- How to setup ROS-Bot + Diablo 3 on a Paperspace Cloud VM
- Do you want to Bot 24/7 , 7 days a week , 365 days a year ?
- Do you want to be able to access your VM / bot from anywhere in the world ?
- Do you want to be sure that your bot doesnt get disconnected in the middle of the night due to a power or internet outage ?
- Then this is might be interesting for you!
- This Cloud VM will run 24/7 completely independent from your PC/Laptop.
- Important : PaperSpace ONLY accept credit cards!
- This setup will cost you ~$22(~19€) a month.
- You can cancel your machine whenever you like.
- 1. Sign Up for a PaperSpace account
- 2. Create a Machine (https://www.paperspace.com/console/machine/create)
- - If you are botting on the EU / AS Server account choose "Europe(AMS1)" if you are botting on the US Server choose East/West Coast
- - Choose the Windows 7 Template
- - Choose "Air" and switch to "Monthly" Payments
- (for a better experience select the "Standard" option, it's more expensive though)
- - At "Machine Details" enter a name into the "New Machine 1" field
- - Turn off / UnCheck Auto Snapshot and Public IP
- - Enter the Code "2bl3j2" (without the ") into the Promo Code field and click "Apply"
- (This safes you $10!)
- - Add a valid credit card and click "Create Your PaperSpace"
- 3. After a few minutes your Cloud VM should be ready.
- It will appear in your Paperspace Console (https://www.paperspace.com/console/machines)
- 4. Click on the symbol of your machine to launch it.
- 5. After a few seconds you should be able to see the desktop of your Cloud VM
- 6. Simply install ROS-Bot and Diablo 3 as you normaly would.
- - You can interact with your Cloud VM like you would with any other regular PC!
- Make sure to run the bot in windowed mode and choose the lowest possible resolution.
- Use your D3Prefs.txt file to lower your graphics settings as much as possible.
- You should be getting ~20 - 30 FPS on average while you are botting.
- During intense fights your FPS might drop down to ~15 - 20.
- If you want a better experience and higher framerate , I would suggest the standard machine!
- I'm using this setup since almost 12 months with 0 issues.
- My Impale DH with 8,5k+ Paragon gets ~1600 b/h (1r/2gr) on average during my 24h runs on this exact system!
- Its possible to connect to your Cloud VM with almost every browser (PC, Laptop, Tablet, Phone, etc.)
