Welcome to GYPSYGO, an Android application designed to provide travel assistance, lodging reservations, and dining reservations. GYPSYGO is a project presented to the faculty of the Department of Information Technology at Bulacan State University – Meneses Campus, in partial fulfillment of the requirements for the degree of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology.

Please carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions before using GYPSYGO. By accessing or using this application, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use this application.

3.You may not use this application for any illegal, unauthorized, or harmful activities.

2.GYPSYGO may provide links to third-party websites or content. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party websites.

1. Registration and Account

1.1. User Account: To access certain features of the App, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

1.2. Password: You are responsible for safeguarding your password and agree not to disclose it to any third party. You are also responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

1.3. Account Termination: The Company reserves the right to terminate your account or refuse service at its sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including if you violate this Agreement.

2. User Responsibilities

2.1. Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and this Agreement while using the App.

2.2. User Content: You are solely responsible for any content you post, upload, or share through the App, and you must have all necessary rights to do so.

2.3. Prohibited Activities: You shall not engage in any of the following activities:

•Violating or attempting to violate the security of the App
•Reverse engineering or decompiling the App
•Interfering with or disrupting the App's functionality
