I can provide more but please, I hope you consider this appeal and forgive me, I made a stupid mistake that has cost me so much and I am asking for forgiveness even though I know there must be no way the odds will be in my favor.
