- Noticing the ‘trunk’ of the machine was approaching towards the casually sitting Ruby, Jaune calls out to her.

- Ruby immediately dislodges her scythe and fires at the incoming appendage.
- The dust infused bullet fired from the scythe rips through the approaching trunk shaped appendage.
- Using the recoil from her shot Ruby flys backward. Switching the weapon to one hand Ruby then transforms the Scythe to its sniper mode then with her free hand grabs onto Jaune’s hood.
- “I have a bad feeling about THIIIIIIIISSSSSSSS.”
- The smiling and laughing Ruby pulls the trigger once again against the broken form of a metal trunk. Suddenly and violently Jaune’s body is blown backward.

- Having taken two shots from Crescent Rose the mechanical trunk crumbles apart as Ruby roughly tosses Jaune onto the ground.
