- Great. This interview will be a little different from the one you did in the past. It will likely go a lot faster, as we are going to be skipping the "scenario" questions entirely. That said, do you have anything you'd like to amend from your previous interview? Feel free to take a minute to skim it if you like. There is no rush, but I will not be referencing it during the rest of this interview so no need to try and go through everything.

- Excellent. Let's start with the first question, then.
- Tell me a little bit about your previous departure from the staff team. If I remember correctly, your house was undergoing construction at the time, but you ended up retiring before fully coming back. Do you feel there were other contributing factors to your retirement?

- At the time (Aside from the housework and moving stuff back and forth) I also was getting ready for exams and was weening off of SS13 for study, with the two I didn't have time to log in so when Cat poked me about it all the way back when I stepped down since I couldn't foresee any time for SS13 and I felt I couldn't hold a staff spot if i've no activity

- Understandable. Do you feel there's been a culture shift (whether in the server OR the staff team) since your time as a moderator?

- I've DEFINATLY noticed a few things since coming back, aside from the effects of lorechanges and such it feels much more new-player friendly AND i've noticed server focus and development has been cranked up, which is neat to see. In reguards to staff, lot of new admins and faces since I was moderator so I can't say. All my Ahelps have been handled quickly and i've got no complaints!

- Cool. How do you feel about the general development changes (brainmed, cult reworks, etc) that are either in the pipeline, or have already been implemented? How do you feel this will change the way moderation will be handled in-game (if at all)?

- Moderation in terms of changes will always be nessesary with new systems as EVENTUALLY someone will find a bug, exploit or something of the like and it'll need to be addressed both in game (at time time of it happening if its impactful enough) and with the development team. I haven't seen to much of Cult with the new changes but I do main medical currently as Viktor-Surgeon and having a system ICLY that prevents people from being knocked out the round too early (outside of antagonistic influence) is nice as we don't have cloning. Brainmed is nice to have in that reguards (IF there is a chemist)

- Cool. Speaking of brainmed - Do you feel that the implementation of brainmed and the removal of cloning has changed how the game is played from a mechanical standpoint (since you cannot be brought back into it after dying). How do you feel this mechanical change has impacted RP?

- I haven't had too much experiance with medical outside of Brainmed (Apart from word of mouth from other players) but I do not think the loss of cloning has changed how people react/respond to dangerous situations. Mechanics wise brainmed can be an issue if there isn't a chemist (Or someone capable of creating chemicals) and/or someone to do surgery as people with arterial, popped lungs etc will likely die. On the other hand brainmed set with the two above present can be a little silly when doctors mix chemical cocktails and wait. HOWEVER that said I think keeping players alive is more important then ever since cloning is gone and personally I can forgive leaning on the mechanics (and its silliness) for the latter point.
- To add to that, I like the cryobag changes alot, as it prevents players being stuck for 40+ min's doing nothing.
