Regular any% to strip
Loot Magazines and pray for a Programmer's Digest (One in Nellis Schoolhouse)
Go to Tops > Kill Benny, 45 SV dump rest into Science (Black Widow, Travel Light)
Go to Ultra-Luxe > Kill Mortimer > Clip out
Go to Lucky 38 > Kill House, get Science to 80 and dump rest into Speech (Comprehension)
Go to Boomers, detour by New Vegas Medical Clinic
Clip through fence and kill Pearl + Loyal
Go to Hidden Valley > Clip through into bunker, kill the first guy and loot his stuff
Destroy the bunker (beware lots of enemies)
Escape and Walk to Cottonwood Cove (Go through Novac)
Talk to Ceasar, accept first task
Go down to basement, do the classic vault stair clip to get on top, use grenade launcher to destroy the generators from above, then CoC Warp out
Back to Ceasar, process through each quest by talking, exiting and reentering the tent.
Go to the Clinic and steal the Surgical Tools, then back to Fort
Perform Surgery on Ceasar (Oops guess he's dead)
Accept next quest and FT to Novac, go NE towards quest guy
Talk to quest guy and when he starts running towards dam, kill him
Back to the Fort, initiate final quest
Bolt through the dam and find the General, Talk him out of fighting and then exit the door and talk to the Legate
