  1. >'What are you even doing?'
  2. >That's a great question, with a simple enough answer.
  3. >You're sitting on your bed, holding a steamed cloth to a naked woman's head.
  4. >She's asleep, and you're completely baffled as to where she came from.
  5. >Why she was outside in the snowstorm was even more confusing, as she...well she was barely clothed.
  6. >She seemed to know you, but had passed out as soon as she'd said something.
  7. >To say you were concerned would be an understatement, but another part of you felt apprehensive around her.
  8. >You weren't sure what it was, but that was a bit inexplicable.
  9. >Pulling yourself to what amounted to your feet, you looked out the window at the falling snow.
  10. >You are Anonymous.
  11. >Retired soldier with a rather simple set of problems, and another rather complex set of problems.
  12. >Sighing, you began to step away and move back into your main hallway.
  13. >Shuffling along through the darkness, you came to a small desk that was on the side of the hall itself.
  14. >Fumbling about, you found the switch on the lamp, and turned it on.
  15. >It was a muted light, but it was enough to create a warm glow.
  16. >You turned to continue into the living room, but stopped yourself.
  17. >Glancing at a picture on the desk, you picked it up by the edge of the frame.
  18. >It was one of you and your daughter Lilly when she had just turned four.
  19. >She was laughing as you held her.
  20. >She'd put makeup all over your face and her own, but you were laughing in the image as well, as alive then as you'd ever felt while around your angel.
  21. >Setting the still-image back down, you turned and continued onwards.
  22. >Once in the kitchen, you went to a door in the corner and pulled it open.
  23. >The view into your basement was somewhat ominous from here, but you were still renovating it.
  24. >Trudging down the wooden steps, you found the chain hanging down two stairs in and pulled it.
  25. >A powerful lightbulb illuminated the rest of the trek down, as well as some of the cellar.
  26. >Once down there, you began to rummage through some dusty boxes.
  27. >Digging around, you found the one you were looking for.
  28. >'Olivia's Clothes,' it read.
  29. >Your ex wife had left a number of her old clothes with you, and you'd not taken the time to get rid of them.
  30. >At least now that...weird woman in your house would have something to wear.
  31. >Picking up the box, you walked back upstairs, doing your best to keep quiet.
  32. >The house had an almost eerie silence to it right now, but you continued to keep your paranoia on lockdown.
  33. >As you made it into your front room though, you a flash of light from outside caught your attention.
  34. >Setting the box down, you went to your front door and yanked it open.
  35. >Looking outside, nothing remained that could have caused it.
  36. >You didn't have any neighbors within a quarter mile of you.
  37. >A tingling feeling on the back of your neck spoke volumes though.
  38. >There was something going on here, and your body could feel it.
  39. >Flicking your porch lights on, you stepped out into the naked night.
  40. >The snow still fell silently, a specter in the wake of your personal world.
  41. >Trudging off of your porch and into the snow, you looked around.
  42. >There were no streetlamps along this road for at least a few miles, and the closest neighbors all had their lights off.
  43. >In fact, they wouldn't even be home for another week.
  44. >Searching at the edge of the light, you saw an odd form, just outside of the illuminated area.
  45. >Squinting, you kept still as you attempted to identify it.
  46. >...
  47. >It was a person.
  48. >Your heightened senses were beginning to let themselves be known, and your heart began to pound heavily in your chest.
  49. >Someone else was out here?
  50. >Rushing forward, you came across the body of another young woman.
  51. >She was on her side, but as you flipped her onto her back, you looked around.
  52. >She didn't respond, but you also weren't attacked by anything else.
  53. >Checking her for any wounds or blood, you found nothing.
  54. >Scooping her up, you walked with a purpose back to your house.
  55. >Once inside, you set her down on your couch and started a frantic search.
  56. >Grabbing some towels from your bathroom, you began to dry her off, ignoring her nudity.
  57. >Once she was dry, you lit up your fireplace and began to bundle her in blankets.
  58. >Her breathing was steady, but she was cold.
  59. >Examining her, you found quite a number of oddities.
  60. >Though, this seemed to be the night for that.
  61. >Her hair was every color of the rainbow, and it ran all the way down to the small of her back. Though, her eyebrows were brown.
  62. >Everything else about her seemed...too perfect. Flawless skin. Well toned muscles. Though, she was also a slight thing.
  63. >She couldn't have been more than five foot three.
  64. >Once you were satisfied that she was alive, you went back into your bedroom.
  65. >The other woman was still asleep, but you also felt the need to check on her as well.
  66. >She was warming up nicely as well, and had no signs of hypothermia or any other severe ailments.
  67. >Moving back into the living room again, you began to administer steamed cloths to the rainbow haired woman's forehead.
  68. >Making sure that the house was warm and that she wouldn't succumb to the cold environment she had previously been subjected to.
  69. >On top of that though, you made sure to lock all of your doors and keep your handgun nearby at all times.
  70. >No telling what was going on.
  71. >Turning your attention back to the girl on your couch, you began to consider calling the police.
  72. >Was she a fugitive?
  73. >What about the purple haired girl?
  74. >Maybe they knew each other?
  75. >Bouncing these things around in your head, you found your cell phone and looked at it for a time.
  76. >It'd take them a while to get out here, and the snowstorm was picking up.
  77. >You were unsure as to the origin of these women, but you felt that their arrival wasn't necessarily a good thing.
  78. >In fact, it was downright the most unusual thing that you'd experienced.
  79. >Well, save for some of the things you did in the barracks when you were fresh and new.
  80. >Or in college.
  81. >But that was a different context entirely.
  82. "Seriously, who the fuck..."
  83. >Mumbling to yourself, you proceed to consider your options.
  84. >You'd make sure they were healthy and okay for the night, but call the police in the morning.
  85. >For now, you'd insure they were okay.
  86. >Moving into your kitchen, you took all of the knives and hid them away in a single drawer.
  87. >No reason for them to have an easy chance at attacking you if they DID turn out to be nuttier than squirrel shit.
  88. >Noting the time, you eventually settled in yourself after looking the girls over once more.
  89. >You'd sleep light for a few hours at any rate.
  90. >Didn't want to take many chances with them in the case they did want to hurt you.
  91. >Going to your large recliner, you sat down and kicked back, keeping your eyes facing the rest of the room as you resigned yourself to sleep.
  92. >At least it was something to do for a day.
  93. >Hadn't felt this alive in a while.
  94. "Maybe I do live for weird shit."
  95.
  96.
  97. >Your eyes snap open as you hear a thud, rousing you from your sleep.
  98. >Scanning the room, you see that the rainbow-haired girl was out on the couch, but she was breathing.
  99. >Standing up, you stretch and work the kinks out of your neck and back.
  100. >Ugh.
  101. >Getting old.
  102. >Moving along, you did your best to stay quiet as you headed for the bedroom.
  103. >It was still dark outside, but natural light was beginning to appear.
  104. >Noting this as you moved, you heard a moan from down the hallway.
  105. >Steeling yourself, you pushed open the door to your bedroom.
  106. >The sight that was before you was...almost expected based on the sounds you'd heard.
  107. >The purple-haired woman was on the the floor, her knees a little rug-burned.
  108. >She probably tried getting out of bed but found herself without the strength to go far.
  109. "You alright?" you inquired, doing your best to ignore her state of nudity.
  110. >Her eyes flicked up to your face, but her expression was one of excitement, not of fatigue.
  111. >"Anon!" she croaked.
  112. >Not this shit again.
  113. >Leaning down, you pull her up and put her back on the bed.
  114. >She tried to struggle, attempting to hug you.
  115. >Pushing her off, you wrapped her up in blankets.
  116. >As she tried to start talking, you shush her.
  117. "I don't know how you know my name, but please sit here. Don't move. I'll bring you some water. On top of that, don't try talking for now."
  118. >You kept your words forceful, but you felt a bit more in control of the situation because of it.
  119. >She nodded as you moved away, confusion clear in her expression.
  120. >As you left the room, you began to shake your head.
  121. >You really didn't know what to do in a situation like this.
  122. >Not that you were socially awkward, but you couldn't hammer your point hard enough.
  123. >This was fucking weird.
  124. >Go figure you're still in your kitchen, getting a glass of water for the naked stranger in your house.
  125. >One of them.
  126. >Looking over at the couch you see the other girl.
  127. >She'd shifted onto her side, but still seemed to be content with her current situation.
  128. >Moving towards her, you placed your palm on her forehead.
  129. >Her temperature was stable, if a little warm.
  130. >She was still rather bundled up, but the fireplace itself held nothing more than light sparks and cinders.
  131. >Moving back to your central hallway, you began to consider what you might ask this woman.
  132. >Maybe she'd have some answers for you.
  133. >Maybe.
  134. >Steeling yourself, you made your way into your room and shut the door behind you.
  135. >Facing the woman, your eyes met.
  136. >You kept a hard gaze as you brought the glass to her.
  137. >She didn't reach out for it, but that was fine.
  138. >You helped her sit up and let her slowly drink from it, doing your best to not spill it.
  139. "Now, why did I find you outside of my home in the middle of a snowstorm? Who are you?" you inquired.
  140. >Two questions that seemed simple enough would be fine.
  141. >As you brought the glass away from her mouth though, she looked at you as though you just kicked her puppy through a window.
  142. >"Y-you mean you d-d-don't recognize me?" she sputtered, a wild look appearing in her eyes.
  143. "I'm pretty sure I'd remember someone that looked like you, if I'd ever met you." you respond simply, posturing yourself in a way to let her know she needed to calm down. "Now answer the question."
  144. >At this, she clams up for a short time, before deigning to respond with a whisper.
  145. >"I'm your wife."
  146. "Hah. Not sure where you got that notion from," you replied, scoffing at such a ridiculous statement. "I've only had one, and trust me, you aren't her."
  147. >"I am your wife Anon! Y-you just don't...remember it!"
  148. >Shaking your head, you giggled.
  149. >It was such a childish reaction on your part, but it was such an absurd thing to say.
  150. >She frowned and looked down, pulling her arms out of the confining blankets.
  151. >She studied her hands with what looked to be wonder, before biting her lip and looking back up at you.
  152. "Hoboy, alright if you won't answer that one seriously, why are you here?" you finally ask, getting yourself under control again.
  153. >"I c-came to find you..." she trails off, before letting out a gasp and falling back onto the pillows.
  154. >You react quickly, moving towards her and dropping to your knees.
  155. >Placing your hand on her forehead, you feel that she's burning up.
  156. >Grabbing a rag that you'd had nearby, you poured some of the cold water from the glass onto it.
  157. >Putting it on her forehead, you loosened up the blankets and made sure to prop her feet up a little.
  158. >A quick trip to the bathroom allowed you to find a thermometer, which you quickly popped into her ear.
  159. >102.5
  160. >Not good, but not the worst you'd ever seen.
  161. >For now you'd administer cool cloths and let her rest more.
  162. >A stab of pain flooded your chest suddenly, guilt becoming a physical feeling in this moment.
  163. >'Why did you push her so hard?'
  164. "I don't know damnit."
  165. >She seemed rather sincere.
  166. >At least now you didn't fear her, though you'd stay on your toes.
  167. >No rest for the weary, no rest for the wary.
  168. >Slowly though, ever so slowly, the sun began to rise.
  169. >Closing the blinds, you made sure the room stayed dark and at an even temperature.
  170. >Didn't want her to get too hot or cold now.
  171. >Once you felt she was alright to be alone though, you moved back into the living room where light had begun to flood in.
  172. >The rainbow girl began to stir as you started making breakfast.
  173. "Oh, you're awake too then?" you directed at her from the small kitchen.
  174. >Maybe she'd be more receptive to your questions.
  175.
  176.
  177. >At this, she popped her eyes open, obviously groggy.
  178. >You continued to just cook, waiting for a moment before asking her a question.
  179. >Glancing over at her, she began to slowly sit up.
  180. "You feeling alright? Not sick are you?"
  181. >She didn't seem to notice you speaking, instead choosing to look at her hands with a rather confused expression before rubbing her eyes.
  182. >Focusing on her, you made sure to keep yourself ready if she turned out to be hostile.
  183. >...
  184. >Who are you kidding, she's not giving off any bad vibes.
  185. >In fact, just looking at her had you feeling rather calm for some reason.
  186. >Though...oh shit, nope can't look.
  187. >The blanket she had over her had slipped down, exposing her upper body to you.
  188. "'Scuse me miss, but do you mind covering up?" you called out to her.
  189. >She noticed this time, directing her gaze at you.
  190. >At least, you believed so. 'Cause you weren't looking.
  191. >She made a couple of odd noises after a few moments of silence, but you felt that she was more surprised than anything.
  192. "I know what you're thinking, I can assure you that nothing weird has ha-"
  193. >"ANON!" she screamed, cutting you off.
  194. >You dropped your spatula and looked at her, reacting to her sudden outburst.
  195. >God damn, this one knew your name too?
  196. >You watched for a moment as she attempted to scramble off of the couch, but she ended up landing face-first on your carpet.
  197. >Rushing over to her, you got close without touching her.
  198. "Easy now, you alright?" you inquired, a protective nature taking over.
  199. >She was struggling to get up, but you wanted to at least help her sit up.
  200. >As your arm extended towards her, she looked up and froze you in your tracks.
  201. >Her eyes were glued to yours, tears silently streaming down as she pierced you with her gaze.
  202. >What was...her eyes were a light magenta color. Was that even possible?
  203. >The other gal had dark purple ones...what was going on?
  204. >"'Non." she choked out, pushing herself the rest of the way up on her hands.
  205. >She leaned forward, reaching out as she fell again.
  206. >This time though, you caught her.
  207. "Easy, easy."
  208. >You pulled her up, attempting to get her to sit on the couch again.
  209. >She wouldn't let go though, her arms wrapped around your waist as she cried without a sound.
  210. >"Don't go again, please don't go again." she began to whisper.
  211. >For yet another time in the last twenty-four hours, your heart felt like it was struck by a hammer, nothing but a piece of metal on a great anvil.
  212. >"Anon I love you I love *hic* you I love you..." she repeated, hiccuping as she went.
  213. >You were dumbfounded right now, but couldn't really react to the situation.
  214. >This was too far gone for you.
  215. >'And yet here you are, a beautiful naked woman in your arms.'
  216. >Pushing the thought aside, you looked down at the girl who was currently crying into your sternum.
  217. >She was...very small.
  218. "Come on, let's get you covered up and get a meal in you." you said soothingly, giving the young woman a light squeeze.
  219. >Your apprehension had left for the most part, even if the confusion remained.
  220. >Helping her along, she slowly loosened her death grip, but didn't actually let go.
  221. >Some subconscious part of you noted that she smelled really nice.
  222. >And that she was soft.
  223. >At any rate, she hobbled slowly over to the kitchen while in your grasp, until you managed to sit her down at a chair.
  224. "I'll be right back. Please don't move." you ordered, leaving her for just a moment.
  225. >She didn't say anything as you shifted away, running towards the front door where you'd left the box of clothes.
  226. >They probably wouldn't fit her, but it was better than having her stay naked.
  227. >Pulling a random assortment of shorts, underwear, and what you imaged was an over-sized bra to go with a plain t-shirt, you moved back around the corner to the rainbow haired anomaly.
  228. >She hadn't moved, but turned her head to track you as she held on to the arms of her chair.
  229. >She was tense, but at least now she was awake and coherent.
  230. "Alright, mind putting some of these on?" you ask, pushing the clothes towards her.
  231. >"..."
  232. >An awkward silence hung in the air between you for a moment, as her eyes never left yours.
  233. >Confusion was obvious in her gaze, but she eventually reached out her own arms and weakly grasped at the pile in your hands.
  234. >"H-how do I put these on?" she stammered.
  235. >'Wait what?'
  236. >You weren't sure if she was serious, but you didn't have time to answer as she wobbled and almost fell from her chair again.
  237. >Catching her again, you picked her up, doing your best to not touch her inappropriately.
  238. "Right, i'll help you."
  239. >This was ridiculous, but what can you do?
  240. >Either help her, or she stays naked.
  241. >'Would that really be so bad?'
  242. >Yes, shut up.
  243. >She whimpered as you set her on the couch again, but that was okay.
  244. >Gathering up the fallen clothing, you returned to her and began to dress the mysterious woman.
  245. >Was she...was she retarded?
  246. >Never too sure these days, but you dismissed the thought.
  247. >This was too weird to be explained away like that.
  248. >She struggled a bit as you put the bra on her, but you had to do it.
  249. >Couldn't be staring at those lovely twin peaks all day, no sirree, you were a good man who didn't take advantage of strange women.
  250. >Once she was clothed though, you moved back to the kitchen and turned off the heat before you burned something.
  251. >The girl was silent, but you figured now that she was dressed, this was as good a time as any to ask questions.
  252. >Sitting down across from her, you thought of what to say, before finding the words.
  253. "So...alright. I found you outside in my yard last night, naked and freezing. Who are you? And where did you come from?"
  254. >She visibly flinched at your first question, before looking down and curling her legs up to her chest.
  255. >"I-I...did you forget me Anon?" she replied, answering your question with another question.
  256. >Sighing, you shook your head.
  257. "Listen young miss, I'm sure I'd remember if I met someone like yourself. I'm sorry, but between you and the purple haired gal, I'm not quite sure what's going on." you began. "Just trying to piece it together.
  258. >"What do you mean purple haired girl?" she asked abruptly, her voice returning to a volume level that didn't sound like a butterfly sneezing.
  259. >At this though, your gaze hardened.
  260. "So you two DO know each other?" you retorted, becoming a bit more forceful with your words. "Please, just answer the questions. I'm trying to get what's happening."
  261. >"Anon do you...this is so messed up. How are you...how am I here with you? I saw y-..." she trailed off.
  262. "You saw me what?" you pushed further, standing up and moving towards her.
  263. >She shrank back as you came close, but you put your hands up and moved slowly, before getting on your knees before her.
  264. "Please miss, I just want to understand." you saw, whispering in a much more soothing manner now.
  265. >You wanted to disarm any fear she had of you.
  266. >You didn't want to appear intimidating. There was no way you wanted to push this obviously traumatized woman further into her fears.
  267. >"I...yo-you...please don't make me think about it anymore." she said, before beginning to tear up again.
  268. >Oh shit, here come the waterworks.
  269. >As you stopped to consider what she meant, you found yourself confronted by her silent crying yet again.
  270. >You were even more taken aback when she put her legs on the ground and and leaned into you, wrapping her arms to your neck for a hug.
  271. >Sitting there, you let her.
  272. >It might have been uncomfortable, but that was something you'd just deal with for now.
  273. >Until she pulled away, but as you made to look at her, she came much to close.
  274. >Before you could bring your arms to bear, her lips were on yours.
  275.
  276.
  277. >The world slowed to a standstill as the sensation of her soft lips on yours invaded your senses.
  278. >You found yourself...just sitting there, not reacting to it in any way.
  279. >Hell, yours eyes were still open, looking at her lightly freckled nose, a slight cant to her visage.
  280. >After taking it in for a moment longer, you pulled away from her.
  281. >Taking a moment to regain your composure, you proceeded to attempt giving her a stern look.
  282. >Sadly, you found that to be impossible, as you took another moment before speaking.
  283. "Please refrain from doing that again, please." you managed to say steadily.
  284. >The look on her face didn't change in the slightest.
  285. >The problem with that though, was that she had an expression that was unreadable at the current moment.
  286. >"No." she replies, blankly. "And why am I wearing all this stuff? Where even are we?"
  287. >For the umpteenth time in less than twenty-four hours, you blinked a few times and shook your head.
  288. "Are clothes 'optional' where you're from or something? Jesus, you're wearing them for modesty." you managed to say, before standing up and moving back to the the kitchen. "Actually, don't answer that question. Just...stay there."
  289. >Collecting a plate of scrambled eggs, sausage, and a bagel, you take it over to where she sat on the couch.
  290. >Moving back and forth, you proceeded to get her a glass of water and some silverware.
  291. >As you left her there to her own devices, you made your way back to your bedroom to check on the sick woman.
  292. >Had to push that feeling away. That unexpected kiss.
  293. >'Been a long time.'
  294. >Yeah.
  295. >That.
  296. >Pushing those thoughts aside as best as you could, you lightly opened the door and peeked inside.
  297. >She looked rather peaceful, but you weren't taking any chances.
  298. >Walking on in, you moved to the bed and sat down on the edge.
  299. >Leaning forward, you brushed the back of your hand against her forehead.
  300. >She was still rather hot, but that was expected.
  301. >No major difference as of now, but if you continued to administer some damp rags, she might improve more quickly.
  302. >As you looked at her face though, you observed how calm she appeared.
  303. >That, and how the curve of her mouth led into a pouty set of lips...
  304. >She was beautiful. No, that was an understatement.
  305. >Shaking your head, you felt another shock of pain in your chest, but at the same time an overwhelming sense of protectiveness pushed itself forward.
  306. >You'd find out more about these two soon.
  307. >And you'd have to set down ground rules until you could find out how to get them back to wherever they needed to be.
  308. >On top of everything though, you had to make sure the house was secure and that you'd be able to get into contact with someone.
  309. >Standing up, you took another glance at the sleeping woman before moving back into the hallway.
  310. >Your watch chimed, informing you that it had just hit 0900.
  311. >Coming around the corner, you saw the rainbow haired gal sitting on the couch by the coffee table...attempting to eat.
  312. >She had eggs on her clothes and couldn't seem to figure out how to use the fork.
  313. "You've got to be shitting me." you said aloud, and she perked up at your voice.
  314. >Eyes meeting yours, she scrunched her brow and frowned.
  315. >Indignation? That's new.
  316. >"Sh-shut up!" she called, raising her voice.
  317. >You just shook your head.
  318. >This is unreal.
  319. >Moving over to the table, you collected your cell phone before sitting down.
  320. >You might bother your buddies soon, maybe get some advice on what to do.
  321. >For now though...
  322. "Stop. This is beyond stupid." you said bluntly to her, before taking the fork from her grasp.
  323. >Taking up a few tissues, you picked the food off of her blouse.
  324. "Now hold still." you ordered, scooping up some eggs with the liberated utensil. "Say 'ahhh.'
  325. >She scowled at you, but your gaze never faltered.
  326. >Reluctantly, she opened her mouth and leaned forward as you fed her.
  327. >She hadn't touched the sausages, you noted.
  328. >Welp, fixing that right now.
  329. >Cutting on up with the fork as she chewed, you skewered some of the meat and put it up to her mouth.
  330. >"That smells funny though!"
  331. "God damnit just eat it. I'm not going to abide by any hippie vegans in my house, so open up before I brand you a dirty Commie." you replied, a tone of good humor creeping into your voice.
  332. >Her response was probably the most satisfying part of her predicament, at least from your point of view.
  333. >As she took a bite, her eyes lit up and she couldn't keep the surprise off of her face.
  334. >Smirking, you continued in silence for a few minutes until she was done.
  335. >'Why are you being so friendly?'
  336. >...good question.
  337. "What's your name?" you asked abruptly as you set the now empty plate into the sink.
  338. >Glancing over at her, she continued to nibble at half of her bagel.
  339. >After a few second of deliberation, you let out a long sigh before answering.
  340. >"Y-you really don't remember me?"
  341. >You hated to push like this, but you needed answers.
  342. "No. No I don't remember you. I'm truly sorry, but maybe you could help me figure it all out? Just your name and I'll leave you alone with the questions for a while."
  343. >Compromise might work with this one.
  344. >Silence reigned after that, but you just pulled together your own plate of food as you waited.
  345. >Eventually, as you began to dig into your own food, she answered.
  346. >"Rainbow. Rainbow Dash. Please Anon, tell me it'll just come flooding back to you..."
  347. >You had to stifle a laugh as she started, but kept yourself in check as the rest was said.
  348. >Rainbow Dash? The fuck kind of name was that?
  349. >You felt sorry for the girl, but damn, what kind of...you know what, you're not even going to ask yet.
  350. >She answered a question. For now that was something.
  351. "So...Miss Dash, do you need to contact anyone or get in touch with someone? Figured you're probably not here under normal circumstances." you began. "Though you seem rather calm about it all."
  352. >She says nothing, but you deign to not say any more. A scratching sound catches your attention, and you move to the other side of the living room.
  353. >Pulling a door open, you pass into your laundry room and yank open a door on the other side of it.
  354. >As one, your cats run inside from the garage as nothing more than a blur of orange, black, and white.
  355. >You laugh aloud before shutting the door, following them into the kitchen where they crowd around the food bowl.
  356. >Mister gets the first pick as always, but Socks quickly joins in.
  357. >Smiling, you give them each a little un-wanted attention as you get back to your plate.
  358. >Rainbow still hasn't said anything, but she's got her eyes on the cats now.
  359. >'Why does this feel familiar?'
  360. >It shouldn't considering that Bitch didn't have nearly as awesome a figure as the young woman over there.
  361. >There you go, thinking about your ex-wife again.
  362. >Whore.
  363. >Though, that reminded you of something that could potentially be problematic.
  364. >Lilly. You'd get to pick her up in a few days.
  365. >Would Rainbow and the purple-haired girl still be here? Or would you figure out where they needed to go by then?
  366. "What's the other girl's name?" you ask aloud.
  367. >"Twilight?" she says, almost questioning herself.
  368. >"Huh?" another voice calls, one that you somewhat recognize.
  369. >Your gaze instantly flits over towards the hallway, where the purple-haired girl stood, leaning up against the wall.
  370. >She was still naked, and looked like she was ready to throw up.
  371. >Standing up, you rushed over to her and caught her before she fell again.
  372. "Oh come the hell on."
  373. >Pulling her back into your arms, you carried her back to the bedroom and laid her down for a third time.
  374. >Grabbing a small waste basket, you hold it up next to her.
  375. >The dry-heaving did her a little good, before she closed her eyes again.
  376. >Gotta keep a better eye on her.
  377. >Wrapping her up again, you did your best to maintain her modesty.
  378. >Honestly, you might just put some underwear on her yourself.
  379. >She was much more...filled out, than Rainbow.
  380. >Your ex's clothes would probably fit much better.
  381. "Man, this is fucked." you mumbled, before moving back into the hallway. "Taking care of strangers in my house, what an adventure."
  382. >As you rounded the corner though, Rainbow stood before you.
  383. >Too close for comfort, it would appear.
  384. >As you stepped back, she stepped forward and you found yourself backed up to the wall.
  385. >"She's not getting you this time." you heard her whisper, before she grasped your shirt in her hands and held herself steady.
  386. >You took a hold of her wrists, lightly squeezing them to inform her you weren't playing any games.
  387. >And yet, she caught you off guard again.
  388. >Pulling you down, she stood on the tips of her toes and kissed you for a second time.
  389. >It only lasts for a moment before you let go of her wrists.
  390. >Shifting, you grasp her shoulders and in one fluid motion squeeze, pulling her off of you and hefting her into the air.
  391. "God damnit what did I tell you?" you growled.
  392. >She looked terrified as you held her up, but you quickly set her back down onto the floor.
  393. >The moment her feet touched, her knees wobbled and she backpedaled a few steps before falling onto her rear.
  394. >Sighing heavily, you look up at the ceiling.
  395. >Cool down, guy.
  396. >She's like a child.
  397. >Slapping your face, you take a moment before bending down and taking a knee.
  398. "C'mere." you order.
  399. >She's still on her back, but is tearing up.
  400. >Reluctantly she shifts onto her front and crawls towards you.
  401. >"I'm s-sorry." she said, tearing up a little.
  402. >What is it with this gal and waterworks?
  403. >As she came within about five feet of you, she stopped.
  404. >Leaning forwards, you extended your arms in a welcoming gesture.
  405. >She bit her lip before moving into your embrace.
  406. >'Man, you're really patient with this gal.'
  407. "It's okay." you informed her.
  408. >"W-what do you mean?"
  409. >Her question was simple, but you knew she was deflecting. At least, you had the feeling she was.
  410. "It's okay." you repeated, giving her a squeeze.
  411. >This caused her to grip you even tighter.
  412. >"Anon I j-just came looking fo-for you." she whispered. "I just don't get what's g-going on..."
  413. >That makes two of you.
  414. "So how can I get you home?" you ask once she quiets down.
  415. >She doesn't let go of you, but she does respond at the least.
  416. >"I-...I don't know."
  417. >Okay.
  418. >Even better.
  419. >A lost rainbow haired woman, that doesn't wear clothes, hasn't ever eaten meat, can barely walk, and has no idea where she lives.
  420. >She squeaked as you picked her up again, coming to your feet this time.
  421. >Carrying her to the couch, you sat her down once more.
  422. "I'm going to take care of the other girl for now. Twilight, you said her name was?"
  423. >She nodded her head.
  424. "She's sick, so i'll be back and forth. Uhm...well for now, I'm going to go help her out and make a few phone calls."
  425. >She nods her head again, but makes an odd expression.
  426. >"What's a phone call?"
  427. >Somehow, you aren't surprised by this question.
  428. "Don't worry about it." you reply, before taking up a remote control and turning on the television.
  429. >The instant the picture comes on the screen, Rainbow's eyes widen until they look like dinner plates.
  430. >Tuning it to a documentary channel, you hand her the remote.
  431. "These two buttons turn the volume up and down." you inform her.
  432. >She looks up at you and back to the screen.
  433. >"I didn't know you had magic." she says before clamming up while she stared at the screen.
  434. >Well shit, it was just like working with a child.
  435. >Turn on the TV and they're entertained instantly.
  436. >As you leave the room though, you hear a 'woah!' from her, and a narrators voice goes into detail about how a buffalo protects its young from predators.
  437. >You chuckled to yourself as you pulled up your speed-dial menu on your phone.
  438. >Rob needed to hear about this.
  439.
  440.
  441. >"So what are you doing from here?" Rob finally asked, after a few moments of silence.
  442. "I have no idea. I mean, do you think I should contact the authorities, or should I ask them more questions first?"
  443. >You weren't sure what to do, but hey, making it up on the fly seemed to work for most things.
  444. >"Man, I'm gonna have to say that this is gonna be a judgement call on your part. You know I've never been too eye-to-eye with the law back home."
  445. >You chuckled at this.
  446. "Roger. Well, I'm thinking I'll get a little more out of them. If it turns out they were kidnapped or something I'll make contact. For now though, might as well see if I can get them back home. Can't be too far right?"
  447. >"Alright brother. I'm gonna crash, Nate and I have been up for about thirty hours and need a little RnR."
  448. "Take it easy." you finished before pulling the phone away from your ear.
  449. >Turning to face the object of your conversation, you looked over the Twilight girl.
  450. >You'd taken to administering more damp rags to her head, as well as making sure she was able to get a little water down here and there when she woke up for a few minutes.
  451. >It'd been a number of hours since you'd initially started this, but that was okay.
  452. >You had some stew simmering that would be done soon. That might help her a bit.
  453. >Miss Dash had taken quite an interest in your television, but you assumed she just hadn't seen one in a long time.
  454. >You'd come to the point where you weren't surprised by her lack of knowledge in these matters.
  455. >Go figure you hadn't even known her for twenty-four hours.
  456. >It was actually pretty cute seeing her curled up, watching the screen as the shows changed from one to another.
  457. >Hey, it was even educational stuff.
  458. >Though she was crying at one point when a documentary had a pride of lions hunting in Africa.
  459. >Not sure why it affected her so but whatever.
  460. >Bringing yourself back to the here and now though, you continued to study the woman in your bed.
  461. >You didn't want to be a creep, but this was a bit out of your control at this point.
  462. >So long as she didn't go and accuse you of doing anything in the end you'd be fine though.
  463. >Didn't want to end up with rape charges for saving her life.
  464. >Looking back down at your phone, you put it in your pocket and wandered back into the hallway.
  465. >Rounding the corner, you took another look at the girl on your couch.
  466. >She seemed to have fallen asleep, both of your cats curled up with her.
  467. >You couldn't help but let the corners of your mouth turn up into a grin.
  468. >Looks like they'd taken to her already.
  469. >Then again, they were good cats.
  470. >Never scratched Lilly once, even when she was younger and hauled them around.
  471. >Hmm.
  472. >Proceeding to the niche that is your kitchen, you check on the stew.
  473. >It was done as far as you could tell.
  474. >Turning off the heat, you left it in place to keep it warm as you pulled some bread out of the oven.
  475. >It was cold outside, but something inside of you always craved bread and stew while you waited out the snowy weather.
  476. >Hopefully the women would be fine with it, but you doubted they'd really complain.
  477. >It still baffled you that you came across them, naked and exposed to the elements just out in your front yard.
  478. >Shaking your head, you obtained a bowl after setting the foil-wrapped bread on the counter.
  479. >You'd pre-sliced the bread, so all you needed now was to throw some stew into the bowl and eat before getting to the girls.
  480. >Scooping up some food, you sat at the little dining spot built into the wall.
  481. >You absentmindedly watched the show that was currently on while eating.
  482. >Huh. Africa had quite a variety of ecosystems.
  483. >You knew that, but it was interesting to see the contrasts from the savanna to the rainforests.
  484. >Almost made you want to go abroad again...
  485. >This time, without a weapon in hand.
  486. >'Where's the fun in that?'
  487. "Never said I wouldn't have one." you mumbled to yourself.
  488. >Shaking your head, you rinsed out your dishes in the sink and slipped them into the dishwasher.
  489. >Collecting another bowl of the steaming food, you made your way back into the bedroom.
  490. >As you walked in, Twilight's eyelids fluttered.
  491. >You stopped for a moment, unsure if she was awake or dreaming intensely.
  492. >"Anon?" she called, her voice somewhat scratchy.
  493. >Well, she was awake for now.
  494. "Brought you something to eat. Mind sitting up?"
  495. >She did her best to comply, but was having some trouble scooting up.
  496. >Damn, she really was weak right now.
  497. >Moving up to her, you sat down on the side of the best and placed the bowl of food on the nightstand.
  498. "Here." you stated, grasping a large amount of the blankets, with her wrapped up in them.
  499. >Leaning her forwards, you slipped a few more pillows behind her back to provide better support.
  500. >"T-thanks." she mumbled, pulling an arm out from the covers to rub at her face.
  501. >You grunted in response. Didn't want to be too forward or anything, but the situation kind of warranted it.
  502. >Taking the bowl of stew, you got a spoonful and blew on it a little to let it cool off.
  503. "Open wide."
  504. >You made it rather obvious that you were going to assist her, but even you still felt awkward about it.
  505. >Though this was the first time in years you'd actually seen a noticeable blush.
  506. >Damn, didn't think the girl could get that red.
  507. >Especially considering she just woke up and was still sick.
  508. >Oh well.
  509. >For some reason though, you didn't feel quite so odd as the minutes ticked by.
  510. >You had to help her keep the blanket up at one point, so as to preserve her modesty.
  511. >And your sanity.
  512. >You may have just really liked boobs, but that wasn't something you could really focus on right now.
  513. >Had to take care of the sick girl.
  514. "So...your name is Twilight?" you inquired, just attempting to clarify.
  515. >She swallowed the last bite you'd given her and looked at you with wide eyes.
  516. >Clearly she was more awake now, but this seemed to get her attention.
  517. >"Y-you remember?!" she exclaimed, a starstruck look crossing her features.
  518. "Woah there, I just asked your friend Miss Dash. I just wanted to make sure she was telling me that correctly." you explained.
  519. >She deflated at this revelation, but continued to eat as you spoon fed her.
  520. "Don't get discouraged. I'm still trying to wrap my head around what's happening here myself. Can you at least tell me how I can help you out?"
  521. >Your little bit of encouragement led into the question you really needed an answer to, but her reply was rather vague.
  522. >"I came here to be with you." she stated simply, looking over at you without a hint of in-sincerity in her voice.
  523. >Your chest had a newly familiar sharp pain appear as she said this, but you just took it as it was.
  524. >What she said would have been almost creepy if there wasn't something horribly recognizable about her.
  525. "How do you know me?" you ask, breaking the silence that followed her last statement.
  526. >Your eyes met again, and she leaned a little closer to you.
  527. >"Y-you're my husband Anon. Please try to remember. It's me, Twilight Sparkle."
  528. >Her response sounded so sincere, part of you almost believed her.
  529. >Almost.
  530. "Look ma'am, I'm really not sure how to take that. I mean really, I think I'd remember if I married someone like yourself. Now come on, last bite." you replied, doing your best to explain yourself without shooting her down too hard.
  531. >She reluctantly opened her mouth once more to take a bite, but seemed less than satisfied with your answer.
  532. >Before you could stand to take her dishes away though, she reached out to touch your hand.
  533. >"C-can you do something for me at least?"
  534. >You were unsure as to where this was going, but deigned to at least humor her for a moment.
  535. "What is it you want?" you ask, readying yourself for whatever she might ask.
  536. >"Hold my h-hand." she asked, her voice wavering, but not her gaze.
  537. >Eyes weren't supposed to be that beautiful.
  538. "Alright." you reply, opening your palm to her.
  539. >She took it in her own slight hand, her digits curling around yours as they interlocked.
  540. >At least it was innocent eno-
  541. >Oh please no, no more crying.
  542.
  543.
  544. >Back in the kitchen, you were putting together another bowl of stew for Miss Dash.
  545. >You were getting a little more fed up with this whole situation already.
  546. >After Miss Twilight's little episode, she started falling back asleep, but wouldn't let go of you.
  547. >You had compassion for them sure, but the lack of communication and excessive touching on their part was getting to you.
  548. >'Maybe you should stop being a pussy.'
  549. "Fuck you." you mumbled aloud.
  550. >You just weren't used to that much physical contact anymore.
  551. >Then again, you should be considering the kind of conditions you dealt with throughout your time while active.
  552. >You just felt like somewhere, in some way, this was all a setup.
  553. >Though, you may have just been paranoid.
  554. >Turning the stove down, you collected the bowl of bread and stew, taking it over to the table in the living-room portion of your main area.
  555. >Miss Dash was still asleep, but the cats seemed interested in the stew enough to get up.
  556. >Picking the bowl back up, you decided to not leave it in their wake after all.
  557. >Setting it back on the counter top, you got out a large plastic container to pour the remainder of the stew into.
  558. >Letting it have a little time to cool down a bit more, you picked out a few pieces of the nicely simmered beef for the cats.
  559. >Placing it on top of their food dish, they quickly dove away from their spots on the couch to reach the treat.
  560. >Grabbing the bowl intended for sleeping beauty across the room, you made it to the couch and sat down.
  561. >You considered how you'd wake her up for a moment, but thankfully she began to stir as you shifted around a little.
  562. >"Mmmm Anon n-not so rouuugh..."
  563. >Okay, maybe she was just sleep talking.
  564. >Putting your hand on her side, you shook her.
  565. "Ay, wake up. Food now, sleep later." you said loudly.
  566. >Her eyes shoot open and she rolls off of the couch, making an odd squawk as she hit the ground.
  567. >You looked on un-amused.
  568. "You say some weird shit while you're asleep."
  569. >Welp, that's two people that you have seen blush in what you can construe as the "visible" spectrum.
  570. >Whatever.
  571. >Can't play games, these gals could still cause a lot of problems for you.
  572. >"S-sorry." she managed to say, sitting up on the couch in the corner furthest from you.
  573. >You gave her a deadpan look, before gesturing to the bowl.
  574. "Come on, eat. If you need help, just ask." you informed her before looking away again.
  575. >Taking up the remote, you flipped around a few channels.
  576. >She took up the bowl before sitting back in her corner.
  577. >Focusing on the screen, you attempted to drown out the world with some mindless news.
  578. >...okay, maybe news wasn't the best.
  579. >You could only deal so much with the current election bullshit.
  580. >Flipping around some more, you glanced at Miss Dash again.
  581. >Dash, the fuck kind of name was that anyways?
  582. >Shaking your head, you watched as she fiddled with the spoon.
  583. >She eventually seemed to be able to grasp it, before putting her face right up to the edge of the bowl.
  584. >Slowly, she shoveled the stew into her mouth without actually making a mess this time.
  585. >It was actually kind of cute.
  586. >Like watching a toddler eat, minus sticking their fingers into it.
  587. >Grabbing a tissue, you leaned towards her as she began to chew on the mouthful of stew.
  588. >She looked surprised as you wiped her mouth, but she smiled afterwards.
  589. >Swallowing, she flashed a toothy grin at you.
  590. >"I don't know what all this is, but you make bombtastic food!"
  591. >Bomb...tastic?
  592. >Damn kids and their lingo.
  593. "Glad you like it." you replied nonchalantly.
  594. >Huh.
  595. >Well, that was something at least. Though, you were about done being surprised by weird statements from these girls.
  596. >Yet here you were, sitting on the couch with a young woman who put you at ease for no recognizable reason.
  597. "Odd question." you stated as she took another bite. "Think before answering. Why is it that you seem so at ease around me?"
  598. >Might as well pose it a bit different from reality.
  599. >She began to talk, but you put a finger up to shush her.
  600. "Chew first."
  601. >As she complied, you waited and turned your attention away for a moment.
  602. >"Well, that's an easy one. 'Cause you're the coolest guy ever, and I love you." she replied normally, a lilt to her voice.
  603. >You coughed as she said those last three words.
  604. >What?
  605. "You...love me?"
  606. >You weren't sure what was more ludicrous. Being told by Miss Twilight that you were her husband, or that Miss Dash loved you.
  607. >"Well yeah, I guess you don't really remember all the stuff we used to do, but you were really nice to me and I loved...love you for it." she replied, before taking another bite of her food.
  608. >Sitting forward, you put your hand to your forehead as you closed your eyes.
  609. >A headache began to flare up, and within seconds you felt a throbbing behind your eyes.
  610. >Waiting for a moment, you struggled a little before standing up.
  611. >Moving around a little, you pulled your hand away and opened your eyes.
  612. >Huh?
  613. >Everything was blurry.
  614. >Reaching back up to touch your face, you found stray tears falling from your eyes.
  615. >The feeling of confusion that had currently overtaken you became even more prevalent as something wet touched your lips.
  616. >Placing your fingers to them, you glanced down to see blood flowing from your nose and down your jaw.
  617. "What?" you managed to croak out before falling to your knees.
  618. >"Anon are you okay?" a voice called from far away.
  619. >Putting your hands down on the soft carpet, you held in place for a moment.
  620. >Something wrapped itself around your waist, but it didn't stop your arms from buckling as the floor rushed to meet you.
  621. >Darkness overtook your senses.
  622.
  623.
  624. >You are Rainbow Dash.
  625. >And you're freaking out.
  626. >Everything here has been so upside down, and now all of a sudden Anon is on the floor and he's bleeding.
  627. >Why wasn't he responding?
  628. >You cradled him in your lap and did your best to keep his head up.
  629. >He was heavy, but you could move him better when you had dropped to your knees as well.
  630. >Cradling him close, you quietly sobbed.
  631. "Wake up...p-please wake up." you managed to moan out.
  632. >You were terrified of losing him again.
  633. >Being here was like a dream.
  634. >You didn't have wings.
  635. >You didn't have hooves.
  636. >Yet, you still felt like yourself to some extent.
  637. >But Anon didn't remember you.
  638. >And...Twilight was here too.
  639. >That makes you think of how you even came to be here.
  640. >Which brought up a great question.
  641. >Where was 'here' and why was Anonymous in this place?
  642. >You'd been so excited to see him, you'd not cared about any of those things.
  643. >To be honest you still didn't really care about the answer, but you did want him to be okay.
  644. >Which brought you to the here and now.
  645. >His nose had stopped bleeding, but his face was caked in the stuff.
  646. >By default that made you covered in it, but at least he had you wearing these funny clothes.
  647. >As you made sure he was breathing though, you tried your hardest to keep from crying.
  648. >You hated to admit that you'd cried more in these last few years than ever before, but now that he was around you couldn't keep doing this.
  649. >You would be strong again.
  650. >Lifting him up, you braced his back against the couch and stood up.
  651. >Stumbling into the kitchen, you found a strip of cloth and fiddled with the faucet.
  652. >It was weird getting used to these...fingers, but things were similar here in some ways.
  653. >At least running water was still common.
  654. >Wetting it down, you managed to walk slowly back to him.
  655. >Once you were back on your knees, you began to wipe at his face in an attempt to get the blood off.
  656. >It was removed slowly but surely, and around the time you finished, his eyes fluttered.
  657. >Your heart rate picked up dramatically at that, as you wrapped your arms around his torso and squeezed with all of your strength.
  658. >You didn't want to let him go ever again.
  659. >Looking up at him, confusion was clear on his face, but you didn't care.
  660. >He'd probably get mad at you for this, but your eyes were already watering.
  661. >Leaning in you kissed him lightly before letting out a light sob.
  662. "Don't leave me again." you managed to whisper.
  663. >He coughed a few times, but you just nuzzled up to him for a moment longer.
  664. >"How long w-was I out?" he said, his voice quiet.
  665. >You had to think on it for a moment.
  666. "N-not long." you replied, finally looking up at him.
  667. >"Mind getting off of me?" he replied, pain clear on his face.
  668. >Releasing him, you quickly scooted back.
  669. "Oh jeez Anon I'm sorry!" you said, your voice raising as you became embarrassed.
  670. >"Keep your voice down." he mumbled, shaking his head as he tried to stand up.
  671. >He struggled for a moment until you stood yourself and helped him up.
  672. >Leading him to the other side of the couch, you helped him sit down.
  673. >He didn't seem too happy, but you could understand why.
  674. >You sat next to him and kept a hand over one of his.
  675. >He didn't pull away, but you knew you were pushing it.
  676. >Maybe...you knew what might make him happy.
  677. "We met years ago." you started, not wanting to lie to him. "I guess you don't remember, but I guess I don't understand it either. I'm not from here."
  678. >You dared to glance at him, but you couldn't keep your eyes on him for long without feeling giddy.
  679. "She was trying to follow you, and that was all I wanted as well. Twilight, I mean. I don't understand it either, but now that I'm here I really don't want to lose you again."
  680. >"What do you mean by all of this? What do you fuckin' mean you aren't from 'here' and all of that about not losing me?" he snapped, his temper fraying.
  681. >You pulled away from him and stood up, stepping away for a moment.
  682. >'You'd never be this afraid of him normally. Pony up.'
  683. >Gritting your teeth, you scowled at him.
  684. "You died. That's what I mean." you spat.
  685. >The minute the words passed your lips though, the anger turned itself into sorrow and fear.
  686. >Anon's face had gone blank, trails of blood flowing from his body into the white snow, his eyes not seeing anythin-
  687. >Shaking your head, you realized you'd gone and started crying again.
  688. >You'd even curled up in this weird...human way and backed yourself up against the wall.
  689. >Anon was on his feet again.
  690. >You didn't look up at his face though.
  691. >You didn't want to see his eyes right now.
  692. >If they were going to be gone or not.
  693. >Suddenly though, you were lifted up off of the ground.
  694. >You didn't make a sound, but as Anon cradled you, you buried your face in his chest again.
  695. >Taking a deep breath, you tried to let his scent permeate your senses.
  696. >It helped you relax a little, before he carried you back to the couch and sat down.
  697. >As he sat again, he began stroking your hair.
  698. >"I'm sorry." he said quietly, before you let yourself go.
  699. >Taking in his scent again, you closed your eyes and did your best to stem the flow of tears.
  700. >The constant feeling of him running his fingers through your hair though, lulled you right to sleep.
  701.
  702.
  703. >You are Anonymous.
  704. >And you feel terrible.
  705. >Not even from your blackout.
  706. >Not from the slowly fading headache.
  707. >No, you felt terrible because of what how you'd started losing your temper.
  708. >Why were you on such a short fuse?
  709. >This woman was obviously disturbed to some extent.
  710. >Yet her sincerity was plain.
  711. >As was her pain.
  712. >When she looked at you and began crying, you thought she was afraid of you.
  713. >The look in her eyes promised much more though.
  714. >You'd seen that look before.
  715. >It was hard to forget it, even if the rest of the world liked to dismiss it.
  716. >They used terms and acronyms to make it more detached, something you could think on and glaze over.
  717. >But not to those who had it.
  718. >Post traumatic stress disorder.
  719. >She had it.
  720. >You'd seen those 'thousand yard stares.'
  721. >Media didn't capture it at all.
  722. >One or two images that had circulated throughout the world had really seen it.
  723. >The rest? Pffft. Most people just looked at them and dismissed it.
  724. >Hell, even you yourself couldn't relate to just the images of men staring off in a direction without any story to it.
  725. >Yet in person, it was another beast.
  726. >You could feel the other's presence as it shrank in the wake of their experiences.
  727. >See the terror that nothing but the naked human eye could observe.
  728. >The sorrow that lay in it.
  729. >What truly had befallen these girls?
  730. >She said she knew you, and you were starting to believe it.
  731. >She said you'd died.
  732. >Taking in a deep breath, you lifted her off of you.
  733. >Placing her back down on the couch, you covered her in a blanket and hovered over her for a moment.
  734. >Running your fingers through her hair one last time, you gave her a light caress on the cheek.
  735. "We'll get you changed later." you whisper, noting that she had some of your blood on her clothes.
  736. >You'd need to get her to a professional though, regardless.
  737. >Where to start though?
  738. >Taking a moment to clean up, you made sure the cats were content before moving back into your bedroom.
  739. >The Twilight girl was still asleep, but you made sure to check her temperature.
  740. >She was already feeling a little cooler, but you weren't taking chances.
  741. >Getting your ear thermometer out again, you checked her once more.
  742. >101.7
  743. >A little progress.
  744. >Your headache had almost faded as well.
  745. >Good.
  746. >Covering her back up to her neck with the blankets, you made sure she would be comfortable.
  747. >As you began to leave though, she breathed out a word.
  748. >You couldn't quite make it out, but you froze at it.
  749. >She said it again, prompting you to move back towards her.
  750. >Drawing closer, you eventually brought your face near hers and placed your ear close to her mouth.
  751. >"Anon." she stated simply.
  752. >She was still asleep, but the moment you heard her utter your name, a feeling of protectiveness washed over you.
  753. >Pulling away slightly, you looked at her once more.
  754. >Funny how when you were this close to someone, you noticed a lot of little details.
  755. >She had some long eyelashes.
  756. >A slight smattering of nearly invisible freckles.
  757. >Pulling back slightly, you made distance before you did something really stupid.
  758. >That was, until she opened her mouth slightly, pushing her head forward until her lips locked with yours.
  759. >You didn't pull away, instead choosing to close your eyes and wait for a moment.
  760. >It was surprising how amorous these two seemed, but there weren't any ill intentions from them thus far.
  761. >'I'm just trying to get you to feel better. Stop being a hermit.'
  762. >This isn't really the time or place to think about settling in with another woman...
  763. >'Exactly, now you've got two.'
  764. >Pushing your thoughts away, you focused solely on the sensation of this stranger's mouth on yours.
  765. >It was far from unpleasant. You'd admit that much.
  766. >After a time though, she broke the kiss, never opening her eyes.
  767. >You took this time to remove yourself from the room.
  768. >Walking across the hall into the bathroom, you stood in front of your mirror and looked at the man across from you.
  769. >Some new gray hairs, bloodshot eyes, and a spot of blood here and there on your face.
  770. >Staring yourself down though, you found yourself holding a different stance.
  771. >You were...more relaxed.
  772. >Taking in a deep breath, you wiped yourself down a little more and brushed your teeth.
  773. >You'd shower in the morning.
  774. >For now, you'd rest until you could sleep.
  775. >It might have barely been four in the afternoon, but time had passed quickly.
  776. >Tomorrow might present some more answers.
  777.
  778.
  779. >Standing out on the front porch, you felt a rather great sense of defeat.
  780. >It was just past seven in the morning, but here you were bundled up with a shovel.
  781. >More than two feet of snow had fallen last night, and you'd been working at it for two hours.
  782. >A pathway had been made to your mailbox, and down your short driveway, as well as partway down the street where it had really piled up.
  783. >Your truck could make it through just fine, but you were also rather wary when it came to winter driving.
  784. >Shaking your head, you propped the shovel up on the wall and trudged back inside.
  785. >Peeling your outer layers off, you hung up the wet articles on your coat rack.
  786. >Wandering to the kitchen in your underwear, you grabbed an apple.
  787. >Breakfast of champions.
  788. >Miss Dash was asleep on the couch, a cat perched atop her.
  789. >You stopped by her for a moment, peering over the back of the huge piece of furniture.
  790. >She looked rather peaceful.
  791. >Reaching down, you unconsciously brushed a strand of hair from her face.
  792. >She was beautiful, no doubt about that.
  793. >Shaking your head, you made your way to the bathroom.
  794. >Dropping your drawers, you thought of what you'd have to do today.
  795. >The girls would need to shower.
  796. >...Miss Twilight might need help with that, and you weren't sure you were up to the task.
  797. >Maybe Miss Dash could earn her keep then.
  798. >She was already getting pretty steady on her feet, plus she already knew Miss Twilight.
  799. >Though, she hadn't checked in on her yet.
  800. >Dismissing the thought, you stepped into the shower itself and sighed as the hot water cascaded over you.
  801. >Taking a moment, you began to tear into the apple you'd brought with you.
  802. >It still never ceased to amaze you that you could keep fresh fruit in the middle of winter.
  803. >Then again, you were able to eat food that had been vacuum sealed inside of bags for years after they'd been made.
  804. >Taking a few more bites, you poked your arm out from behind the curtain and set the apple on the counter by the sink.
  805. >You'd already eaten half. You could finish it once you'd actually scrubbed yourself down.
  806. >Which you proceeded to do, getting the sweat and oils off for now.
  807. >Add a little body wash so you don't smell like shit, and bam.
  808. >Running through a speed-drying session, you were in and out in under four minutes.
  809. >Even with your physical limitations, it wasn't that bad.
  810. >Plus, you couldn't let the hot water go to waste.
  811. >Especially with women in the house.
  812. >As you exited the bathroom with that thought still in your head, you ran straight into Miss Dash, knocking her to the floor.
  813. >You blinked as she fell on her backside, before sighing and offering her your hand.
  814. >"S-sorry." she mumbled, taking your offered appendage. "I just n-needed to pee."
  815. "Thanks for the information." you grunted in reply once she was standing again.
  816. >You made to move past her, but she was frozen.
  817. >Looking at her face, and then at your chest, you sighed.
  818. "Why yes ma'am, those are scars." you said, putting your voice in a somewhat nasally pitch.
  819. >For some reason though, this didn't deter her as she put a hand out to touch the smattering of pock-marks that were only partially covered by hair.
  820. >Bearing it for a moment, you let her touch your chest.
  821. >Some part of you almost thought of when your little girl first asked you about all the marks on your upper body.
  822. >Something about the level of innocence was off-putting, but you didn't have the heart to stop her.
  823. >'Softie.'
  824. >Eat a dick.
  825. "Had enough fun yet?" you inquired finally, letting her know that you were done entertaining her curiosity. "Thought you had to use the bathroom."
  826. >She scrunched up her nose and moved out of your way rather quickly, before sliding past you into the latrine.
  827. >Shutting the door behind her, you heard the lock click in place.
  828. >You couldn't help but smirk as you moved into your room to collect some clothing.
  829. >Opening some of the drawers on dresser, you removed some underwear and some thick socks. You really only needed the one sock, but that was...well, it made others feel better.
  830. >Tiptoeing into your closet from there, you picked out a pair of sweat pants, as well as a long sleeved undershirt.
  831. >Pulling this ensemble on, you made your way back out and into the room with the still sleeping woman.
  832. >You weren't planning on going anywhere immediately today, so you might as well be comfortable for the time being.
  833. >Glancing over at the sleeping girl, you checked on her once more.
  834. >You'd come in last night when she called your name, and assisted her with using the bathroom.
  835. >Just wanted to make sure she didn't need an assist again.
  836. >Though hey, you'd at least gotten some underwear on her.
  837. >Now it was at least seven percent less awkward to be around her.
  838. >Even if she filled it out more than you had anticipated.
  839. >As you went to leave though, you turned your gaze back to her once more.
  840. >Her eyes were open, staring at you.
  841. >At this, you turned and drew closer to her again.
  842. >Something inside of your head began to throb for a few seconds, before ceasing again.
  843. >As soon as the pain left though, you found your lips on hers.
  844. >Something inside of you just didn't want to be apart from this woman, as odd as that seemed.
  845. >Lifting her up slightly, you wrapped your hands around her back and pressed your tongue into her mouth.
  846. >She opened her lips willingly, her own tongue lashing against yours, fighting for dominance.
  847. >Running your hands over her skin, you found that she'd taken her bra off again.
  848. >Pushing her back, you brought your hands back to front to rub her stomach as you continued your oral assault.
  849. >Taking her left breast in your hand though she gasped as you gave it a squeeze.
  850. >Lightly running your fingers over it, you pulled away.
  851. >A string of saliva connected you, but you eventually got off of the bed.
  852. >You didn't want to take advantage of her.
  853. >Blinking, you shook your head for a moment.
  854. >"I love you." she whispered.
  855. "I love you too." you breathed, before leaving the room.
  856. >The moment you left though, you felt a familiar feeling on your lip.
  857. >Touching your nose, your fingers came away with blood on them.
  858. >What were you doing again?
  859.
  860.
  861. >You are Twilight Sparkle.
  862. >These last few hours, you'd really regained control over your magic.
  863. >Licking your lips, you slid back down under the covers of Anon's bed.
  864. >Last night had been your first little nudge, and it seemed to work.
  865. >You may have done a bit too much this time though.
  866. >When he comes back...well, you'll see what he'll do.
  867. >As long as you can get a little kiss each time.
  868. >Yes. That'll do.
  869. >Nothing is going to stop you from being with him.
  870. >Even if you have to help him along.
  871.
  872.
  873. >You are Anonymous.
  874. >And you've just cleaned up your mild nosebleed at the kitchen sink.
  875. >Wasn't bad, probably had more to do with the cold air outside.
  876. >Your nose was only ever one of two ways during winter.
  877. >Dry as a bone, or runnier than a battalion of airborne trainees.
  878. >Go figure that when it was dry, it generally bled every once in a while.
  879. >No, what was really concerning was that Miss Dash had said she wanted to take a shower, and figure out how it worked for herself.
  880. >You shuddered at the thought, but at least she'd managed to figure out how the toilet worked.
  881. >You still weren't sure how she'd managed to get this far in life without knowing these things.
  882. >Selective amnesia?
  883. >Pushing the thought aside, you took a few steps away from the kitchen once you were satisfied that your nose wasn't leaking any further.
  884. >Moving to the box of clothes, you began to pull some more out for the girls to wear.
  885. >You'd go buy more today, though you weren't sure...well. Fuck it, you could make Miss Dash wear the over-sized bras until both were on their feet.
  886. >Miss Twilight could...well, you weren't sure there. She was a bit TOO big for the one you'd given her...
  887. >At least you would get them one good set of clothes and such, before figuring out where to send them.
  888. >You still weren't going to get the police involved for the time being.
  889. >The next step though, would probably be checking around on the internet.
  890. >Though, that would have to be done after yo-
  891. >"Anooooon!" Rainbow called out from the bathroom.
  892. >Looking up and back at your hands, you awkwardly tossed the pair of powder-blue panties that you had in your hands and rushed over to the bathroom door.
  893. "What?" you called back mildly, doing your best to not be too loud.
  894. >The lock unclicked, and Miss Dash pulled the door open.
  895. >She had a frown on her face, but had about the same level of modesty around you that she'd had since the first day.
  896. >Which was to say, none.
  897. >Looking at the ceiling you sighed, doing your best to not be lured in by her bobbing breasts.
  898. >"The water is too hot and I burned myself an-"
  899. "Move." you stated calmly, before heading inside.
  900. >She obliged as you pulled the curtain aside slightly and fiddled with the faucet.
  901. >The room had steamed up quite nicely, and she wasn't kidding when she said the water was hot.
  902. >The power of having a good boiler, it would seem.
  903. >Taking a moment, you checked the temperature again and it was much more bearable.
  904. >Turning around, you looked back up again, not falling prey to her feminine wiles.
  905. "Fixed. Turn the knob towards the door to get it hotter, and turn it away for colder. When you're done, turn it as though you want it to get colder, until it stops." you instruct her as you do your best to pass by without making physical contact.
  906. >To no avail, it would seem, as she grabbed onto your arm and hugged you.
  907. >Her other arm snaked up to your neck and pulled you down closer to her level, as she kissed you on the cheek.
  908. >"Thanks." she said smoothly before letting go of you.
  909. >Slipping away, you closed the door behind you before hearing a giggle from the other side of it.
  910. >Nope. That definitely wasn't a beautiful naked woman.
  911. >'Too late bro, I'm awake now.'
  912. >Moving back to your couch at the speed of man, you quickly sat down and thought about non-erotic things for a short time.
  913. >In fact, it was made even easier to deal with as your enormous cat Mister jumped onto your lap and right to a soft spot.
  914. >Cringing as the pain receded, you gave him a good rub behind the ears before he abruptly used you as a launch pad.
  915. >Jumping off the side of the recliner, her landed on top of your other cat Socks, before the two tore off down the hallway to wrestle with each other.
  916. >Howling as they went though, you eventually returned to your feet and made your way back to your own bedroom.
  917. >They broke up their play fight as soon as you got close, darting off in different direction.
  918. >Socks ended up knocking the loose-door open that led to your "in-progress" bedroom.
  919. >It was an empty room that you had just barely finished insulating.
  920. >Heron-blue walls and a soft carpet floor, with nicely shaped folding doors for the closet on one side.
  921. >You'd meant to fill it with furniture this week for your little girl, but that had been postponed slightly.
  922. >Well, maybe you'd get some of that going today, even if you couldn't get it all just yet.
  923. >Which brought up yet another problem. What if Miss Dash and Miss Twilight were still here when you had to bring Lilly over?
  924. >You kept this thought in your mind as you tentatively walked into the bedroom.
  925. >Miss Twilight was awake and had a book in her hands.
  926. >Ah, made sense, considering you had a headboard full of them.
  927. >Her eyes twinkled as she looked up at you though.
  928. >"Hello." she stated simply, her voice quiet and still a little raspy.
  929. >You nodded your head in response, doing your best to not look at her.
  930. >She still had deigned to remove her bra, and didn't do much to cover her exposed midriff.
  931. "Don't mind me, just going to get changed and head into town for a few errands. Need me to get you anything to eat or drink before I leave?" you inquired as you pulled out a good thick pair of working jeans.
  932. >"Water...would be nice." she replied, a slight upward lilt to her voice.
  933. >You could feel her gaze on your back as you pulled a thick over-shirt out of the dresser.
  934. "Roger. I'll get you a glass before I leave. Will you be alright here? Still feeling sick?"
  935. >You felt legitimate concern for her at any rate.
  936. >"I f-feel a little better." she said, and you turned around.
  937. >She cracked a small smile, that seemed genuine enough.
  938. >Clothes in hand, you moved into the closet for a moment.
  939. >Yanking your pants off, you slipped into your new pair before pulling your shirt on.
  940. >You already had some woolen socks on, so it was easy enough to slip into some boots.
  941. >Moving back out into the bedroom proper though, you saw Miss Twilight buried in her book again.
  942. >Good choice at any rate, a big compilation of Robert Frost poetry.
  943. >Departing without a word, you made your way to the kitchen to obtain her glass of water.
  944. >In fact, everything went fine until you came back to a naked woman who seemed to be drying herself off in the hallway.
  945. "Miss Dash, you can dry yourself off in the bathroom and NOT get water all of my carpet simultaneously." you stated matter-of-factly.
  946. >She stopped at this, and took a step back into the tiled and steaming room.
  947. >At least she turned the water off.
  948. "Miss Dash, wait there for a moment, and please make sure you're dried off quickly." you ordered before heading back into the bedroom.
  949. >Setting the glass of water on the nightstand, you depart without saying anything.
  950. >Returning to the hallway, you closed to door behind you.
  951. "Come." you order to the now mostly-dry woman standing in the open doorway to the bathroom.
  952. >A frown crosses her features, but she complies.
  953. >Once in the living room, you point to the clothes on the couch.
  954. "Put them on. No wandering around naked." you inform her.
  955. >"Pffft. What are you gonna do? Make me?" she replies in a snarky tone. "Are you really that scared of me?"
  956. >The first statement you could deal with.
  957. >That second one though...defiance? Hell no.
  958. "You put them on, or I put them on you." you stated, facing her.
  959. >Your eyes met, and you could see the stubbornness in her gaze.
  960. >"I'd like to see you try." she replied, glaring at you before she dropped her towel.
  961. >Snarling, you rushed forward and picked her up, slinging her over your shoulder.
  962. >Her nakedness didn't affect you right now, her childish demeanor upsetting you more than anything.
  963. >She yelped, before proceeding to hit you on the back.
  964. >Shrugging her blows off, you hauled her over to the couch and tossed her down on it.
  965. >She was stunned, and in that moment, you pulled a shirt over her head and immobilized her arms.
  966. "Yes, in fact, I AM going to dress you." you stated, holding her legs in place as you put underwear around her ankles.
  967. >She kicked at you a few times, but you held her in place until she gave up.
  968. >"Fine, i'll do it myself damnit." she said, relenting.
  969. >Pulling away, you looked down at her again.
  970. "Act like a child, get treated like a child." you informed her as she managed to put her arms through their proper sleeves.
  971. >"Only because you're being such a jerk!" she said, her voice beginning to raise. "I'm not used to this, the least you could do is give me a br-"
  972. >You placed your hand over her mouth, cutting her off.
  973. >Normally you weren't this forceful, but this was now the 'tantrum' stage.
  974. "Don't make me put you in time-out. Now, in all seriousness, I don't mean to be rough. I'm going into town though, and I need you to listen." you stated, before taking your hand away from her mouth.
  975. >Her expression was one of shock, but you dealt with it.
  976. >You hoped she wouldn't call the police, but at this point, you doubt she knew how to operate a phone.
  977. "I need you to make sure the house doesn't burn down. Besides that, I'd like you to clean up a little if possible, as well as feed the cats. Finally, take care of Miss Twilight while I'm gone. Please don't run away, even if you magically remember where you're from and how to get home." you start. "I'll take you home if that happens, but for now, stay inside and don't do anything dangerous." you finish.
  978. >Picking up the remote, you turn the television on.
  979. "I'll leave this on for now. Do your little chores, and make sure she's okay. Then you can watch the T.V."
  980. >Not waiting for a response, you turned and walked towards the door.
  981. >Three...two...
  982. >A pair of arms wrapped around you from behind.
  983. >"I'm sorry." she said, her voice a bit more raspy than before.
  984. >Pulling her arms off of you, you faced her again and ruffled her hair.
  985. >She looked up at you and puckered her lips a little, but you weren't giving in.
  986. "Do what I asked and maybe you'll earn one." you said, opening the door. "And keep your clothes on, it's cold out."
  987. >Walking out, you moved to the garage door and opened it up.
  988. >You needed to finish your doorway to it from inside the house.
  989. >Oh well.
  990. >Walking inside, you hopped up into your truck and started it up.
  991. >A black Ford Titan.
  992. >You always hated guys who drove these around all year, but you at least understood it in the wintertime.
  993. >Trucks weren't your cup of tea, but oh well.
  994. >You didn't want to take your HMMWV out, as it was terrible in terms of gas mileage, but it could operate in the most adverse conditions.
  995. >No, sadly you needed space for this trip at the least.
  996. >Putting it into gear, you started out of the driveway, off to town to obtain food, clothes, and whatever else came to mind.
  997.
  998.
  999. >You are Rainbow Dash.
1000. >And you just finished picking things up, as well as trying to dust a little.
1001. >There...really wasn't much cleaning to do at all.
1002. >You even filled the cat bowl, but they weren't hungry right now.
  1003. >Now for...Twilight.
1004. >Looking yourself over, you took a moment and walked to Anon's bedroom.
1005. >Steeling yourself, you opened the door.
1006. >Leaning on the frame, you looked inside at her.
1007. "Twilight." you said through clenched teeth.
1008. >"Rainbow." she stated, equally hostile.
1009. "Looks like I'm in charge of the house right now." you informed her, doing your best to establish dominance.
1010. >"Rainbow, you don't need to act high and mighty. I'm still not even sure how you got here." she replied, frowning.
1011. "I followed you. This time, he's gonna be mine. You don't deserve him after what you did." you responded, keeping your anger in check. Barely.
1012. >At this though, she laughed.
1013. >"And that's the beauty of it, Rainbow. He's already mine. I'm his wife. Oh, and another great thing about magic. I don't even remember what I did. It must have been horrible, but I was able to wipe it from my head. This new me is perfect for him, and I was already what he needed." she deigned to inform you, a smug smile crossing her lips.
1014. >Snarling, you spat what you deemed to be a clever retort.
1015. "Bucking coward. Can't even face your own betrayals. That's why he'll be mine." you spat.
  1016. >"We'll see." she said.
  1017. >Ugh.
1018. >You just wanted to smack that smile right off of her.
1019. >Turning, you closed the door behind you and set off back towards the living room, fuming.
1020. >Sitting down on the couch, you began to pout a little before the magic box got your attention. A teevee, he called it?
1021. >There were a bunch of black and white pictures moving across the screen, but at least you could read the words that popped up.
1022. >Until what sounded like an old stallion's voice chimed in.
1023. >'Old footage, restored and colorized for a closer, more real experience. Now presenting the first of a new History channel series, World War II in color.'
  1024. >World War II?
  1025.
  1026.
  1027. >You are Anonymous.
1028. >And you're meandering on through the grocery store, collecting more canned foods to go with your fresh produce.
1029. >It was a nice little place, more of a Mom and Pop store, but it was better than going to a big chain store.
1030. >This place had lots of locally grown goods, and that suited you just fine.
1031. >Collecting up some chuck steaks, you decided to make some burgers one of these nights.
  1032. >Hmm.
  1033. >Bacon would be required.
  1034. >And potato buns.
1035. >Going back and forth though, you eventually got together everything you needed.
1036. >A quick stop at the front register, and you were back in the truck with a hundred dollars in food.
1037. >You'd already collected what you assumed were suitable clothes for the women back at the house.
1038. >Getting bras for them was awkward at any rate, but hopefully they would suffice for the time being.
1039. >You had to guess at sizes, but you assumed you were close enough with what you picked out.
1040. >Now came the thought that scared you.
1041. >Was the house in one piece?
  1042. >You hoped so.
1043. >The guns were all locked up.
1044. >Miss Dash probably couldn't have figured out how to turn the stove on.
1045. >Miss Twilight was hopefully still in bed.
1046. >The cats didn't need a whole lot of care.
  1047. >Oh darnit.
1048. >Sighing aloud, you shook your head and focused on driving.
1049. >You were already on the outskirts of town on your way home, and it hadn't even been two hours since you'd left.
1050. >Well, in a few minutes it would be, but that was fine.
1051. >Turning the dial on the radio up, you began to listen to...huh.
1052. >A British reporter's voice was on, doing an interview.
  1053. >Wait.
  1054. >Mike Vining?
1055. >He was interviewing Sergeant Major VINING?
1056. >Turning it up, you actively slowed down on your drive to listen more closely.
  1057. >Everything else could wait.
1058. >Slowing down, you soaked in everything he was talking about.
  1059. >Gah.
1060. >Minutes passed by much too quickly, but you managed to contain yourself.
1061. >Eventually the interview ended, and you turned the radio down.
1062. >Sighing again rather loudly, you took it all in for a few moments.
1063. >It was a depressing story, but you were glad to hear something like that.
  1064. >Gah.
  1065. >Mike Vining.
1066. >It was about this time though, that you realized you were close enough to see the house.
  1067. >Nothing was on fire.
  1068. >Good.
  1069. >Better than expected.
1070. >Pulling into the driveway, you clicked the button overhead and waited for the garage door to open.
1071. >It was lightly snowing again, but it hadn't put much more on the ground.
1072. >You might have to scrape more of the snow off of the concrete before it froze over, but for now you would be fine.
1073. >Scratching at your beard, you pulled into the garage proper and killed the engine.
1074. >Going through the motions, you collected as much stuff in your hands as physically possible so as to reduce the amount of trips.
1075. >It killed you that you were unable to get everything in one good trip, but such is life.
1076. >Arms laden with groceries, you made your way around to the front door and managed to get it open without too much trouble.
1077. >As soon as you made it through the door though, you set everything down and headed back to the truck.
1078. >Two trips later, everything was inside.
1079. >Kicking your boots off and removing your over-shirt, you began to pick everything up and take it to the kitchen.
1080. >Only now though did you look over at Miss Dash.
1081. >She was sitting on the couch, her eyes red and puffy.
1082. >A box of tissues was next to her, many of the sheets spread about covered in snot and what you assumed were probably drying tears.
  1083. >The fuck w-
  1084. >Oh.
1085. >Actually taking note of the television, you saw what appeared to be some of the opening Marine assaults on Japanese held territory back in the 1940s.
1086. >Damn, was this WWII in color? You'd been waiting for this to air.
  1087. >Well shit.
1088. >Collecting the rest of the groceries, you listened to her whimpering.
1089. >Okay, maybe you shouldn't let her keep watching if it was THAT bad.
1090. >Getting lost in the images yourself though, you waited for a moment, until it came to a point where it showed some footage of a man with an M2 flamethrower in his hands.
1091. >The narrator was talking about Woody Williams, a man who received a Congressional Medal of Honor for his acts on Iwo Jima. You knew his story.
1092. >Which was why you flipped the TV off before it got good.
1093. >This seemed to break the spell at any rate, as she wailed a little before burying her face in her hands.
  1094. >Note to self.
1095. >Don't let her watch anything unsupervised anymore.
1096. >"H-h-how c-can y-you dooo that to each other!" she cried, calling to you.
1097. >At least you assumed she was talking to you.
1098. >Walking away, you continued to put away your groceries.
1099. >Let her cry it out for a moment.
1100. >Within about two minutes though, you had everything put away and she was still crying.
1101. >You swear, this gal could open her own water-park.
1102. >Which struck you as odd, because based on her personality, she seemed like the type who never cried.
1103. "Alright, come on." you mumbled aloud, before walking over to her.
1104. >Walking up to her, you put your hand on her head.
1105. >She looked up at you and sniffled, hitting you on the stomach a few times.
1106. >You took it, but damn, she could hit hard.
  1107. >"You're evil!"
1108. >Shrugging, you pull away from her, before sitting down.
1109. "You really don't know what war is, do you?" you inquired, her scowl apparent at your tone. "War is ugly, but what you saw is just a glimpse. That's a lot of what we do. It's baffling to me that you don't know what it is, but this is some 'Fifth Element' kind of shit going on here, so I guess I shouldn't be surprised."
1110. >Shaking your head, you continued.
1111. "Maybe one of these days you'll tell me where you're from then, because either you've been living under a rock, or another planet." you stated, chuckling to yourself.
  1112. >"I..."
1113. >She started to say something, but stopped.
1114. >You waited, until about a minute passed and you stood up again.
1115. >Walking away, you left her to brood.
1116. >It was time you checked on Miss Twilight.
  1117.
  1118.
  1119. >You are Twilight Sparkle.
1120. >And you were buried in a book that Anon had in his room.
1121. >You'd already finished his book of poetry, and you were already in love with the literature of this world.
1122. >If there was consolation of being away from all you knew, books were just that.
1123. >Books were home, wherever you went.
1124. >Pushing further into the tale you currently held in your hands though, the sound of the bedroom door opening caught your attention.
1125. >Looking up, you smiled as Anonymous walked into the room.
1126. >You'd decided you wouldn't nudge him any more for a time, if at all.
1127. >Your initial thoughts on it made you realize that it was probably more harmful than good.
1128. >He'd fallen in love with you once. Rainbow wasn't a threat to that.
1129. >"Glad to see you're awake. Did you need anything while I was gone?" he inquired, doing his best to not look directly at you.
1130. >He was so sweet and considerate to be thinking about you.
1131. >Though now that he brought it up...clenching your legs a little, you realized just how badly you needed to use the privy.
1132. "Uhm..." you started, your voice still weak. "I could u-use the bathroom..."
1133. >Well, you were having a hard time talking. Might as well milk a little further.
1134. >"Alright. Before you get up, mind if I help you put a shirt on?" he asked.
1135. >You still didn't fully understand why he was acting so afraid of you being uncovered, but you were also starting to suspect it had something to do with these...big fleshy teats you had on your chest.
1136. >Regardless of that though, you nodded your head in response.
1137. >A nearly inaudible sigh of what you assumed to be relief escaped his lips, but you knew you had to take that as an opening to tease him.
1138. >Setting your book down, you waited for him to collect an article for you to wear, before stretching your arms out and thrusting your chest forward visibly.
1139. >The change in his aura was all you needed to see, your grin widening as he tossed the shirt to you.
1140. >Taking a moment to figure out how to don the bit of clothing, you did your best to keep an innocent look on your face as Anon turned away.
1141. >'Keep up the cute and he'll be yours in no time.'
1142. >Once you had the shirt on at any rate, you attempted to stand.
1143. >Abruptly falling forwards on your unfamiliar legs, you hit the carpet before Anon can catch you.
1144. >The pain of your rug-burned knees and elbows is nothing compared to the instant shame that followed.
  1145. >At least you didn't scream out.
1146. >This was all pushed aside though, as Anon wrapped his arms around you.
1147. >"Maybe you should let me do the work for now." he said, before he scooped you up in his arms.
1148. >You didn't protest as he took you across the hall into the bathroom, before setting you down.
1149. >"Just call when you're done, i'll get you back to the bedroom." he stated before turning away.
1150. "Uhm...c-can I take a shower?" you asked, doing your best to keep him around for a moment longer.
1151. >He turns back to you for a moment, and then nods his head.
1152. >"I'll get you a towel and a change of clothes then. Oh and that reminds me..." he said before leaving you alone.
1153. >Slipping the...panties? Panties off, you quickly did your business and used the little bits of thin paper to clean yourself.
1154. >You didn't want to try standing again yet, so you deigned to call out Anon's name.
1155. >After a short delay, he knocked before speaking.
  1156. >"Everything okay in there?"
  1157. >Better than okay.
1158. "Yes. I just want a little help getting up and into the shower." you replied.
  1159. >"Just a sec then."
1160. >About a minute passed, but he returned with an odd looking chair in tow, as well as...Rainbow.
  1161. >Oh boy.
1162. >"Alright, Miss Dash don't scowl, this is how you're gonna earn your keep." Anon said as he handed the odd chair off to her.
1163. >You...knew where this was going.
1164. >"Now, get cleaned up. I'm going to get lunch together." he finished, before leaving you and Rainbow alone in the bathroom.
1165. >Looking over at her, you kept your expression blank.
1166. >Her eyes met yours and you saw the smoldering anger that lay beneath the surface.
1167. >She really did have a hatred for you, didn't she?
1168. >Moving past you on your toilet seat, she pulled the curtains aside on what you assumed was the shower.
  1169. >...yup. Looked like a shower.
1170. >Setting the seat down though, you noticed it had holes in it.
1171. >Made sense then. You could sit down and still get cleaned up.
1172. >"Get in." Rainbow ordered, her tone dark.
1173. >Keeping your expression blank, you pulled your shirt off and did your best to stand up.
1174. >Wobbling a little, you managed to get into the shower and sit on the chair.
1175. >Rainbow turned the knob that was in front of you and pulled back before the water hit her.
1176. >You shuddered for a moment as the cold water hit your skin, but it quickly warmed up.
1177. >A moment passed, and then you heard a knock at the door.
1178. >"Yes?" Rainbow said, opening it.
1179. >You didn't hear what Anon said, but the door closed rather quickly and you heard a mild curse from Rainbow.
1180. >Turning the faucet yourself a little further, the water became more heated and reached a more suitable temperature.
1181. >As you removed your hand though, you shivered at the feeling of the water running over you.
  1182. >Rainbow's hand appeared again, with a...bottle?
1183. >"Shampoo. Take it." she said, before she dropped it.
1184. >This was working out better than you expected at any rate.
1185. >She was hostile, but following Anon's orders well enough.
1186. >Picking it up, you took a moment to figure out how to pop the lid off.
1187. >Taking a whiff of it, you smiled.
1188. >It smelled like Lavender. Your favorite.
1189. >Squeezing some out onto your hand, you began to run it through your hair.
1190. >Playing with it some, you couldn't help but be reminded of all of the lovely times when Anon did this to your mane...
1191. >But this hair was so much softer, and your fingers felt so good rubbing through it and on your scalp.
1192. >Biting your lip, you did your best to calm down for a moment when you realized not all of the moisture between your legs was from the shower.
1193. >A few minutes pass as you take a bar of soap that was sitting in the corner, and scrub yourself down.
  1194. >You feel refreshed.
1195. >Even if you were still getting used to not having fur, you did appreciate this...skin.
1196. >It was so smooth and soft.
1197. >All in all, this world was shaping up to be rather nice.
1198. >"You done yet?" Rainbow called out, her tone still obviously annoyed.
1199. >You considered saying 'no' just to spite her, but that would be rude.
1200. >No need to deal it back.
1201. "Yes. Mind getting a towel for me?" you asked her, doing your best to keep your tone as neutral as possible.
1202. >She said nothing as you turned the water off, but flipped the curtain aside a moment later with a towel in hand.
1203. >"Dry yourself off." she said, throwing the towel at you before turning around and walking out of the privy.
1204. >It was soft and huge, and you found yourself rather content to smother yourself with it for a time.
1205. >Until you felt dry, and realized that you needed to get up.
1206. >Well, if Rainbow wasn't going to help, you'd just have to work your own methods.
1207. >Smiling devilishly for a moment, you prepared yourself.
1208. >You'd thought it over, and you wouldn't use magic. That was too unfair.
1209. >No, you had your charm and obviously good looks.
1210. "Anoooooon!" you called out through the open door.
1211. >Wrapping the towel around yourself, you made sure to expose a large portion of your chest.
1212. >He seemed to like that.
1213. >As his footfalls came closer, you made sure to put on an air of helplessness.
1214. >Considering the circumstances, it was pretty true, but it was nice to know you'd have his sympathy.
  1215. >'You'll be together soon.'
  1216.
  1217.
1218. >Anon rounded the corner with a bit of a scowl on his face, but as soon as his eyes fell upon you, his expression softened.
1219. >"I'm sorry, Miss Dash is being difficult." he stated, before coming over to you.
1220. >Wrapping you arms around him, he lifted you up and carried you back into his bedroom.
1221. >It was interesting how easy it was for him to do as such, because you were rather large compared to Rainbow.
1222. >To say the least though, it excited you.
1223. >As he set you down on the bed though, you made sure the towel slipped with a slight tug from your mind.
1224. >Giving him an eyeful for a moment, you kept your expression as one of shame at being helpless.
1225. >You let him pull away from you at any rate, glancing at the clothes he had set out for you.
1226. >You still weren't too fond of the things yet, but you'd at least put on a little.
1227. >Tugging your shirt on again, you took up the panties and slipped them on.
1228. >At least they fit snugly.
1229. >He didn't leave the room until you had some...well they were pants, but they only went to your...knees?
1230. >At least he was being helpful.
1231. >Pulling you up, he kept you steady as you tried to walk.
1232. >Your knees almost buckled again, but he kept you upright until you regained your strength.
1233. "I'm sorry." you said, starting to feel legitimately useless.
1234. >"S'fine." he grunted in response.
1235. >Taking your time though, you eventually made it to the common room where he sat you down on the couch.
1236. >You turned and climbed further onto the couch, looking back at him as he went into the little kitchen.
1237. >Taking in your surroundings, you looked for details.
1238. >You hadn't really been in here, and you were looking around for anything that you could commit to memory.
1239. >Well, until he started talking to Rainbow.
1240. >You couldn't hear their conversation, but it only occurred to you now just how small she was compared to him.
1241. >They were standing in the kitchen, both with folded arms, talking in a hushed tone.
  1242. >You knew that look.
1243. >His jaw was tight, and he looked calm. You knew he was mad.
1244. >She didn't seem to be registering it though, because she unfolded her arms and started poking his chest.
1245. >He tensed, but dropped his arms.
1246. >"Get your fucking plate, and sit down." he said, loud enough for you to hear him.
1247. >He a pair of plates in his own grasp and walked over to you.
1248. >Setting one down for you, you grinned at him as he sat down.
1249. >Rainbow deigned to sit at one of the kitchen chairs, but you didn't mind.
1250. >Nuzzling up next to Anon, he didn't push you away as you looked at what he brought you.
  1251. >A big sandwich. Hmm.
1252. >Taking it up in your grasp, you took a bite and rolled the food around in your mouth for a moment before chewing.
1253. >It didn't taste like anything you'd ever had before.
1254. >Taking it all in, you closed your eyes for a moment and enjoyed it.
1255. >"Alright, I've talked to Rainbow about this, but something has come up." Anon stated after chewing up a bite of his own.
  1256. "Hmmm?"
1257. >You kept your reply bland as you continued to nibble away.
1258. >"Long story short, you two are to be on your best behavior. I'm still not sure what I'm to do with you two, but that's something you and I can work on I suppose." he stated, pausing and looking at you before continuing. "My little girl is coming a few days early. I'll be picking her up later. I'm going to tell her a story about why you and Miss Dash are here, and you're going to stick with it."
1259. >You coughed at his first few words, but kept your composure.
1260. >Blinking a few times, you nodded your head.
1261. "I'll s-stay quiet." you informed him, a little unsure of how to handle the situation.
  1262. >His...daughter?
1263. >You'd remembered your visions of her, moreso than the stories of her.
1264. >She was...you'd have to see for yourself.
1265. >Leaning up against him again though, he didn't react badly.
1266. >In fact, he didn't react at all.
1267. >Waiting for a moment before pulling away, you took another bite of your sandwich.
1268. >No need to push it right this second.
1269. >Turning your head, you saw Rainbow glaring at you.
1270. >You winked in response, letting her do her best to bore a hole through your head with her eyes.
1271. >Another minute passed in silence, before Anon stood up.
1272. >"I'm leaving now. I'll be back later." he said, before taking up his plate. "Miss Dash, you will help Miss Twilight back to the bedroom when she's done and clean up the dishes. So help me if you don't listen to me this time, you ass is going into a snowdrift."
1273. >You kept your expression blank, but an inner you jumped for joy at this.
1274. >It almost felt bad, considering she'd once been one of your closest friends.
1275. >But it felt too good that she was getting treated like an adolescent, for acting like such a brat.
1276. >As he left your view though, you couldn't help but crack a grin.
  1277.
  1278.
  1279. >You are Rainbow Dash.
  1280. >And oh you're just fan-bucking-tastic right now.
1281. >Anon just left to go pick up his daughter.
  1282. >Okay.
  1283. >That you could handle.
1284. >But that fact that he was SOOOO upset about you not wanting to wait on Twilight?
  1285. >That's what got you.
  1286. >She wasn't even HURT.
  1287. >She was FINE.
  1288. >Bitch.
1289. >She wasn't going to take him again.
1290. >Ugh, but you had to focus on other things.
1291. >You were still upset about what you saw earlier on the teevee about that World War.
1292. >You sniffled a little after thinking about the things you saw.
1293. >Humans were mean to each other.
1294. >And Anon was one of them!
1295. >How could Anon do things like that?
1296. >Shaking your head, you finished eating your sandwich.
1297. >Even after all that he still made you food.
1298. >Why did you feel so bad about being here?
1299. >'You want to go home.' a little voice inside informed you.
1300. >You froze for a moment, before looking up at Twilight.
1301. >She was staring at you, and a cold feeling in your stomach moved upwards before gripping your heart.
1302. >"You really are having a hard time adjusting, aren't you?" she asked aloud.
1303. >It was almost as if she wasn't even directing her question at you, but you knew that she was.
1304. >"I didn't come here on a whim. I came here prepared to give up everything for Anonymous. You need to go home, Rainbow."
1305. >You felt uncomfortable at first.
1306. >Until the anger took over.
1307. >Standing up, you walked over to her with a purpose.
1308. >"You aren't wrong for wanting to come here, but you need to leave." she said as you ended up in front of her.
1309. >You weren't even sure what overcame you, but your hand had balled itself up and before you knew it Twilight had a mark on her cheek from where you hit her.
1310. >She didn't even cry out though, instead looking up at you in shock.
1311. >Shaking her head, she took a deep breath and you did your best to keep yourself under control.
1312. >"Take me back to the bedroom." she finally said.
1313. >Grabbing her arm, you yanked her to her feet and began to drag her.
1314. >She didn't resist, stumbling along as you pulled.
  1315. >Wimp.
1316. >She didn't even hit you back or anything.
1317. >As soon as you had sat her down though, you left the room.
1318. >Why was everything so blurry?
1319. >Celestia damnit you were crying again.
  1320.
  1321.
  1322. >You're Anonymous.
1323. >And you're about an hour away from home, waiting at the meeting place.
1324. >You weren't really prepared for your baby girl to be with you this early in the month, but that was fine by you.
1325. >Extra time with her was something you always wanted.
1326. >Hell, it was something you were still fighting over in court.
1327. >Shaking your head though, you stomped your right leg a few times.
1328. >It was starting to fall asleep.
  1329. >...wait, headlights!
  1330. >Oh boy.
  1331. >THAT asshole.
1332. >Another truck rolled up a ways away from yours.
1333. >Getting out, you rubbed your hands together and proceeded to fold your arms as your ex-wife got out of the truck with your daughter in tow.
1334. >Lilly had a backpack on, while her mother had a large bag in her own hands.
1335. >Standard fare, with maybe a couple extra days worth of clothing.
1336. >That was fine, but you had things for her.
  1337. >Whatever.
1338. >Walking forwards though, you glared at the man in the truck for a moment before your little girl ran ahead of her mother.
1339. >As soon as she got within about ten feet of you though, you dropped down and scooped her up in a big hug.
1340. >"Daddy!" she called out simply, her arms around your neck.
1341. >You felt the rest of the world fall away for a moment as you held her.
1342. >She was the reason you got up in the morning.
1343. >That was until Olivia broke the silence.
1344. >"I'm glad you were willing to take her in early, I just couldn't get any other days for our flight that weren't another week out." she said, letting you know she was there with the bag in hand.
1345. >First time she'd apologized in a long time for anything.
1346. "S'fine." you replied, taking it from her.
1347. >Turning away, you made sure to let her know you weren't listening to anything else she would spout.
1348. >She said something, but you didn't catch it as you carried your not so little girl in one arm.
1349. >Setting her down as you reached the truck though, you got her in the back seat and buckled her in.
1350. >Putting her bag in the front with you, you began to speak.
1351. "So how're you doing kiddo?" you said, letting the heater run for a moment as you watched your ex climb back into the other truck.
1352. >"Great! Mrs. Dorian said that I'm getting better at my mul-ti-pli-cation tables and..."
1353. >You let yourself revel in her stories of fifth grade.
1354. >It was amazing how good she was doing. That was always your biggest concern when it came to her.
1355. >The divorce was bad, but then again she never really had seen you and her mother together.
1356. >"-cept for Diane and Susie, they still make fun of me but that's okay 'cause I made some new friends this year an-."
1357. "Sweet pea, do I need to talk to Diane and Susie's parents again?" you asked, interrupting her for a moment.
1358. >She stopped speaking, but you glanced at her in the mirror.
1359. >She was looking at her feet.
1360. "Sweetie I'm glad you've got new friends, but I don't want you to get bullied by those two." you continued.
1361. >"No Dad...I can take care of it..." she said.
1362. >She was ashamed, but you'd leave it to her.
1363. >She was growing up on you, but after so long you'd think that those girls would leave her alone.
1364. >They were almost eleven now, weren't they?
1365. "Alright. Remember what I said. I'd rather you stand up for yourself than let it keep going." you said. "Now what are your new friend's names?"
1366. >She brightened up at this, telling you of her new pals.
  1367. >A trio apparently.
1368. >The time flew by at any rate, as you drove back to your house.
1369. >Though it didn't occur to you until you were less than ten minutes away to tell her of the...guests.
1370. >Okay, best to not surprise her.
1371. "Alright, Lilly you listening?" you asked, making sure she was paying attention. You'd both been quiet for a few minutes, because you knew she was tired.
1372. >"Yes Dad." she replied, yawning as soon as she had the words out.
1373. "Okay. Well Daddy is helping out a couple of young women who were lost. They're going to be staying with us for a while. Remember to be polite, they're both nice." you informed her.
  1374. >It was a true enough statement.
  1375. >It also scared you.
1376. >Maybe...they could stay until after the winter, as long as everything went okay.
1377. >You'd be looking online tonight for more information anyways.
  1378. >"Okay Dad."
1379. >Her tone betrayed her confusion, but she'd understand soon enough.
1380. >And you'd make sure that the girls knew to treat her like an angel.
1381. "Okay sweetie. Just make sure to be extra polite. They might look and act a little different, but they're people just like you and me."
1382. >You both fell silent again, but that was okay. She'd probably be having a nap before dinner, and an early night.
1383. >The snow hadn't deigned to continue falling for the time being, but that was a positive thing.
1384. >It was already Thursday, so you'd only have to worry about running Lilly to school tomorrow before the weekend actually rolled around.
1385. >Thinking on this though, you pulled into the driveway and opened the garage door.
1386. >Killing the engine, Lilly mumbled something from the backseat but you didn't catch it.
1387. >Only when you opened her door, did you realize that she actually HAD fallen asleep.
1388. >Unbuckling her, you scooped the growing girl up and carried her inside.
1389. >You kicked off your boots and hers, before taking her quietly into the main room.
1390. >Miss Dash was asleep on the recliner but that was alright.
1391. >Laying your daughter down on the couch, you collected her bag and quickly made your way back inside.
  1392. >Perfect.
1393. >Moving quickly into her bedroom, you began to fill up her inflatable mattress.
1394. >Soon enough you'd have a proper bed for her, but for the time being this would work.
1395. >It wasn't until you had her in the little bedroom that you checked in on the young women.
1396. >Miss Dash had cleaned up, and checking in on Twilight everything seemed okay.
1397. >She was also asleep, but had a little mark on her face.
1398. >It wasn't big though. Probably fell while Miss Dash was helping her back to the bedroom.
1399. >Feeling her forehead, you could tell her fever was nearly gone.
  1400. >Good.
1401. >Once back in the living room though, you shifted your attention to the kitchen.
1402. >Collecting everything you needed, you started steaming some brown rice before anything else.
1403. >You had some chicken in a marinade from this morning, but you were wondering if...ah it'd be enough.
1404. >You'd already cut off most of the fat, so the only other real stuff that needed to be done was the rice, which would take some time.
1405. >Welp, time to face the elements again.
1406. >You were going to clear up most of the back and insure that you could get your grill up and running.
1407. >As you suited up in your now-dry clothes though, Miss Dash seemed to be awoken by your activities.
1408. >She watched you warily, until you grabbed your shovel from outside and made your way to the back.
  1409. >"Need any help?"
  1410. >Huh.
1411. >You were a little taken aback at the question, but maybe she was doing this to redeem herself from earlier.
1412. "Sure." you replied. "Grab one of my smaller coats, i'll have a shovel for you."
1413. >Moving yourself outside though, you began to work.
1414. >About five minutes later, she returned wearing a coat that seemed to drown her.
1415. >"This was the smallest one I could find." she stated, before pulling the sleeves back further to get her hands exposed.
1416. >Taking a moment, you dug some gloves out of your pocket that used to belong to your wife.
1417. >She slipped them on after a moment, and took up the shovel you'd left off to one side.
1418. >She was actually pretty damn quick when it came to getting rid of the snow that had piled up.
  1419. >Faster than you even.
1420. >Holy shit, it didn't even take fifteen minutes once she joined.
  1421. >'Gettin' old.'
1422. >Shaking your head, you pulled the cover off of your grill and proceeded to fire it up.
1423. >Letting it heat up, you moved back inside with Miss Dash in tow though, stripping down to a lighter layer again.
1424. "You had trouble walking until now, yet you can work that well? You're a mystery." you informed her.
1425. >She didn't respond, but it wasn't until you looked at her that you saw why.
1426. >She was attempting to pull the coat off, but was a little buried inside of it.
1427. >Laughing, you took the sleeves and yanked them up and over her head.
1428. >As she slid out of it though, you saw her face reach an almost scarlet level of coloration.
1429. "Sorry for being gruff earlier." you said, ruffling her hair before her nose crinkled and she swatted at you.
  1430. >"I thought so."
1431. >Letting your things dry, you continued your dinner-making process while striking up conversation.
1432. "Alright. Well, when she wakes up you'll meet Lilly. Be nice to her. She's still just a kid, and might ask some odd questions. Just answer as best as you can." you informed her.
1433. >You weren't really worried about it to be honest, but it was best to let her know beforehand now that you'd calmed down a bit.
1434. >She nodded before returning the couch, flopping down on it.
1435. "So, anything you want to tell me today? Anything to help me, help you?" you asked, getting the broccoli together to steam it.
1436. >"Not really. I can't get home now, and I know you won't believe me when I tell where I came from anyways." she replied somewhat airily.
1437. >You scoffed at this, but you were past the point of accepting it.
1438. >You'd look more up tonight.
1439. >'Then again, would it be so bad to have two lovely gals living with you from here on out?'
1440. >And there goes your penis talking again.
1441. "Right. You know, some help would be nice with all that right?"
1442. >"Here, how about I give you a basic idea? I'm an alien. That's about as simple as I can explain it." she retorted, popping her head over the couch's back.
1443. >For some reason, you didn't quite disbelieve her.
  1444. >Okay.
1445. "Alright Miss Alien, then why are you content to just hang out at my house and sexually harass me?"
1446. >She stayed quiet for a moment, before laying down some hurt.
1447. >"Because both me and Twilight came here for you. I don't get everything behind it, but we came to be with you, jerk." she said, before sticking her tongue out at you.
  1448. >Oh no.
  1449. >She's asking for it.
1450. >Checking the rice, you confirm it'll be fine without you for a moment.
1451. >Moving over to where Miss Dash was lying on the couch, you looked down at her before reaching your arms over and poking her stomach.
1452. >She yelped and lashed her arm out at you, but you leaned further over the furniture and began to tickle her sides.
1453. >She kept flailing her arms as she began to laugh uncontrollably, doing her best to breathe while you kept up your relentless assault.
1454. >"S-s-hahah-stooooop!' she managed to choke out, laughing as she went.
1455. >You kept it up for a moment more, before relenting.
1456. "No sticking your tongue out at me." you said, smirking at her before standing up to your full height.
1457. >As you said this though, she smiled and stuck her tongue out again.
  1458. >Cheeky little...
1459. >Reaching back down, you attempted to tickle her again.
1460. >She was faster though, wrapping her arms around your neck and pulling you closer.
  1461. >"You said I could earn a reward."
1462. >Looking at her, your noses touched and she puckered her lips before closing her eyes.
1463. >Pulling back slightly you flicked her nose.
1464. >She yelped and fell back, her eyes opening up and a look of indignation on her face.
  1465. >"What'd you do that f-..."
1466. >She began to call out, but you leaned in and planted your own mouth on her forehead.
1467. >Holding there for a moment longer, you pulled away and ruffled her hair.
1468. "Satisfied? You're a big girl, keep acting like it and maybe you'll get somewhere." you informed her.
1469. >"For you..." she mumbled in response.
1470. >A little beep signified that the rice was almost ready.
  1471. >Good.
1472. >Time to put the chicken on.
  1473.
  1474.
  1475. >You are Rainbow Dash.
1476. >And god damnit you just can't be mad at Anon.
1477. >He's right about how you were acting earlier, but oh why is he so damn...ugh.
1478. >At least now he was making dinner so you could stew in your feelings.
1479. >What made it even weirder was knowing that...his daughter was only a room away.
1480. >He never talked about her in Equestria.
1481. >Heck the one time you asked about her he clammed up.
1482. >Though this was different now.
1483. >You weren't in Equestria and Anon didn't have those memories.
1484. >Even now it weighed on you, but that didn't matter.
1485. >You'd do what you could to help him out, and if he didn't want you then you'd have Twilight send you home.
1486. >He was his own person, and even now you could see that he wasn't as bad now as he was in Equestria.
1487. >Lying back on the couch, you fumed a little over that kiss he gave you.
1488. >Why did it fluster you like this?
1489. >You could almost feel his fingers running over your stomach as he tickled you.
1490. >Running your own hands down your frame, you shivered.
1491. >You weren't this sensitive while you were a pony.
1492. >And these fingers just felt so...cool compared to your hooves.
1493. >You missed your wings a bunch, but at least that wasn't as bad as you thought.
1494. >...yup, better steer clear of that thought process for now.
1495. >"Dash, go get Miss Twilight." Anon called out from the kitchen.
1496. >Furrowing your brow, you rolled off of the couch and complied.
1497. >As much as you hated Twilight right now, you didn't want to piss Anon off.
1498. >Then again, it did get you tickles...which were better than your old obsession with belly rubs.
1499. >Shaking your head, you found yourself walking into Anon's bedroom.
1500. >Looking at Twilight, she was awake again.
1501. "Dinner." you stated simply, before moving to drag her out of bed.
1502. >She didn't resist as you helped her up, but you weren't exactly gentle.
1503. >Once you had her out into the living room though, you took up your own seat at the kitchen counter.
  1504. >Anon was outside grilling...whatever it was.
1505. >It smelled good to say the least, but you had a feeling it wasn't a plant.
1506. >In fact, you had a hunch that you had been eating...animals.
1507. >That was something Anon used to do when he was in Equestria.
1508. >You almost didn't feel bad though, because the things you had eaten were...really really tasty.
1509. >At first you'd wondered if he would, but now you knew. Or thought you did.
1510. >Sighing, you didn't even notice that Anon had come back inside.
1511. >Well, until he set a plate down in front of you.
1512. >"Get Miss Twilight some water." he said, before leaving for a moment.
1513. >Standing up you wordlessly complied.
1514. >You were already getting used to how things worked around here.
1515. >Though once you'd gotten the bitch her drink and sat back down, Anon came back with a little blonde girl in tow.
1516. >Her eyes betrayed that she'd just woken up, but she gawked at you all the same.
1517. >"Lilly, this is Miss Dash and Miss Twilight. They're going to be here for a while, and I want you to be good to them." Anon stated, his daughter still staring at your hair.
1518. >"Well actually Mister Mous, my first name is Twilight and my last name is Sparkle. Regardless, pleased to meet you Lilly." Twilight said, smiling and reaching her hand out to the little girl.
1519. >The kid finally noticed that another woman was in the room and kept the same look on her face at Twilight's appearance.
1520. >Though she did manage to reach out and shake Twi's hand.
1521. >"P-pleased to meet you ma'am." she said in a shaky voice.
1522. >Damn, Anon must have been bringing her up right.
  1523. >Polite kid.
  1524. >You'd fix that.
1525. >"Greet Miss Dash as well, Lillian." Anon said, a stern tone in his pitch.
1526. >She let go of Twilight's hand and came over to you at that.
1527. "Nice to meetcha' kid." you said, putting your fist out.
1528. >She gave you an odd look, but then bumped your fist with hers.
  1529. >Just like a hoof-bump.
1530. >You shot a smug look at Twi before turning back to your food.
1531. >Anon sat down at the table with Twilight and Lilly, after helping the aforementioned woman over to it from her place on the couch and serving her a plate.
1532. >You looked at your own plate as well, recognizing most of the foods on there.
  1533. >Spinach, broccoli, rice.
1534. >And some sort of braised meat again.
1535. >Taking up a knife in one hand, you studied it for a moment. You only ever saw these as weapons. What were you supposed to do with this?
1536. >Looking back at Anon, you saw him cutting up his...meat with it, making small talk with Twilight and his daughter.
  1537. >Huh.
1538. >Taking a moment, you picked up your plate and moved over to the table.
1539. >Couldn't give her more of a head start.
1540. >"Glad to see you decided to join us." he stated simply, before taking a bite.
1541. >You stuck your tongue out at him for a moment, before digging in yourself.
1542. >Time passed quickly, until Lilly started to speak up.
1543. >"Miss Dash why does your hair have so many colors in it?"
1544. >You blinked for a moment, not sure how to answer.
1545. "Uhh...well, that's just kind of how it is. It's always been like that." you replied, looking over at her.
1546. >"Really? 'Cause Daddy once told me that I can't have colored hair and that people who color their hair are fakers an-"
1547. >"Lilly, Daddy was wrong." Anon cuts in, interrupting her.
1548. >She scrunches up her nose, but continued eating.
1549. >"Now, sleeping arrangements. Miss Dash, if you don't want to sleep on the couch anymore you don't have to." he started. "I set up a pair of inflatable mattresses in Lilly's room, if you want something more comfortable."
  1550. >Hmm?
1551. "Well I mean, that's fine if you're offering, but why aren't you taking it then?"
1552. >He chuckled at your question.
  1553. >"I'm a bit...big for it."
1554. >"Where's Miss Sparkle gonna sleep?" Lilly interjected.
1555. >"She's been sleeping in my bed sweetie. Now eat your broccoli." he replied.
1556. >She looked over at Twilight before continuing though.
1557. >"So wait, you aren't having a sleepover with them like Mommy does when Mister Jodie comes over?"
1558. >Anon's fork clattered against his plate, and you all looked over at him.
1559. >He blinked once, and picked up his fork again.
1560. >"No, sweetie. Not like when Mister...Jodie goes over."
1561. >There's an edge to his tone that you picked up on.
1562. >"So uhm, Mister Mous if you'd like you can sleep in the bed with me..." Twilight piped in, speaking for the first time since you'd sat down.
1563. >He didn't respond, as he took his empty plate to the sink.
1564. >Looking at Twilight, you gave her your best "bitch you serious?" expression.
  1565. >Seriously.
1566. >The kid brings up a man sleeping with his ex wife, so then his other ex wife who cheated on him suggests they sleep together.
  1567. >What a fucking world.
1568. >Shaking your head, you ate your dinner as quickly as possible and left the room.
  1569.
  1570.
  1571.
  1572. >You are Anonymous.
1573. >And you've just put Lilly to bed.
1574. >Shaking your head, you thought over your reaction at dinnertime.
1575. >You were somewhat disgusted with yourself for still reacting so badly to that whole situation.
1576. >And it's not like your little girl meant to hurt you.
1577. >...maybe it could just be one of those nights.
1578. >Yeah. That would be alright.
  1579. >Just one and done.
1580. >Moving out of her room though, you found yourself stopped by Miss Dash.
1581. "'Scuse me." you said, attempting to push past her.
1582. >She moved in your way, cutting you off.
1583. >Looking down at her in earnest, you met her gaze.
  1584. >She seemed so...cool about everything.
1585. >You hadn't even realized that your hands were clenched into fists.
1586. >Standing there though, you felt yourself let out a breath of air audibly.
1587. >Her hands reached up and caressed your face.
1588. >Why did this woman know you so well?
1589. >She pulled you down a little, and you didn't fight as she put her forehead to yours.
1590. >"It's alright." she said, her nose lightly touching yours.
1591. >Her breath smelled like mint.
1592. >Staying there for a moment, you reveled in the feel of her light touch before she pulled away.
1593. >You felt a stab of disappointment for some reason, but let it go.
1594. >She moved past you, and you moved back to the kitchen.
1595. >You were on autopilot, but for some reason you always knew exactly where it was at.
1596. >Top shelf, behind the glasses.
1597. >Digging out an old bottle of whiskey, you poured yourself a small glass.
1598. >You didn't want to take the time to enjoy this one though.
1599. >Downing it, you didn't feel the burn until it had been swallowed.
  1600. >...maybe one more couldn't hurt.
  1601.
  1602.
  1603. >Fucking bitch.
1604. >God damn Jodie fucking whore.
1605. >She shouldn't ever get to take Lilly from you.
  1606. "Fuuckin'..."
1607. >You are Anon, and you think you had more than just two drinks.
  1608. >But that didn't fucking matter.
1609. >You were sitting on your couch and it was dark outside.
1610. >What better time to drink?
1611. >You hadn't touched the stuff in a long time, but today had ended up being one of those days.
  1612. >In fact...
1613. >Reaching for the bottle, you grabbed it and poured more into your glass.
1614. >Tipping it back, you went to refill it when you realized that was the last of it.
  1615. >Fuck.
1616. >Leaning back in your chair, you looked up at your non-visible ceiling.
1617. >Thinking back, you couldn't help but feel anger well up within you.
1618. >When you came home from your first deployment and found out that Olivia had been cheating on you.
1619. >With a guy literally fucking named Jodie.
1620. >You remembered the first time you walked in on them.
1621. >The guy's nose was still fucked up from it.
1622. >And at least the charges had been dropped.
1623. >Yet that was only the first time.
1624. >She didn't even wait for the divorce to keep fucking around with him.
1625. >The second time you found him in your bed though...you did have to pay the fees on that one.
1626. >Apparently it isn't good to put pieces of shit like that through drywalls and sheetrock.
1627. >Fucker was lucky you didn't shoot him.
1628. >Which reminded you...where did you put it...
1629. >Moving to stand up, you noticed that you'd broken the glass in your hand.
1630. >Blood dripped from your palm but you ignored it.
1631. >You had to go find your keys and go kick Jodie's ass.
  1632. >Where were they?
1633. >Stumbling around in the dark, you eventually ran into your coffee table and fell down.
  1634. >Fuck.
1635. >Doing your best to stand back up, you managed to almost get there before some lights flickered on.
1636. >Shielding your eyes, you squinted for a moment.
1637. >"A-Anon what are you doing?" a sleepy voice called to you.
1638. >Looking up after your eyes adjusted, you saw Miss Sparkle braced against the wall, but walking of her own accord.
1639. >Yet that still didn't register with you.
1640. >Taking a moment, you attempted to grasp the side of the couch and pull yourself up.
  1641. >"Anon what's going on?"
1642. >You didn't respond, focusing entirely on getting back to your feet.
1643. >That was until, you fell again.
  1644. "Fuuckin'..."
  1645. >"Oh Celestia you're bleeding!"
1646. >Why was her voice so loud?
1647. >The sound of a door opening almost eluded your dulled senses, but not quite.
1648. >"What's all the ye-Oh buck Anon what happened?"
1649. >What were they even talking about?
  1650. >You were fine.
1651. >Reaching up to touch your face though, you smeared blood on yourself before realizing just how big the cut on your hand was.
  1652. >Whatever.
1653. >You had more important things to do.
1654. >That was until a bunch of colorful hair was in your face.
1655. >"Give me your hand and hold still dangit."
1656. >Focusing in your vision, you saw Miss Dash wrapping some cloth around your cut.
1657. >"What's wrong with his leg?" Miss Sparkle asked.
1658. "Whaddya mean..." you mumbled, looking past the girl bandaging you up.
  1659. >Oh.
1660. >It was bent out of place.
  1661. "Jus lemme..."
1662. >You reached past Miss Dash and pulled your pant leg up a ways after taking a moment to compose yourself.
  1663. >"What the buck?"
  1664. "S'a prosthetic." you murmured.
1665. >"W-what'd you DO to yourself?" Miss Sparkle asked you.
1666. >Why did women always cry so much?
  1667.
  1668.
  1669.
  1670. >You are Anonymous.
1671. >And you're starting to get pretty fucking annoyed.
1672. >It's been five days since your little...episode.
1673. >You can't believe the girls didn't notice your leg until now though.
  1674. >Seriously.
  1675. >You're fine.
1676. >The fact that they're treading so lightly around you is frustrating.
  1677. >Fuck.
1678. >At least your little girl was happy.
1679. >She was a bit apprehensive at first, but Miss Dash seemed to take to her just fine.
1680. >Lilly was already calling her "Sis."
  1681. >She'd always wanted a sibling.
  1682. >Even if this wasn't what you'd been expecting.
1683. >And yet for some reason Miss Tw-SPARKLE. Sparkle, had also taken to the little girl.
1684. >Lilly was still somewhat shy around her, but it had already gotten better.
1685. >A long weekend did that it would seem.
1686. >Though you were also feeling like you were beginning to drown in the estrogen.
1687. >Miss Dash had taken to doing some workouts with you, but had yet to keep up when it came to some.
1688. >Though that may have been partially due to you showing off.
  1689. >Unconsciously of course.
1690. >No, you just wished they wouldn't treat you like a carton of half-broken eggs now.
1691. >These women that you'd barely met, that somehow knew so much about you.
1692. >And yet your leg was so off-putting to them.
  1693. >Groaning, you stood up.
1694. >You'd been sitting in your recliner, looking over a book for an hour now.
  1695. >You couldn't focus sadly.
1696. >The bandage wrapped around your hand wasn't helping either.
1697. >Well, the girls had managed to clean up the mess you'd made before Lilly woke up.
1698. >You owed them for that.
1699. >'Now if only you stopped acting so despicable.'
  1700. >Fuck you.
1701. >Shaking your head, you wandered back to your bedroom.
1702. >You'd essentially let Miss Sparkle take it over, but you didn't mind at this point.
1703. >Miss Dash now slept in Lilly's room and you had the couch.
1704. >For some reason it felt better than your bed did.
1705. >Yet a smell permeated the air here.
  1706. >Distinctly feminine.
1707. >Maybe you shouldn't have taken Miss Sparkle to pick out her own shampoo.
1708. >Thinking back on it, that was a silly day...
1709. >You didn't think that the two would react so badly to finding that they were menstruating.
1710. >Though you supposed you were past the point of thinking they were normal.
1711. >That much was established now.
1712. >A buzzing sound caught your attention, pulling you away from your train of thought.
1713. >Walking out of your bedroom, you heard it continue.
  1714. >Phone, kitchen counter.
1715. >Walking towards it, you frowned as you looked over the caller ID.
1716. >Taking it in your hands, you considered not answering for a moment, before tapping the screen.
1717. "Yes, hello?" you asked gruffly.
  1718. >"Hello there Anon, I w-blah blah blah."
1719. >Olivia was saying something, but you were really paying attention as she blabbed.
1720. "Uh huh." you replied when she stopped, taking a moment to look out of your sliding glass door into the backyard where the three girls were playing.
1721. >"-re you listening to what I said?" a slightly more shrill voice comes over your receiver.
1722. "Do I ever listen to the drivel that flows from your gabber?" you responded sincerely. "If you've got something relevant to talk about, say it. Otherwise, leave me alone."
1723. >You had been done with this bitch for years.
1724. >Now it was really starting to take root though.
  1725. >"Well I ne-blah blah."
  1726. "Five, four, thre-"
1727. >"ALRIGHT! I was calling to say we got delayed, so you have to make sure Lilly gets to school and i-"
1728. "Take care of my daughter, roger, not a hard task. Bye now."
1729. >Smiling as you tapped the red 'End Call' bit, you raised a hand and waved at the girls as they noticed you watching.
1730. >Go figure you genuinely felt good after that short call.
1731. >Not for what people might construe as conventional reasons, but hey.
1732. >Stuck it to the bitch without a second thought.
1733. >Maybe these women really were helping.
1734. >Though now you had to think about what to do with them.
  1735. >They were going to need...identification.
1736. >How were you going to play this off?
1737. >You'd have to take them at least two hours away from here to get to a big enough city that had a Citizenship Registration office.
1738. >Thinking about it, it was going to be a nightmare.
1739. >Your original idea had involved passing them off as sex-slaves brought to the US as part of a crime-ring, but that would probably end up with a much more extensive background check than you wanted to deal with.
1740. >Such is life in Capitalist America.
1741. >Meandering back to the kitchen though, you placed the phone in your pocket and started pulling together a snack for the girls. it was only mid-afternoon but they were probably going to be tuckered out when they came back inside.
1742. >In fact, hot cocoa sounded like just the right stuff.
1743. >Boiling some water, you lumped together some assorted cookies on a plate before making the drinks for everyone.
1744. >In fact, you'd just turned on the T.V. when you heard the sliding door open up and trudging boots make their way inside.
  1745. >"Daaaaaaddddddyyyyy~"
1746. >Why did she always have to do that?
1747. >"What smells good?" your little girl finished.
1748. >"Yeah 'Daddy.' What smells so good?" Miss Dash asked in a sarcastic tone.
1749. >"Rainbow, behave." Miss Sparkle scolded her as she came through the doorway last.
1750. >Just what you needed, sparks flying.
1751. >You weren't sure what the tension between those two was, but damn was it palpable.
1752. "Hot cocoa, now lose the wet jackets girls. Just because the snowball fight is over, doesn't mean that everything will dry off in an instant." you replied, busying yourself with collecting everything to place on the table.
1753. >Looking over at the girls though, you couldn't keep a grin from forming.
  1754. >Miss Sparkle fussing over Lilly's hair.
1755. >Miss Dash making faces at her.
  1756. >Lilly smiling widely.
  1757. >Life...life was a little bit better.
  1758.
  1759.
  1760. >You are Rainbow Dash.
1761. >And you've just finished doing the dishes at dinnertime.
1762. >Honestly, you were probably going to sleep early tonight.
1763. >You'd already promised Anon's daughter that you'd get up early with her to play a bit more, before she had to go back to school.
1764. >The problem was that the kid NEVER ran out of energy.
1765. >You thought only really young kids were like that, but you were wrong.
1766. >Ugh, and with the way Twilight was acting...
1767. >It didn't make the kid uncomfortable, but you didn't like it.
1768. >She was already projecting herself as a matronly figure.
1769. >And she was really trying too hard to keep Anon's attention when around him.
  1770. >She was too...bold.
1771. >'Too bold coming from you? That's rich.'
1772. >Shaking your head, you realized you'd already made it to the bathroom.
1773. >Blinking once, you took your toothbrush in hand and began your final rituals of the night.
1774. >Anon had gotten you and Twilight quite a number of your own little supplies already.
1775. >Maybe...you were in for the long haul.
1776. >You were homesick, and you missed your wings so much.
1777. >But this was a different place, and even the little adventures you had outside were more than enough to keep you entertained for the time being.
1778. >Mulling it all over though, you finished your time in the privy and made your way into the little bedroom.
1779. >Plopping down on your little mattress, you decided to try letting sleep set in quickly.
1780. >Hopefully you'd be out before Anon put Li-
1781. >"Alright sweetheart, just another minute and I'll have you tucked in." Anon's voice rang from the hallway.
1782. >Closing your eyes, you quickly pulled the blanket up to your neck.
1783. >Being shy was something you were still getting over.
1784. >You had your moments, but now was not one of them.
1785. >Moments later, the door opened and you heard Anon walk past you before laying Lilly down on her own little mattress.
1786. >"Goodnight pumpkin." he said once, before giving her a kiss.
1787. >"Daddy, why do you kiss Miss Twilight?"
1788. >Your eyes flickered open at this, and you saw Anon's backside as he stood up.
1789. >A moment of silence reigned until he finally answered.
1790. >"I'm not sure sweetie. Now go to bed."
  1791. >"I love you Daddy."
  1792. >"Love you too."
1793. >Closing your eyes once more before he turned though, you felt his footfalls come to you.
  1794. >He felt very...close for moment.
1795. >"I know you're pretending Miss Dash." he whispered close to your ear, before kissing you on the forehead as well.
1796. >Not one to miss the opportunity, you moved as quickly as you could to meet his lips with yours before he had time to move away from you.
1797. >Holding there for a moment, you stayed there for a few seconds before pulling away.
1798. >Still not deigning to open your eyes.
1799. >No, it wasn't until his footfalls were gone that you felt sleep begin to take over again.
  1800. >In fact you were a-
1801. >"Big sis?" Lilly called out to you.
1802. >Your eyes flickered open again, but you realized you must have fallen asleep faster than you thought.
1803. >Her night-light was on, but she was standing over you.
1804. "Whassup kiddo?" you murmured, rubbing your eyes.
1805. >"Can I sleep with you?" she asked, not waiting for an answer before plopping down on your bed.
  1806. >Uhh.
  1807. >Kids.
1808. >You weren't sure how to handle this situation.
  1809. >Close your eyes Dash.
  1810. >You've got this.
  1811. >Be motherly.
  1812. >Or Twilight wins.
  1813. >Right?
1814. "Sure kid." you replied. Smooth.
1815. >She didn't seem to care though, as she curled up with you on the air-bed.
1816. >It wasn't as though you were too big for it to begin with.
1817. >"I'm sorry, I just don't wanna go back to Mommy and I keep having nightmares about mister Jodie an-"
1818. "Shh. Don't worry about it kiddo. Even I still have nightmares. They won't hurt you." you said, cutting her off in your still partially asleep state.
1819. >Though, you instantly found yourself more awake when you heard her start to sob.
1820. "Woah woah, what's wrong?" you asked, not sure how to defuse this situation.
1821. >She cried for another minute, before responding.
1822. >"M-mister Jodie t-tries to show me h-his thingie w-when Mom isn't around s-sometimes an' I don't wanna see it an...an..." she managed to say, before wrapping her arms around you.
  1823. >Oh.
  1824. >Holy fuck.
  1825.
  1826.
  1827. >What do you do?
1828. >It's late, and you've got a little girl asleep in your arms.
1829. >A little girl, who is the daughter of the man you love.
1830. >A little girl who was being abused by a grown man.
1831. >You'd been staring at the ceiling for hours.
1832. >This wasn't how things were supposed to be.
1833. >You were supposed to follow Twilight, and keep her away from Anon.
1834. >And win him over for yourself.
  1835. >Not...
  1836. >No.
1837. >This was an innocent little girl.
1838. >It may not help you to act motherly right now.
1839. >You've got to keep your head on straight.
1840. >You haven't even interacted with more people like Anon, regardless of how long you'd been here.
1841. >He said one reason for it was you had no identifying papers, and that could get you taken in by the police.
1842. >So what could you do?
  1843. >Come on.
  1844. >Think.
  1845. >...
  1846. >No.
  1847. >You can't.
  1848. >...You might have to.
1849. >Twilight still has her magic, doesn't she?
1850. >You might have to work with her again.
1851. >Shaking your head, you bit your tongue.
  1852. >This was for Lilly.
  1853. >She didn't deserve such bad treatment.
1854. >And if Anon knew, he'd murder the guy.
1855. >You had to talk to Twilight about it then.
1856. >Gritting your teeth, you released the little girl that was attached to your torso.
1857. >Slipping out of her grasp, you managed to get off of the mattress without waking her up.
1858. >Sleuthing your way out of the door, you closed it most of the way but not entirely.
1859. >Moving down the hall, you made your way into Anon's bedroom.
1860. >It was dark, but you could tell Twilight was sitting there.
1861. >"Yes?" she said aloud, not looking towards you.
1862. "We have a problem. One that's bigger than us right now." you stated simply, doing your best to keep any disgust from your tone.
1863. >You were considering how you'd tell he-
1864. >"Let me guess. It has something to do with Lilly and her mother's boyfriend?" she cut you off.
1865. >You bit your tongue for a moment as she hit the nail on the head.
1866. "Did she already tell you?" you whispered after a moment.
1867. >"No. Your thoughts are loud. I'm not even trying to tune into them, but you might as well be screaming in your head right now." she replied.
1868. >You saw a movement from her, and an un-natural purple light play across her eyes in the darkness.
1869. >"I'll think of something. We're both able to agree on one thing though. Anon mustn't know." she finished.
1870. >Shaking your head, you looked down.
1871. "We can't let her go back. She has to stay here with us."
1872. >It hadn't taken much time for you to be attached to her, but that wasn't the biggest concern.
1873. >She needed her dad. She couldn't be allowed to go back to that sicko.
1874. >Who knows what he'd already tried and done?
1875. >"I agree, but that will be somewhat difficult to achieve." she replied coolly.
1876. >Ugh. Even being in the same room with her when she was like this pissed you off.
1877. >Before everything happened back in Equestria, you STILL couldn't stand her like this.
  1878. >Bit-...
1879. >No. Come on Dash this is bigger than you.
1880. >You've been trying so hard to be compassionate and understanding when it came to being here.
1881. >You've been doing so damn well.
1882. >Don't let her mess it up.
1883. >Lilly will get help and you'll get to be her big sister.
1884. >Until you can become her new Mom.
  1885. >No matter what.
1886. >You'd already come this far.
1887. >Taking a deep breath, you opened the door and slipped away without another word.
1888. >You didn't want to look at her anymore.
  1889.
  1890.
  1891. >You are Twilight Sparkle.
1892. >And your head is pounding.
1893. >You're still getting a grip on using your magic in this world.
1894. >What bothered you the most though, was how much harder it was to actively cast spells.
1895. >Your lack of a horn as a catalyst might have something to do with it.
1896. >Yet mental magic was easier now than ever before.
  1897. >That wasn't the issue though.
1898. >The problem was something that had just blundered into the bedroom.
1899. >You didn't mind Rainbow Dash being here, even if she was hostile to you.
1900. >No, the problem was what she'd brought with her.
1901. >Anonymous's daughter was being abused.
1902. >Not by the man himself, no. He was many things, but you knew he would destroy anyone that brought harm upon his offspring.
1903. >The problem was...how you were going to help keep the girl away from her mother.
1904. >You'd already taken little looks inside of her head.
1905. >Her mother had won custody, but never had time for the girl.
1906. >She'd most likely done it to spite her ex-husband.
1907. >You'd not seen anything of the abuse though.
1908. >Then again, you'd not looked through any of her memories that involved her being alone with this...Jodie.
1909. >You might...be able to remove those memories at any rate.
1910. >For now though, you needed to figure out how to obtain your citizenship.
1911. >Wait, no, Twi that's the easy part.
1912. >Anonymous had been talking about it, and this could go down very badly if you didn't think ahead.
1913. >If you or Rainbow were imprisoned, things would get ugly.
1914. >You already had a plan for that at any rate.
1915. >Just come up with a sob story and nudge the people in the right direction with your mind.
  1916. >That was it.
1917. >Once you had that going for you, you'd be safer.
1918. >To start with though, you'd considered where to start.
1919. >Going with Anonymous to drop his daughter off might be the best.
1920. >You could manipulate his ex-wife, into letting Lilly stay.
1921. >That would take some work, but you'd make sure everything would work out.
1922. >You needed to help the little girl like she was your own.
1923. >Because soon enough, she would be yours.
1924. >And you were going to be a mother that would kill for her baby if she had to.
  1925.
  1926.
1927. >Gritting your teeth, you did your best to clean up your bleeding nose.
1928. >They were becoming less frequent, but you had already tacked it down.
1929. >This body wasn't used to the magical exposure.
1930. >It was a generic human body, but it was slowly warping.
  1931. >You could feel it.
1932. >Little things here and there that weren't natural in humans were apparent in your physiology.
1933. >You'd been reading and learned much.
  1934. >Purple eyes weren't normal.
1935. >Nor were pulsing lines of magic that appeared on your stomach when you were actively using it.
1936. >But back to the blood.
1937. >You'd already gotten one of Anon's shirts dirty.
1938. >You didn't mean to, but it felt so nice to wrap yourself up in his clothes.
1939. >That didn't give you an excuse, but you'd fix it.
1940. >Small potatoes though, considering what else you had to work with.
1941. >You weren't sure what time it was, but the sun was starting to rise.
1942. >You needed sleep, but you weren't sure that you could at this point.
1943. >What you wanted didn't matter right now.
1944. >There were bigger things at stake.
1945. >Standing up, you made your way out of the bedroom and into the bathroom.
1946. >You were surprised to find Anon in there, brushing his teeth.
1947. >He didn't saying anything as you walked in, but he obviously noted your bloody tissues.
1948. >Tossing them away, you sidled up next to him, examining yourself in the mirror.
1949. >You weren't bleeding anymore, but you had a little blood on your chin that had dripped down.
1950. >"Nosebleed?" he asked, spitting out a glob of toothpaste and water.
1951. "Mhm." you responded, not wanting to worry him.
1952. >He stopped you from leaving though, as he cleaned his brush.
1953. >You did your best to look presentable, even in your...underwear.
1954. "Something wrong?" you asked, before yawning.
1955. >He took your face in his hands, forcibly moving it around while looking you over.
1956. >"You aren't sleeping." he said after some time.
  1957. >Huh.
1958. "Of course I am." you said, putting your hands on his.
1959. >He took his hands from your cheeks, but you kept your fingers on his.
1960. >"You don't have to lie to me. If you need some medicine and some quiet time, that's okay." he said, giving your hands a little squeeze.
1961. >Pursing your lips, you stood on the tips of your toes and begged a kiss from him.
1962. >You received a flick on the nose for your efforts, but while you rubbed it and glared, he grasped your shoulders before giving you a light peck.
1963. >"Go lay down." he said, after administering the little kiss. "I'll bring you some tylenol and water."
1964. >Shaking your head, you followed his orders.
1965. >He was a tough nut to crack, but he was already being rather amorous by his own standards.
1966. >Then again, you knew he was doing the same with Dash.
1967. >Which wasn't surprising, considering how you were essentially both throwing yourselves at him.
1968. >It was something to consider, as you rested your head on the pillow.
1969. >You needed to get Dash back to Equestria.
  1970. >She didn't need to be here.
1971. >That was something for later though.
  1972. >Now...
1973. >Anon walked in with the water and medicine as he said he would.
1974. >Time to do some work.
1975. "Can Lilly stay here...longer?" you said, letting a pause hang in the middle of your question.
1976. >He paused, but handed you the glass and pills.
1977. >You drank it down, and laid back.
1978. >"That's not really a possibility. But I'm glad you like her. She's really taken to both of you girls pretty quickly." he commented, sitting down beside you.
1979. "I really want her to stay." you stated, with a bit of force.
1980. >"So do I." he sighed, looking at you.
1981. >His arm reached out to you, and he took a lock of your hair in his fingers and stroked it.
1982. >Closing your eyes, you reveled in the love you felt for him.
1983. >You were going to make it alright.
1984. "Take me with you then, when you have to...give her back to her mother." you stated.
1985. >He didn't say anything, but he stopped stroking your hair.
1986. >You deigned to keep your eyes closed, assuming he was done talking.
1987. >You'd make sure to convince him later, if he was only considering it now.
1988. >Taking in a deep breath, you tried to focus on nothing but the darkness of your eyelids.
1989. >That was, until you felt his lips on yours.
1990. >It was only for a moment, but his sudden kiss startled you.
  1991. >He...no.
1992. >'Sleep Twilight. That's what he wants you to do.'
  1993. >Ah inner voice.
  1994. >How I haven't missed you.
  1995.
  1996.
  1997. >You are Rainbow Dash.
1998. >And holy shit this isn't very fun.
  1999. >You're outside with Anon.
2000. >It's freezing, but he's having you run laps up and down his street.
2001. >You had the advantage of keeping your athletic body, but none of the fur that kept out this bitter cold.
2002. >Even sweating and hot, the biting wind was terrible on your face.
2003. >But you wouldn't let him show you up.
2004. >Especially not with that...fake leg he had.
2005. >"Hurry your ass up, we still have to get inside and finish our pullups!" he hollered from ahead of you.
  2006. >Bucker.
2007. >Gritting your teeth, you surged forwards on your burning legs and did your best to keep pace with him.
  2008. >...you fell pretty short.
2009. >A swat on your butt brought your attention back as you attempted to get your heart-rate to go down.
2010. >"Come on, final stretch." he stated, jogging backwards as he passed by you.
2011. >Scowling, you picked up your pace a little as he ran back towards the house.
2012. >Watching him from behind was almost nice, all things considered.
2013. >Even if he was wearing some shapeless sweat-pants.
2014. >Jeez, you'd learned a lot about clothes in the last few days...
2015. >Shaking your head, you focused on the here and now though.
2016. >He was on the porch, doing chin-ups on a bar he had over the door.
  2017. >Ugh.
2018. >You hated to say it, but you couldn't do many of them.
  2019. >Not like him.
2020. >Everything blurred as you finished your workout though.
2021. >You were on the couch with a glass of water in your hands before you knew it.
2022. >Sniffing the air though, you could...smell yourself.
  2023. >And him.
2024. "You stink." you said absentmindedly, standing up.
2025. >"Duh." he replied from down the hallway.
2026. >You pulled off your outer layers right there in the hallway, tossing them aside until you were down to your underwear.
2027. >Anon was already in the bathroom, but you were going to get the first shower.
2028. >You needed to warm up.
2029. "Coming in. I get the shower first." you said, laying claim to your stake.
2030. >"I'd like to see you try." he said, the sound of water spraying down already playing through the space between you.
2031. >Pulling on the door, you found it was still unlocked, but he was already in the shower.
2032. >"Ay, I won't take too long, just wait your turn." he called from the other side of the curtain.
2033. "I'm sure you won't." you said, dropping the rest of your clothes.
2034. >Pulling the curtain aside, you stepped right into the tub with him, and under the stream of water.
2035. >His back was to you, but he was holding onto one of the bars he had hanging from the ceiling above.
2036. >"The fuck are you doing?" he questioned, a slight change to his tone.
  2037. "Getting clean." you said.
2038. >At least, for a moment, before you slid your arms around his waist and pressed your naked body against his back.
2039. >"Ay! Get off!" he stated, authority taking over his voice.
2040. >Too bad you never cared for authority.
2041. "That's the plan." you said, before boldly doing something you'd never had done back in Equestria.
  2042.
  2043.
2044. >He didn't have that much will to fight once your fingers were wrapped around his engorged penis.
2045. >Rubbing yourself against his back, you stroked his length fully, his hips lightly bucking as you did your best to please him.
2046. >You were only able to keep this up for about a minute before he turned to face you, spinning on his remaining leg.
2047. >His fingers suddenly groped your backside, your own still wrapped around his member.
2048. >Holding it up, you continued to pump away at it as he rubbed against your stomach.
2049. >You were getting wet, and not just from the water pouring down from above.
2050. >Moaning for a moment, his fingers shifted south from your butt and quickly found their way to your waiting sex.
2051. >Your gasps were cut short though, as his lips pressed to yours, your response one of pushing your tongue against his teeth.
2052. >Stroking each other, you quickly felt a pressure building up inside of your eager loins.
2053. >Rolling your hips in a way that felt natural, you both fell into a steady rhythm.
2054. >Your heart was doing its best to beat its way out of your chest, but you only had the feeling of his fingers rubbing your pussy on your mind.
2055. >As you neared your finish though, he groaned and broke your kiss.
2056. >Looking down, you increased your pace for a few seconds more, until you felt an odd twitch from his cock.
2057. >A single finger of his dug up into your dripping sex, and you felt yourself clench around him as he erupted on you.
2058. >His first spurt caught you by surprise, spraying onto the bottom of your breasts, the rest covering your stomach in a thick white liquid that slowly washed down your toned body.
2059. >It was almost as fascinating as the feeling that your own loins provided you with, as you stopped spasming around his fingers.
2060. >Breathing heavily for a few moments, you looked into his eyes before drawing a finger across your breast, coming away with some of his seed.
2061. >You weren't sure why, but you stuck the finger into your mouth and let it roll over your tongue.
  2062. >It tasted...weird.
  2063. >Not bad weird, just...weird.
2064. >"W-well, then. I thought we were showering to get clean, not dirtier." he said, his breathing still irregular.
2065. "Plenty more time, right?" you managed to say as he pulled his hand away from your womanhood.
2066. >You were almost reluctant to feel it leave.
  2067.
  2068.
2069. >You are still Rainbow Dash.
2070. >And you're sitting on the large couch in the living room, slightly damp and incredibly smug.
2071. >Lilly is on your lap, and you're watching cartoons while Anon makes breakfast.
2072. >You were surprised that he was being so casual, but at least right now you felt like things were doing better.
2073. >Lilly was already doing better this morning it seemed.
2074. >The minute she walked out of her room, she latched onto you and pulled you to the couch so you would watch shows with her.
2075. >She was supposed to go back to her mom tomorrow, but you didn't want to let her honestly.
2076. >The whole situation with this...Jodie guy still had you mindful of what you did and said.
2077. >As much as you hated it though, you'd have to trust Twilight to do what she could to make it better.
  2078. >She was...difficult.
2079. >But she cared for the girl, in her own skewed way.
2080. >Just as she cared for Anon, even if it was more of a self-serving sort of care.
2081. >You'd cross that bridge when you came to it.
2082. >He was the reason you came here, but not the only reason you wanted to stay.
  2083. >He had a good kid.
2084. >Regardless, your mind was still elsewhere.
  2085. >Namely, in the shower.
2086. >You took a chance and it paid off.
2087. >Some part of you still felt a little more damp than others, but you dealt with it.
2088. >Another part of you honestly hoped that Twilight would clue in on what you did, even just to get her goat a little.
2089. >"Food's ready." Anon stated from his position by the stove.
2090. >Lilly rolled right off your lap and walked over to her spot at the table.
2091. >Standing up yourself, you stretched before walking over yourself to his side.
2092. >Pecking his cheek, you received a discreet pinch on the rear as you collected your plate.
2093. >Looks like he went all out this morning.
2094. >You'd been smelling it, but it looked even more appetizing.
2095. >Waffles, eggs, some meat called bay-cun, and oranges.
2096. >Sitting at the table with Lilly, you grinned at the look of pure joy on her face as Anon set a plate in front of her.
2097. >"Thanks Daddy." she said, beaming at him.
2098. >His only response was to set a bottle of syrup in front of her.
2099. "Yeah Daddy, thanks a bunch." you teased, taking a bite of your eggs while waiting your turn for the syrup.
2100. >Fortune favored the bold, and today was really going to be your day.
2101. >"Right. Well girls, I've got some business to take care of in town today, so I'll be out of here after breakfast. Think you can keep things together while I'm gone?" Anon began as he brought his own food to the table.
2102. >You were a little unsure of how to answer, but it'd probably be fine. He'd left you alone before.
2103. >...then again, he'd never left you alone with Lilly too.
2104. >You could handle it though.
2105. "It'll be fine." you murmured in response, before taking another bite.
2106. >Looking over at him, you saw that he was tearing his food apart in a manner not dissimilar to some of the predators you'd seen on the documentary channel...
2107. >Shaking your head, you felt a shudder run down your spine.
2108. >Running your tongue over your own canine teeth, you felt strangely aroused by his mannerisms.
2109. >...what was wrong with you?
2110. >"Right. Taking food to Miss Sparkle." he said, picking up his dishes.
2111. >You snapped back to reality at this, noticing that you'd hardly touched your food.
2112. >Tucking into your own meal, you couldn't help but feel that smug feeling return.
2113. >Today was going to be positive.
  2114.
  2115.
  2116. >You are Twilight Sparkle.
2117. >And you're enjoying the breakfast that Anon brought you.
2118. >You actually managed to get some sleep, and you think a full stomach will help you right back into it.
2119. >Though you were a little worried about to be about to do with the whole...situation with Lilly.
  2120. >You couldn't tell Anon about it.
2121. >You weren't about to jump across time and space, just to lose him to his own law-enforcement.
2122. >Which you knew would come down eventually, if he found out.
2123. >You knew your husband all too well.
  2124. >He'd kill over it.
2125. >He'd killed over lesser things.
2126. >"Need anything before I'm gone? I should be home before you wake up." he said, breaking your train of thought.
2127. >Swallowing a bite of food, you nodded your head before replying.
2128. "Another glass of water would be nice." you requested, giving him a light smile.
2129. >Without a word he left, and you continued to eat.
2130. >The food was fantastic, though you were still...loathe to eat the flesh of another creature.
2131. >You'd had this "meat" before, but it was still difficult to think about.
  2132. >It was so...tasty. But so wrong.
2133. >Nibbling on the end of the little strips, you felt rather conflicted.
2134. >At least until Anon came back with your water, before snagging a strip of meat from your plate.
2135. >Scowling at him, you took the rest of it and stuffed a few strips into your mouth.
2136. >It really was sinfully good...
2137. >Finishing your last little bit in silence, Anon took up your plate.
2138. >Before you let him leave though, you begged a kiss from him and reveled in the reward of his lips on yours.
2139. >Today would be alright. You'd rest, and figure out how to help Lilly by tomorrow.
2140. >At least, you were hoping to rest some more.
2141. >Scooting back under the luxurious blankets that Anon provided, your head met the pillows and you were out like a light.
  2142.
  2143.
2144. >A knocking sound woke you up at any rate.
2145. >Blinking, you were aware that light was still making its way through the thick curtains, but the room was still mostly dark.
2146. >The clock on the nightstand to your left said it was only a little ways past noon.
  2147. >Another knock.
2148. "Come in." you murmured, hoping whoever was there would hear you.
2149. >Rolling over, you looked towards the doors as it opened.
2150. >Lilly stood there, a blank expression on her features.
2151. "Hi there Sweetie." you said, before letting out a big yawn.
2152. >"Hi Miss Twilight." she said, walking towards you.
2153. >Without another word, she crawled onto the bed with you.
2154. >"Daddy is still gone and Miss Rainbow is on the couch asleep and I want to play with someone." she said in one quick sentence.
2155. >Smiling at her, you nodded.
2156. "Well what would you like to play?" you asked, happy to get a chance to bond with her more.
2157. >She fell silent at that, but after some time deigned to answer.
2158. >"Can we play the quiet game?" she finally said, before crawling up next to you.
2159. >You were a little confused, but she put her head on your pillow and closed her eyes.
  2160. >...what?
2161. >Wrapping an arm around the little girl, you pulled her to your chest and closed your own eyes.
2162. >She was just as weird as her dad.
  2163. >Which you didn't mind one bit.
  2164.
  2165.
2166. >A gentle shake awoke you.
2167. >For the umpteenth time today, your eyes flickered open.
2168. >Anon's face filled your vision, a slight grin apparent on his features.
2169. >You didn't have time to react before he kissed you.
2170. >Holding there for a moment, you savored the feeling.
2171. >He was really being amorous today, but you loved it.
2172. >There was passion in his touch, but it was one of affection.
2173. >Smiling as you parted, the girl in your arms snorted and moved a bit.
2174. >Glancing down at her, you could tell she was dreaming.
2175. >The clock read a little past five.
2176. >You'd finally gotten some more good sleep and it felt wonderful.
2177. >Slipping out of the not-so-little girl's grasp, you moved out of bed and into Anon's arms.
2178. >He hoisted you into the arm and gave you a warm hug.
  2179. >Which was nice.
2180. >You still felt butterflies in your stomach when you wrapped your arms around his.
2181. >Part of you still felt weird when it came to this human anatomy.
2182. >But all of that fell away when you got to hold onto your husband.
2183. >His hands played with your hair as he put you down, before he gave you another light kiss.
2184. >"Dinner soon." he whispered in your ear, before leading you out by your hand.
2185. >Here...you could forget most of the other problems you had.
2186. >You could focus on this.
2187. >As he led you into the main room, you took a seat on the large chair in the corner.
2188. >Dash was on the couch, dozing.
2189. >As she noticed you though, a grin appeared on her features.
2190. >Even with her newfound features, you knew that grin anywhere.
2191. "Yes, Dash?" you asked, wanting to understand her sly glare without prying into her mind.
2192. >"Oh nothing. Just had a good workout this morning." she said slowly.
  2193. >Obviously she knew something you didn't.
  2194. >Oh well.
2195. >You weren't going to pry. She'd probably brag to you later.
2196. >That was what she did.
2197. "That's nice." you replied blandly before looking outside.
  2198. >You wanted a book to read.
2199. >You'd already covered all of the one's in Anon's room.
2200. >Craving knowledge wasn't something you could just push aside, considering what it took you to get here.
2201. >You wanted to know more.
  2202. >To understand more.
2203. >As you continued to gaze outside, you watched as the wind blew little flurries of snow around, the powdery crystals on top just flowing through the air.
2204. >Looking back over at Anonymous, you could see he was spooning what appeared to be...spaghetti onto large plates, while simultaneously holding a small device to his ear with his shoulder.
2205. >You couldn't quite make out what he was saying over the sound of the kitchen activity, but he looked content.
2206. >You'd wondered what it would be like to meet his friends, but whenever you mentioned them he said it'd be a while before you could get together.
2207. >At least he had future plans that involved you.
2208. >It was nice to know that your presence was already wanted and accepted.
2209. >You didn't even have to try, he just took to you.
  2210. >'Why wouldn't he? He's your husband.'
  2211. >Of course he is.
  2212. >He always would be.
2213. >Looking down at your hand, you saw a flash of gold appear on your finger for a moment.
2214. >Suppressing a smile, you blinked and the band of metal departed as quickly as it had appeared.
2215. >It was the little things.
  2216. >"Anon?" Dash's voice rang out.
2217. >Looking back up, you noticed that he'd put his little device down, but was hovering over the sink.
2218. >Blood was dripping from his nose, and he was breathing heavily while doing his best to stifle it with a rag.
2219. >Rainbow was by his side, but there wasn't much she could do from your viewpoint.
2220. >Standing, you crossed the distance between in an instant, reaching out with your mind.
2221. >Anon's eyes met yours, and a certain darkness lingered.
2222. >The rag he was holding dropped to the floor, and he backed away from the two of you.
2223. >"W-where is it?" he asked as he reached the wall, still looking at you two.
2224. >"Where's what, 'Non?" Rainbow asked, getting closer to him.
2225. >He darted past her without another glance, and brushed by you.
2226. >"The wires were RIGHT THERE!" he half-yelled, touching the frame around the front door.
2227. >Suddenly, he collapsed into a sobbing mess.
2228. >Rushing to his side, you put your hand on his shoulder and felt him shudder.
2229. >Closing your own eyes, you opened your mind ever so slightly, to take in his own thoughts.
2230. >You were bombarded with images of places you had never imagined would exist.
2231. >Your senses became overloaded with them, as smells and sounds invaded.
  2232. >The dark doorway of a sand-colored hut.
2233. >A smell of metal and other sharp odors.
  2234. >Someone whispering.
2235. >The clanking sound of metal striking earth, followed by a loud BANG.
2236. >Bursts of fire and the holler of a dying man.
  2237. >It was too much.
2238. >Closing your mind off, you collapsed next to him for a moment, liquid running from your nose.
2239. >A pair of hands pulled you up and lead you to a chair.
2240. >Blinking, you saw Rainbow pulling Anonymous onto a seat as well, cradling his head.
2241. >A rag hit you, and you mopped up your face with it for a short time.
  2242. >What...was that?
2243. >Collecting yourself, you opened up your mind for a moment, but this time did the opposite of reading.
2244. >No, this time you pushed your emotions towards him.
2245. >He was feeling afraid and conflicted.
2246. >You wanted him to feel your love.
  2247. >This was okay, right?
  2248. >This wasn't manipulation or mind-altering.
2249. >This was the best way you could help him, considering the situation.
2250. >Your nose had even stopped bleeding.
2251. >This was going to be fine.
2252. >A moment passed, and you stopped the flow from your end.
2253. >Taking in his own thoughts, the war within his mind had faded.
2254. >His thoughts were of Lilly and yourself.
2255. >And...a lewd one of the woman next to him.
2256. >Frowning, you shook your head and breathed a sigh of relief as your vision cleared.
  2257. >"Daddy?"
2258. >Taking a side-long look, you saw Lilly as she ran up to her father and threw her arms around him.
2259. >Rainbow let the little girl take over from there.
2260. >Until the uncomfortable silence was broken.
2261. >"I'll...get the dinner." Rainbow stated, before standing up and moving to the kitchen.
2262. >You continued to look at Lilly as she stroked her dad's hair, so slight in comparison to his great frame.
2263. >"Did his eyes go away?" she asked, looking up at you.
2264. "What do you mean?" you replied, a little confused at her choice of words.
2265. >"Did his eyes go away. Like he was looking at you, but looking somewhere else?"
2266. >Her words rang in your head, before another throb behind your eyes brought you back.
  2267. "Yes." you stated simply.
2268. >She sighed, and continued to hug Anon.
2269. >"Mommy said that sometimes Daddy sees things that aren't there." she said simply.
2270. >From the sound of it, she didn't quite understand it herself.
2271. >Nor did you for that matter.
2272. >The rest of the evening held a somber mood, and Anonymous didn't speak for the duration of it.
2273. >It wasn't until you retired to the bedroom that Dash came to talk to you in private.
2274. >Her questions rang out hollow, but you answered them the way you could.
  2275. >Truthfully, and unknowingly.
2276. >Lying down though, you knew you needed to rest.
2277. >Even with today's events unfolding, you needed to be strong for tomorrow.
2278. >And careful as well, didn't want to do any damage.
2279. >Well, you actually wouldn't mind damaging his ex-wife, but that wasn't a good idea.
2280. >Eventually Rainbow left though, once you'd stopped responding.
  2281. >Anonymous was strong.
  2282. >He'd be okay.
2283. >For now, Lilly would have to take priority.
  2284.
  2285.
  2286. >You are Anonymous.
  2287. >And it's around 0300.
  2288. >You can't sleep.
2289. >You know you had an episode earlier.
2290. >You weren't sure how to deal with it.
2291. >Everything had been going so well.
2292. >You hadn't been stricken by this in quite some time.
2293. >It had been a good night before that.
2294. >A couple of buddies had called you, and you'd accomplished all of your tasks for the day.
2295. >Another thing kept eating away at you though.
2296. >Your collective relationships with Miss Dash and Miss Sparkle.
2297. >Something in your head just kept bouncing you back and forth between the two.
2298. >Under any other circumstances, you'd not be doing something like this.
2299. >Respecting both parties by choosing one and all.
2300. >But something compelled you to act like you did with the both of them, and you felt no guilt at what you did.
2301. >No, all of your negative thoughts were welling up from other sources.
  2302. >In fac-
  2303. >Blood filling your lungs.
2304. >The feeling of a blade penetrating your flesh.
  2305. >Cold.
  2306. >So very cold.
