* How did you prepare for the conversation?
I tried to come up with meaningful and useful feedback. I also spoke with Nora and outlined a general approach and expressed
that I won't be hitting her with anything overly negative. Sort of a mini-feedback outline.

* How did the conversation go for you? What was easy about the conversation? What was more difficult?
It went well. Nora and I are both very open and honest, so we were able to broach topics and insecurities about ourselves without fear
of judgement. It's always difficult to hear some critiques but I always appreciate them. Nora was very positive for the most part
and the feedback was useful in understanding how some partners might see me. She was concerned that I was a little stressed and down on
myself towards the end of the project and that's definitely something I need to work on.

* What principles of feedback did you use in the conversation?
To be clear about what we will be discussing and more importantly the tone of the conversation that we were hping to have.
