Reasoning: The Moth believed that the answer to her problems lied with her sword, a weapon that could take the lives of others, and secure the precious thing by completely obliterating one's opponents with offensive swordsmanship. Time was spent practicing with her chosen weapon, a Katana, seeking to find a swordsmanship capable of carving any path through violence. A loss was taken against a Stripper with a pole, a Grappler of the Sun, yet those were not the breaking points. It was a nigh fateful encounter with Diablo that had made her realize just how absolutely maddening it was to fight one leagues above your own with everything you have, yet fall, as nothing more than prey against a predator. It was Diablo, that had threatened that special thing before her eyes, Diablo that ridiculed Arte for even attempting to fight a delusional battle, to prove to them they were just another weak combatant that purely existed to stay in line.

A means to a end was necessary, simple swordsmanship would not give her what she wanted. It was some time after that she had met Fafnir, one told to have a special style, managing to convince him to display the Hiten Mitsurugi Ryu against her in a match. She had fallen in fascination for his oppressive techniques, regardless if it was merely an exhibition of his way of fighting. Afterwards, he was dead, killed by an outlander, the reason did not matter...Now was the time to pick up where he left off and make the style her own. The pain of their match did not leave her easily, savoring it, practicing it, knowing that if she could step into the realm of the Heavenly Sword Style that a clear path may finally be made in blood. Her sword would become a tool that took the lives of those that got in her way.
