Noya

Noya is a long-length silver haired, green eyed fifteen year old girl, she's calm and nice to everyone around her and greatly enjoys spending time with her sisters. She initially joined the army so that she could support her sisters in it, and while she is still unsure about fighting as long as her sisters are there she won't falter. Her personal steed is the Pegasus Arion.

So, I'm thinking... For stats, that she's going to be physically frail (25 Strength and Toughness) Skilled with ranged weaponry such as the bow or javelin (35 BS), Well educated (35 Intelligence), rather dexterous and quick to react (40 Agility), strong willed, and able to continue forward in situations even when they seem hopeless (40 Willpower), but rather hopeless in close combat (20 WS)

Base Speed = 4 meters per round

Maximum Speed = 16 meters per round

Acceleration = 4 meters per round

Brake = 8 meters per round

Acrobatics * (Agility) 50 Noya is well trained in acrobatic manuevers, both from experiences as a child, and her training as a Pegasus Knight to help her keep up with her steed.

Combat Air Maneuvers * (Agility) 70 Her training to become a Pegasus Knight, has allowed her to attain an almost instinctual grasp of Arion's and her own ability when it comes to maneuvering in the air.

Marksmanship [Air to Ground] (Ballistic Skill) 49 While she lacks the natural talent on hitting ground bound targets that she had in the air, Noya did not let this part of her training flounder, and has instead concentrated quite a bit on it so that she can make up for her weaknesses and better support her sisters.
