  1. DS TTT Procedures
  2.
  3. Make sure you have read the rules thoroughly (https://forums.dominationservers.com/showthread.php?tid=366) and understand them. Any questions just ask.
  4. Things to remember:
  5. -F8 is the key for damagelogs and report manager.
  6. -It may be useful to bind a key to the ULX menu. (e.g. (bind . "ulx menu") - will bind . to open the menu)
  7.
  8.
  9.
  10. Note: Punishments are up to your discretion, please use these examples for MAXIMUM punishments only.
  11.
  12. Slaying:
  13. RDM: 1 slay
  14. Attempted RDM: 1 slay
  15. Blatant RDM: 2 slays
  16. RDM of Detective/Traitor: 2 slays
  17. TVT: 2 slays
  18. Blatant TVT: 3 slays
  19. Propkilling: 1 slay
  20. Traitor Baiting: 1 slay
  21. False KOS: 1 slay
  22. Delaying: 1 slay
  23. RDM and leave: 2 slays
  24. Exploiting: slay immediatley
  25.
  26. Banning:
  27. Mass RDM: 5 slays + 1 week ban
  28. Constant RDM (multiple rounds): 1 week ban
  29. Metagaming/ghosting 1 day ban - 1 week ban - 1 month ban - permanent ban
  30. DDos/personal info/hacks/threats: permanent ban
  31.
  32.
  33. Gagging and Muting:
  34. Music/noise/spam: gag/mute
  35. Abuse: warn then gag/mute
  36. Admin chat spam/abuse warning, kick if continued.
  37.
  38. Definiton of Blatant:
  39. - (of bad behaviour) done openly and unashamedly, on purpose, obviously
  40.
  41. Having a reason is not blatant, for example: killing on suspicion, while still RDM, is not blatant).
  42. Blatantly breaking rules should always add one slay to the original punishment.
  43.
  44.
  45.
  46. DEALING WITH PLAYERS:
  47.
  48. Metagamers:
  49. If someone has been killing traitors without sufficient evidence, and they have friends on the server, they are probably metagaming.
  50. To investigate successfully, and stealthily, type ulx friends <their name> in the console, and look at the chat box for the return.
  51. If they have friends on the server, you will want to go spectator, and watch them and their friends, and look for clues like more
  52. blatantly RDMing of traitors. Use ulx micon on the dead friends to see what they say, if they're talking at all. If they are, listen,
  53. and ulx micoff if they get suspicious. Investigate all of the friends that player has, and once you have sufficient evidence that
  54. they're talking together, and they're ghosting, you can ban them all.
  55.
  56. Mass RDMers:
  57. 3 blatant RDMs or more can be considered mass RDM or at least attempted.
  58. If they are in the process of Mass RDMing, and you're 100% sure they're not traitor, you simply need to slay them, then ban for a week.
  59.
  60. Examples of RDMers:
  61. Turtle (innocent) killed Dan (innocent) with ak47
  62. Victim hadn't shot (in shot logs)
  63.
  64. - Possible RDM
  65.
  66. Turtle (innocent) damaged jas (innocent) for 89 damage wih ak47
  67. jas killed Turtle with mac10
  68.
  69. - Looks like Turtle Attempted RDM on jas
  70.
  71. ULX Commands Guide:
  72.
  73. Use the ulx commands in console, and the !commands in chat.
  74.
  75. * - targets all players on the server.
  76. Example: !ungag *
  77. Ungags all players on the server.
  78. If you use this with a higher rank on the server, instead of a message displaying
  79. "You have ungagged Everyone.", it will display all users on the server you have targetted except
  80. the higher ranks. When this happens the players name colours display if they are alive or dead,
  81. basically giving all players alive that information. The same can be said for using any command
  82. when you, or the player you are targeting is dead, but are still MIA, showing their current status
  83. to the alive players on the server.
  84.
  85. ^ - targets the player who used the command. DO NOT use !kick ^ or !ban ^ as it is a ulx glitch
  86. where the server will crash.
  87. Example: !slay ^ slays yourself.
  88.
  89. Use " " to target players that have spacing in their names, or similar names. You will have
  90. to type the exact name in the quotation marks for it to target that player. The same applies
  91. to a reason given.
  92. Example: !aslay "dan the goose" 4 "Blatant RDM x2"
  93. Can also use partials of the name. If no one else has the string "goose" in their name,
  94. !aslay goose 4 "blatant rdmx2" could be used.
  95.
