Huakaii

A chimeric beast with a feathered, humanoid face with a black stripe going horizontally across his brown eyes and his nose, with white below the stripe and grey above the stripe, a human body, but with canine legs, clawed hands, a pair of antlers and rabbit ears, and a shrike bird’s tail. He can shapeshift to change his legs to bird legs and grow large wings on his back, with the colorations of a shrike bird. He wears a cloth vest with a short, white kilt/skirt around his waist, belted with a white leather belt, fitted with many types of sharp fangs hanging from it. He also wears a single shoulder plate made of a beast skull on his left shoulder, carefully decorated with silver metal, intricately carved with etched symbols and wording, presumably in an unknown foreign language. He wields a bone longbow held together by grass and vines.
