・ When publishing work using this voice, you are required to state the name of this voicebank (Akiyama Daichi/秋山大智).

・ Commercial use of 秋山大智 (voicebank or character) requires permission from the creator/voicer.

・ Derivative voicebanks and characters require permission from the creator.

・ Use of 秋山大智 in media featuring ANY hate speech is prohibited at all costs.

・ Modification of the source files for creating a derivative voicebank is prohibited.

・ R-18 is OK

・ Violent content (gore) is permitted.

・ Do not use for political or religious content (common religious carols are OK).

・ The scars on 秋山大智's chest are part of his design, please do not remove them. Adding a shirt under his jacket is OK.

・ Shipping content is prohibited UNLESS:
 1: The shipping content features PAISAN.
 2: Permission is granted by the voice creator. (There is a bit of a gray area with this one, so it is best to contact me.)

・ Content produced with 秋山大智, with or without other characters becomes PROHIBITED when involving:
 1: Pedophilia, "lolicon" and "shotacon", or romantic/sexual interaction with ANY characters under 18 years old.
 2: Sexual content relating to non-intellegent animals (furries, monsters, sentient humanoids are OK.)
 3: Rape, "non-con", or sexual assault. Songs using these themes in a non-explicit way may be exempt.
