That was how somebody said Olamide's WO that was released few weeks ago has taken the place of Small Doctor's Penalty on the street, a song that has been a hit since late 2016.

The question is what makes a bigger song, Is it by forcing people to groove to it by the way of Instagram 1m Giveaway? or the amount of time a song can last as a big hit on the street?
