  53. George and Harold are two imaginative pranksters who make the depressing Jerome Horwitz School a better place. They hypnotize their nemesis, the mean-spirited principal Mr. Krupp. He transforms into the incredibly clueless yet kind-hearted and enthusiastic superhero named Captain Underpants. Even without the mean principal, they discover that having Captain Underpants comes at a steep price. Meanwhile, Professor Poopypants tries to eliminate laughter with the school snitch Melvin, and George and Harold discover that there may be more to Mr. Krupp than they had originally thought.
  54. 2 overly imaginative pranksters named George and Harold hypnotize their principal into thinking he's a ridiculously enthusiastic, incredibly dimwitted superhero named Captain Underpants.
  55. This is not a good movie by any means. The characters are pretty annoying and the animation does not work, despite it trying to pander to the original comics. The voice actors are just unbearable, and you just don't care about the dumb plot. It's not 'The Nut Job' bad but still quite bad in itself.

In this era where USA need more people willing to go to wars, they need first to make kids insolent, ignorant and that have only 1 thought - that its OK to hark people... This propaganda cartoon is showing kids that its OK to do wrong things, that school and education is bad, teachers and good kids that learn are caricatured with sinister laughs, so they look bad. At beginning after they created havoc and chaos in school, they even say "good has triumph the evil..." putting kids head that being evil and insolent is good... Total disaster.
  57. The story of Captain Underpants is funny, fresh and frantic, playing with format and genre, adding meta, self-reflective winks. The film is propelled by its hyperactive energy and quirky style...and the combustible chemistry between the two leads.
