Rules:

3. Avoid stalling the round when possible. You can play things out for a while, but be reasonable.
4. SCPs can "spare" people should they put up a convincing act or offer something in return but no outright teaming with SCPs.
5. Chaos can be neutral with SCPs should the SCPs choose so.
6. DO NOT KOS cuffed D Class or those surrendering. You get points for getting them out.
7. Do NOT sabotage your own team.
8. No Mic Spam. Voice changer and audio clips are fine, but do NOT SPAM.
