[00:42] Kali taps at her chin for a bit as she hears this. "You're...A Sarradian, I believe? You don't have blood in the traditional sense, is what you're saying?"

Curious. She pulls out a quill and a piece of paper to write on. More knowledge for the vampire hunter. "You mustn't possess what's known as 'vitae' then. Looks like it must be tied in with the blood they drink."

[00:45] "Meanwhile my blood was fine for them..." Ambre says, lifting her chin to expose the bandages beneath, soaked with her dark blue blood.

"So... it seems Teraphim blood is fine. Unless it has something to do with how I used to be human."

"I'm a Sarradian, yes. She said the lifeblood we possess isn't something they care for. I'm not sure how it affects them, but I'm sure someone will figure it out.

Right now, I can say that me fighting them will have hurt them more than it does me. So, they'll likely avoid combat with me if anything."

[00:49] "Not necessarily, don't get cocky. They'll still fight you, they just won't feed from you. Though now i'm curious as to the why rather than the how." She says while musing upon that thought.

Was there something within Sarradian blood or was there a lacking of something? Maybe she'd have to study this later. They were a child, she wasn't going to demand them to hand over their blood.

"Teraphim still possess blood, it's just uhh...Different coloured? Same with a lot of their internal organs, really." That medic badge of hers was definitely present on her chest right now.

[00:54] It's been pretty wild for Haji after that entire vampire situation, but he lived.

"I was curious about something; if my blood is poisonous to them, and my blood naturally contains healing properties... Well, does that mean my blood in a way can heal those bitten by vampires?

Could my blood in a sense counteract what vampires do to people and heal them of their inflictions?"

Haji threw the idea out there again someone had to know, right?

A spark of inspiration hits her. "However...It COULD potentially work to create a repellent of some kind! Perhaps you should discuss this with an alchemist, you could be on to something there."

[01:02] "I... that's not what she said... she refused to bit me because my blood is toxic and poisonous. It sounds like they'd get sick or die if they went through with drinking my blood.

That's like saying if I poisoned your drink and you didn't know with enough of the poison injected... you'd die."

Haji held his hand in the air.

"If you capture a vampire, I'll let it drink my blood, and we'll see what happens then."

[01:06] "Right, but they could smell it. Part of how a vampire hunts is through smell and sensing the pumping of blood through your veins. It would still potentially work as a repellent. However-" She raises a finger.

"Were we to figure out a way for this 'poison' in your blood to be extracted and be placed within non-sarradians...Well, we may have a means of killing them without actively fighting."

Her arms fold over on the table. "We're going to need to look more into what it is exactly that causes your blood to do this. Hel, potentially it could be used to lace weapons with poison to weaken them."

So many potential things they could do with this information, but they lacked the knowledge behind it. Research and study was needed. "If someone captures one? Sure. Preferably an actual vampire and not a thinblood, can barely even call those things vampires. They're more like bloodsucking zombies."

"We'll see, but it's all just thoughts for now, and the fact they didn't bite me when they had the chance means something."
