Your duties
We are now seeking a driven SHE (Saftey Health Environment) coordinator for our logistics center in Nykvarn starting September 1, 2019.

We are looking for a driven SHE coordinator who is well-versed in chemical management (storage requirements and closed handling), risk audits, safe working environment and who can act as a role model for leadership and SHE issues, to our modern logistics center in Nykvarn.
Your assignment
As SHE coordinator, you will act as the main contact in operational matters within your area of ​​responsibility and are expected to work proactively to develop the business processes and working methods. Identify and develop job and process descriptions and, if necessary, lead the work on identifying possible measures and supporting the business with their implementation.
The goal is to support, manage, coach and train our employees, the protection organization and managers in order to develop our work and performance in the health, safety and work environment area of ​​the workplace, which is one of the central parts of the mission. You will provide guidance by supporting the implementation of directives and guidelines, by applying your in-depth knowledge and by following up attention performance.
You are the one in the business that you turn to in matters relating to legislation and guidelines in the working environment as well as the practical application of these. You also actively monitor and analyze the work of the business to identify improvements and deviations as well as conduct related activities and assignments.
You will report to the Warehouse Manager, but support the entire business and especially group managers and employees in the operational part of the business.



Your profile
We are looking for you with adequate education.

You have high integrity and a great drive, are outgoing, educational and have the ability to engage. To succeed in the work you also need to have good analytical skills and be structured. We also see that you have the ability to work independently and that you take your own initiative in complex issues that cover SHE related issues.
You have proven experience in the health, safety and environmental area. To succeed in this role you have about 2-3 years of relevant experience in similar positions.
Fluent English and Swedish are a must. Experience from logistics operations is a merit. We greatly appreciate your high flexibility and a strong driving force for results combined with planning and organizational skills. Not to mention the fact that you know how to prioritize to achieve results. You also have good communication skills.
The service is primarily a project employment until 2019-12-20, with the possibility of extension
