Even if you would normally need a tremendous reservoir of mana to do something like this, the fact is that Alítheia exists, and the girl can output far more magical energy than a typical Holy Grail could even when it is filled almost to the brim with the souls of Servants. Unless it is linked to a truly endless supply of magical energy like a connection to the Root could grant it, then Alítheia would easily overpower a grail with six Servant souls within it.
