When I was younger I developed an interest in computers. As I have used them more over several years I developed certain interests within the broad subject of computing. I have been very interested in Computer Programming. I have a good understanding of some object-oriented programming languages such as Java and C++ and I think my knowledge prior to the course will help me once we start as I will already understand a lot of it. I would like to come to Blackburn University Center to learn more about computer programming, developing computer games and software development as I wish to pursue this as a career once I leave university.

I also have an interest in Computer Networking, I’m currently studying networking at Blackburn College but I have decided once I pass and complete my course, I would like to go on to study Programming instead at university with the option of one day maybe going back to university to complete a networking course.
