This country needs an "Amerikaner Party" that helps out white communities while also benefiting them. Let's face it, the DNC and GOP will always be in favor of displacing whites from their neighborhoods. Most young people are also not voting as much as boomers do either. Both parties also have a declining membership as well. People of European-American ancestry need to band together and start fending for themselves. We shouldn't expect people like Trump to fix things for us. Most of our politicians are basically too busy bowing down to Zionists to actually plan on changing things.

If your European ancestry is over 90%, it would be beneficial. Mixed race people who are supportive of this plan can also help out. Latin Americans who are of fully european ancestry. Such as German/Italian Argentines and Brazilians are able to join too.

Anywhere in the North, specifically regions like the New England, Northeast, Midwest and Northwest. These are where the majority of White Americans in the country live. These are also growing regions economically. States like Idaho and Montana receive almost all whites who come from Southeastern or Southwest states.

This proposed country would be using a more third position-like system. Which takes elements from Mussolini Italy or Strasserist polices. During WWII, those type of systems helped Western Europe get out of the great depression and would've benefited them even more hadn't the Allies won WWII. However such an economic system needs to be updated since this is no longer the 1940s. It will likely have much more newer elements that benefit trading with other countries.

An Amerikaner state would remain neutral regardless of wars. This has been in place for countries like Switzerland for about as long as they existed. Which is why nobody really hates them. Countries like Israel wouldn't be recognized, as they're the main reason we are in this political mess in the first place. Organizations like AIPAC who support the invasion of foreign nations who haven't had any record of undermining this country would be banned.

>What will gun rights be like?
Citizens will be allowed to care any form of firearms to protect themselves. Bump Stocks will also stay legal among other types of weaponry. Switzerland also has similar gun laws to America and this will likely follow suit in a country such as this. Anybody who attempts to ban them via bills will automatically have such proposal become void.

>What form of system will be in place?
I've been pushing for a constitutional monarchy with Italian fascist leaning elements. Meaning something like Parliament/Congress will exist, but a ruler of said nation will be able to make or allow laws to become apart of the nation. Meaning they would have more power than a President/Prime Minister. Such system was in place in countries like Japan before World War II.

Anybody who's of European ancestry or comes from Europe will be allowed to immigrate. Polices from the 1924 immigration act that was put into law by President Calvin Coolidge will be resurrected. People from countries like Japan or Iran would be allowed to gain citizenship. Since they have been allies of Europe for as long as they existed.

>How would the prison system work for criminals?
I've considered adopting the Prison system similar to Scandinavian countries. As in, where prisoners would be taught so they can be brought back into society. The main reason crime is so rampant in America is because of prison laws treating people who are put behind bars, more like animals than actual people. Each person would be given a room with the possibility of a cellmate. It would consist of a television, computer, bed and fridge that will contain certain foods given by prison staff.

Anybody with more than 25% Jewish ancestry will likely be deported, They won't be allowed to hold any government roles or to own companies. This is basically a direct inspiration of the Nuremberg Laws. Not much more to say about this.

As previously stated, they will likely be given money and housing in Southern parts of the country, more specifically the Southwest, Southeast or Latin America. With it ending up being non-recognized. So nature migration is the preferred choice.

It depends, it will likely be the same as what America has currently, but more lax on content creators who want to parody or create inspired works of said property. Stuff like take downs against Fair Use creations would be viewed as greedy. However outright plagiarism would still be outlawed.

Stuff such as GMOs have been proven to cause tumors among smaller animals, these will be outlawed from being used in food products. Bans on Natural European Cheese or other dairy products will be repealed as they have no reason to be illegal in the first place.
