Quick concept: A Selkie performer who has always lived as an outcast - outcast by the Moogles and similar races for being humanoid; outcast by the other humanoid races for being a Selkie; outcast by the Selkie for dabbling in the paranormal. He channels his disdain for pretty much every other living being into his art - a destructive variant on spellcasting in which he paints the air and manipulates those images. Stuck with the party initially out of curiosity and now because he seems to be able to get along with them, something that's very rare for him.
