This book is, on top of the setting, the continuation of the anime's complementary books "No Matter How Many Times, With You" and "Red Breast"... It takes place after Sebastian and Ciel are married (laughs) and have taken a trip to another world.
Truthfully speaking, this takes place the night after the end of "Red~".
