Fast Times in the Park

Sandwitches>	The elevator slides open allowing the pair to make their way out to a small open field at the base of what could only be described as a mountain within the park...
<AdventFalls>	"Thanks for coming with, Koji."
<AdventFalls>	"I know it's been a pretty long day."
<RickDominated>	"Least I could do, afterall. I mean hell, Rei. You, me and large animals have a long tradition together." He shrugs.
<AdventFalls>	"Yeah," she nodded. "The kids need someone to play with when everyone else is busy, so.... I figured we could get two or so guys from here."
<RickDominated>	"Well, there are certainly plenty of possibilities. Hell, they could always take Moderato..." He's rather fond of that Magikarp... "So yeah, Ibis won't mind a few going to a good home."
<AdventFalls>	"You know, if you'd asked me seven years ago to go hunting for these guys in a park built off of spatial compression stuff, I'd have told you you're insane.”
<RickDominated>	"We do Insane here Rei, its like our Bread and Butter."
<AdventFalls>	"I guess so. Keep your eyes open."
<RickDominated>	"Anything in particular you're looking for?"
<AdventFalls>	"Just... I don't want something that looks scary. So no bats."
<AdventFalls>	"I just want something that'll like the kids and the kids'll like back."
<AdventFalls>	"...And maybe be able to stave off kidnapping attempts."
<RickDominated>	"Zubats are completly lovable when they're not swarming you in caves."
<Sandwitches>	As the pair start down the path... They each catch sight of an Onix, jsut off the side of the path..
<AdventFalls>	"Hm. Those turn into big steel things, right?"
<RickDominated>	"Think so... " He takes a good long look at it. "They're....big though."
<AdventFalls>	"Yeah. I'm not sure I'd be able to fit one into the room."
<AdventFalls>	"I mean, it might make a nice playmate for Dora, but.... you know."
<RickDominated>	"Yeah, a little big for our purposes, at least."
<AdventFalls>	"Right. If the kids were a bit older, I might let them ride one. But they need something smaller."
<Sandwitches>	The Onix Watches the pair for a long moment... Before turning away and scampeing off.
<RickDominated>	"Yeah..." He smiles a bit at a treasured memory. "...I think we hurt his feelings."
<AdventFalls>	"Maybe when my kids are a little older! We'll talk in a few months!"
<AdventFalls>	Rei sighed. "Let's keep moving."
<Sandwitches>	The pair continue along... and in short order, Kojiro catches sight of a Geodude off the side of the path...
<AdventFalls>	"..Koji, look to the right of that Geodude. You see a cave?"
<RickDominated>	"Yeah, I do." He stares for a long moment. "...You want to go in, right?"
<AdventFalls>	"Might be cool to check out.... yeah."
<RickDominated>	"Whelp. What could it hurt?"
<AdventFalls>	"Just... pray that we don't get swarmed by bats?"
<RickDominated>	"Haha. Ha-ha. Thats a given."
<AdventFalls>	"Whatever. Let's just try and see what's on the other side if there is one, mm?"
<Sandwitches>	The pair enter the cave, and within a couple of minutes, Rei catches sight of a small pile of pale purple dust.
<RickDominated>	"...Can't stop here, this is Zubat Country." Kojiro is furtively looking around, mumbling to himself in the dark.
<AdventFalls>	"What is.... that."
<RickDominated>	"...I'm not sure."
<AdventFalls>	Rei went to take a look at it.
<AdventFalls>	"You have a bag on you?"
<RickDominated>	He fishes one out of his pocket. "Semper Fi, Rei. You'll understand in a few years."
<AdventFalls>	"Reminds me of hair or something. I dunno. She began putting it into the bag."
<RickDominated>	"Huh..."
<AdventFalls> "It's the color, I guess..."
<AdventFalls> The dust all went into the bag, which she then tied up
<AdventFalls> "Well. That was odd."
<AdventFalls>  <RickDominated> He moves to get a closer look. "...Thats a pretty familiar shade, there." He says with a grin.
<RickDominated> "Oh yeah."
<AdventFalls> "Alright. Let's get going."
<Sandwitches> the pair continue deep into the tunnel...  which eventually opens up inot a massive Cave.  As they step though into it, a familiar screech echoes out.
<RickDominated> "...Aww NUTS."
<AdventFalls> "....Zubat, isn't it."
<RickDominated> "Oh yeah."
<AdventFalls> "That could be bad."
<RickDominated> "Only if you like Blood in your body."
<AdventFalls> "Just.... keep moving and hope it doesn't come for us."
<Sandwitches> A small purple winged Blue body drops down from the ceiling...  followed by another four.
<AdventFalls> "...Run?"
<RickDominated> Kojiro grimmaces. "No...Sudden...Movements."
<AdventFalls> Rei kept still. "...Gotcha."
<Sandwitches> The Zubats miss Rei...  But all home in on Kojiro.  The fly towards him, and after a moment a high pitched noise echoes out.
<RickDominated> Kojiro goes stark still...before his breath catches and he collapses without a sound.
<AdventFalls> "...Jesus, Koji..."
<AdventFalls> "JESUS. THE FUCKING BATS KILLED HIM!"
<AdventFalls> "KOJI, FUCKING SAY SOMETHING."
<Sandwitches> The Zubats all turn towards Rei.

<AdventFalls> She took a breath. "Koji, you had me scared for a moment!"
<RickDominated> "Supersonic." He breathes out. "Nasty business. Knocked me right out." He shakes his head vigorously. "...Oh, I fucking HATE Zubats."
<AdventFalls> "Yet another reason why my kids won't be having one unless they *ask*. Let's keep going."
<RickDominated> "Yes, out of the fucking cave, please. Before more of them show up."
<AdventFalls> "Well, let's see what else is inside the cave before we try another spot."
<RickDominated> "...I suppose we can punch more of them." He sounds slightly defeated.
<Sandwitches> The pair continue further into the Cave system...  and find nothing... But Two Tunnels leading off in different directions.
<AdventFalls> "Hooo boy. Which way?"
<RickDominated> Kojiro stops for a moment, hands on his knees. "...I like the Right one."
<AdventFalls> "Why the right one?"
<RickDominated> "No idea. Just want to get out."
<AdventFalls> "...Fine. We'll take the right one."
<AdventFalls> "I just hope there's something nice that way."
<RickDominated> "Or at least no more Bats."
<Sandwitches> The pair continue deep into the cavern....  and manage to make their way to another large open area, an old crater in the side of the mountain, after over an hour of walking.  At the bottom of the crater is a massive stone...
<AdventFalls> "What the...."
<RickDominated> "...Thats interesting."
<RickDominated> He begins to move closer to the stone, if only to get a better look at it.
<AdventFalls> "What is it?"
<RickDominated> "Its...Pretty." He moves closer still...and grins a bit. "And we've got a visitor, behind the thing."
<RickDominated> He points to the pink fluffball.
<AdventFalls> Rei looked at the fluffball...
<Sandwitches> Slowly the small pink fluffball reveals itself.  "Clefairy?"
<AdventFalls> "It's cute," Rei smiled, waving at it. "Kids might like him... her... how do you figure it out?"
<RickDominated> "...I have no idea." He squats down a bit. "Hey there, little thing. How are you?"
<Sandwitches> The Pokemon smiles.  "Fair!"
<AdventFalls> "I think if it like us, it should come with. You know, maybe we don't have two, but this one'll be a nice start."
<RickDominated> Kojiro shrugs. "Sounds good. ...You do the Befriending though."

<AdventFalls> "I'm doing good," she smiled. "I just had two beautiful baby girls today."

<AdventFalls> Rei picked up the Clefairy and placed it on her shoulder. "Koji. I think we should look somewhere with.... less bats for the next one."

<Sandwitches> "Clefairy?"  The small pink pokemon looks up at Kojiro in confusion.
<RickDressienated> He looks at the fluffball apologetically. "...Though, I guess it wasn't all that bad."

<AdventFalls> "Bats," Rei nodded. "Bats that like to confuse you." The lift pinged that they had arrived.

<Sandwitches> The lift finally comes to a stop and the door slides open... revealing what looks like a small and fancy park.

<AdventFalls> "Ah, here we are."

<AdventFalls> "Let's move," Rei smiled. "Looks really nice."

<Haruka_Emmerich> "Or how Braiger turns into a convertible?"
<AdventFalls> "Yeah. Shirou reverse-engineered the.... however the Buster Machine does that. Which is how we have all this free space."
<RickDressienated> "Yeah. Dad does good work. ...And Seriously Haruka. Seven Years. I've known you for Seven YEARS and I still think that things Impossible."
<Haruka_Emmerich> "I KNOW it's possible; I just haven't had the time to do the calculus myself."

<Haruka_Emmerich> "Getter-1's head is easy. Far too easy to be proper Super Robot equipment. What's it, a couple beam emitters and the camera housing?"
<RickDressienated> "And the -1's Main Cockpit, yeah." He nods, enjoying the breeze.

<AdventFalls> She picked up the cookie. "Interesting. Anyone else see anything?"
<RickDressienated> "No. This definitely wasn't her." Kojiro says with a half smile. "Its Perculiiur, that’s what."

<Rickdominated> "Besides." He grins slightly. "Gai has his own "Companion" to look forward to...I'm just not sure WHEN he'll show up."

<AdventFalls> "What is it with all the candy?" Rei picked up a second small candy.

<Haruka_Emmerich> "I don't think it's just candy anymore..." Haruka picks up a peculiar root with a fist-shaped end. "The heck is this, ginseng?"
<OvermanXAN> "Oooh! Another cute one! Look!" Rika points towards another small, brown, and adorable creature, though this one is more foxlike.
<Rickdominated> "...I'd...Say...It...was...Ibis." Kojiro stops and puts his hands on his knees. "...But she doesn't leave leftovers." He looks up. "Oh...Hello there."
<Sandwitches> the fox sniffs in the direction of the group... as Rika's puppy begins to growl.
<Haruka_Emmerich> "Eh? Don't tell me they aren't gonna play nice..."
<AdventFalls> "Whoa, whoa, whoa. Easy...."
<OvermanXAN> "Uh oh..." Rika backs away. "I-I don't think they like each other..."
<AdventFalls> Rei looked at the fox and waved nicely. "Hi there."
<Sandwitches> the Fox stares up at Rei.  "Quee?"
<OvermanXAN> Rika continues backing away "I don't think this is going to go well. You guys handle it, I'll try to keep this one calm."
<AdventFalls> "Don't be scared of the dog. It's not used to guys like you."
<Sandwitches> the puppy begins to squirm as the fox approches Rei.
<OvermanXAN> Rika grips it tightly "Come on, I promise it's not going to do anything bad..."

<Sandwitches> The Fox looks from the Clefair to the Gardevoir.  "Eeeee"

<AdventFalls> "I just had two kids today, and I've got another on the way. You wanna be their friend?"

<AdventFalls> "I'll take that as a yes," she nodded. "But you and the dog have to get along okay. Rika and I will be working with it.... but you have to make an effort too."
<Sandwitches> The fox gives the puppy a weary look... but nods.
<AdventFalls> "Okay," she smiled. "Hop on up."
<Sandwitches> The Fox Does so.
<AdventFalls> "Alright," Rei smiled. "Let's walk about a bit more, see if there isn't anyone around for number three, mm?"
<OvermanXAN> Rika CAREFULLY positions herself at the opposite side of the group from Rei.
<OvermanXAN> "Woohoo! This is awesome!"
<AdventFalls> "Hoooo," Rei sighed. "Getting kind of winded...."
<Rickdominated> "Phew...we've been at this for a while, yeah." Kojiro nods. Picking up the latest food item, a Cookie.
<Haruka_Emmerich> "Eh, this is hardly anyth...hel-LO..." And Haruka's stumbled upon another pot of honey.
<OvermanXAN> "Awwww, Onee-chan..." Rika pouts, before noticing a candy "Hey! More candy too!"
<Rickdominated> "I mean seriously whats going on? Have we stumbled into the Hundred Acre Woods?"
<AdventFalls> Rei blinked as she stared into the bushes. "...What the heck?"
<AdventFalls> "....That... literally cannot be possible."
<AdventFalls> "...There's another me in there."
<OvermanXAN> "Eh? Another another you?"
<AdventFalls> "In the bush." Rei approached it slowly.
<Haruka_Emmerich> "We're gonna have so many Reis by the time all this settles down."
<Rickdominated> "Rei, clones of you almost seem to fall out of the sky." Kojiro wearily approaches the bush, his hand on his sword for the first time that day.
<Sandwitches> As the other's approach the bush...  They catch sight of the "Other Rei".
<AdventFalls> "We're not gonna hurt you. Just.... tell us who you are and how you got here."
<Sandwitches> As Rei approaches...  the other Rei reaches out and pokes Rei on the nose.
<AdventFalls> Rei blinked. "Uh.... huh. Who are you?"
<AdventFalls> "How did you get here?"
<Sandwitches> The girl reaches into her shirt and retrieves a small cookie, which she places in Rei's mouth.
<OvermanXAN> "D'awwwwww"
<Haruka_Emmerich> Haruka can't help but blush. Nor, apparently, can Omachi.
<AdventFalls> Rei looked at the cookie, confused as she took a bite. "Are you a clone?"
<Rickdominated> "...Oh wow. My...Heart..."
<Sandwitches> "No~pe."
<AdventFalls> "Then why do you look like me?"
<Sandwitches> "Just 'Cause."
<AdventFalls> "Do you live in the forest?"
<Sandwitches> "I live where I want."
<OvermanXAN> "Sounds nice..."
<AdventFalls> "Do you have any problems with the people on this ship?"
<Sandwitches> "No~pe."
<AdventFalls> "How much of what we've been talking about have you heard?"
<Sandwitches> "All of it."
<AdventFalls> "Then you know I'm looking for friends for my children. Perhaps guardians as well."
<Sandwitches> The other Rei nods.
<AdventFalls> "Would you... like to be one?"
<AdventFalls> "My third is on its way."
<Sandwitches> "Ma~ybe...  But I'd rather just be a friend rather than a personal guardian for one."
<AdventFalls> "....What kind of friend? Just a regular run of the mill friend?"
<AdventFalls> "Or the kind of friend Setsuko's going to be to Gai?"
<Sandwitches> The girl raises an eyebrow.  "Huh?"
<AdventFalls> "...I guess what I'm asking is this. Do you just want to have a friend, or is there anything... else you'd want to be when they grow up?"
<OvermanXAN> Rika looks completely lost by this line of conversation "Um... what's Onee-chan talking about?"
<Sandwitches> "..."  The other Rei gives Rei a blank look. "I don;t follow..."
<Rickdominated> Kojiro coughs. "Uh...Rei? I don't think its like that."
<AdventFalls> "...." Rei took a deep breath. "You just want to have a friend."
<Sandwitches> The other girl nods and beeps Rei on the nose.
<AdventFalls> "...Then come with us. We're about to head out of the forest and back to where we live."
<Sandwitches> "O~kay."
<AdventFalls> "Alright everyone. Let's make way back to our rooms. I think we all need to freshen up before the launch."
<Sandwitches> "Where should I go?"
<AdventFalls> "What do you mean?"
<OvermanXAN> "Mmmmhmmm! And this little guy needs a bath~" Rika hugs the dog tightly.
<Sandwitches> "Well...  You aren't going to just leave me here, are you?"
<Haruka_Emmerich> "I wouldn't think so, considering the nature of Rei's offer."
<AdventFalls> "No," Rei blinked. "Aren't you going to follow me?"
<Sandwitches> "Su~re."
<AdventFalls> "Alright. Follow us then."
<Rickdominated> Kojiro just watches and Shrugs. "Another average day..." He says with a smile and shake of his head.
<AdventFalls> "....You got a name I can call you by?"
<Sandwitches> "Not really.  Not a proper one at least."
<AdventFalls> "We'll figure that one out then," Rei smiled. "Let's go."
