Reason for returning to the department: When I was banned and removed from the LSCSD because of the Zero-Tolerance Policy, I took a break from Owl. I later on returned and continued to roleplay within the LSIA as an Operations Manager. Then I left because of many exams and applying for enlistment. Due to me still being 17 this is called "Junior-Enlistment", which will mean my training will take longer than 18+ individuals. The positive side of that is that this gives me the opportunity to get a military diploma for ICT (Which I have enlisted for). My training will start after in the end of July. In the mean time I wish to continue on in Law Enforcement Roleplay while waiting. (That doesn't mean I won't have time to play when I am in training.)

[b]NOTE:[/b] I was in the LSCSD under the character James Falcone. Reinstating on Ken Yoshida should be possible since I meet all the OOC requirements for reinstatement.
