  1. so im gonna go for a 43 year old korean dissident named Ji-Woo Seong. She's from Chongjin, about as far up north as you can get. I looked into the North Korean military policies and there's an enforced military draft. Once you're 17, you serve a mandatory service in the military until you're 30. She was initially in the KPAGF (Korean People's Army Ground Force) but she had perfect vision and was a steady shot, in addition to a perfect academic record, so she was immediately bumped up to the 11th Sniper Brigade. During her time in the military, she served with distinction and managed to eke out a decent life for herself, living as a soldier and tending to her family's farm, but she knew from some of the high society people she ran into from time to time that there was a bigger and better world outside of the DPRK. This point was only hammered further home after a particularly harsh winter where her younger brother and her family's ox froze to death. She was furious and went out of her way to start reading. High ranking military officials are allowed some minor indulgences, and not too many people would so much as bat an eyelash when an officer begins reading books about military tactics.

  3. Guerilla military tactics, that is. She looked into successful rebellion military strategy, hit and run tactics, and terror-focused military rhetoric, even managing to get her hands on some documentation on the IRA. Using her influence with the military, she found a small rebellion cell in Tanchon. She pulled some strings to get a private interrogation with them, and established that she'd let them go free if they began working for her. She set up a lower ranking official to take the blame for the rebel's disappearance, who was summarily executed by firing squad.

  5. She began a fantastic hit and run campaign against the DPRK government, spreading terror all throughout the major NK cities. All the while, she continued climbing the ranks in the military, earning promotion after promotion for her 'unwavering conviction in the face of danger'. Her plan was to make the DPRK government and military look weak, and she succeeded at just that, spreading doubt and fear and leading to more and more radicalized citizens joining the rebellion.

  7. As a person, she's often been described as somewhat cold and callous, but she's the absolute model of a North Korean military official. Peak physical health, logical and quick-witted, and 'unswervingly loyal'. She still lives in her family home in Chongjin, despite having the distinction and social status as a military official to have moved into the capital. Though she's seen as a bit brusque or rude by some, she is known in her local community to be a helpful and selfless person, regularly helping her neighbors however she can.

  9. This is all a carefully cultivated facade, of course. Ji-Woo, internally, is a furious force of vengeance. She's personally responsible for the deaths of over ten dozen military personnel, and at least 20 confirmed civillian deaths. While she feels remorse for the innocents dead by her hand, she sees her ultimate cause of overthrowing the dictatorship to be a just and righteous cause. She's a tremendously cunning and paranoid individual, who seeks only to further her own agenda. That said, her agenda in question is to topple the Kim-Jong dictatorship and replace it with a genuine democracy, and she does genuinely care about the citizens of North Korea's well being.

  12.
  13. Strengths: Intelligent, cunning, fantastic shot with a rifle, excellent leadership skills and military knowledge.
  14. Weaknesses: Emotionally stunted, lack of empathy, socially blunt and awkward, extremely limited knowledge of anything other than Korean propaganda and military history.
  15.
  16. Family:
  17. Si Woo: Si Woo is Ji-Woo's father, and is a humble farmer. He's tremendously proud of his daughter's service to the Democratic People's Republic of Korea. He's been brainwashed by the Korean government and genuinely believes that North Korea is the best place on earth. He's been dying from undiagnosed cancer for about three years, and his only desire before death is to see his daughter marry and have a son.
  18. Hae-Wan Sook: Ji-Woo's mother. Shrewd and intelligent, and tremendously bitter and resentful of her daughter's success. She's been suspecting that there's something off about her daughter for years, but has been unsuccessful thus far in figuring out what the hell is wrong with her.
  19. Taeyhung: Ji-Woo's deceased younger brother. The two were close in childhood, and she has never recovered from his passing. He was a silly and kindhearted young boy who loved flowers and birds.
