This is some quick port of bmp-mac to Audacious by
Christian Birchinger <joker@netswarm.net>

Because the plugin lacks VFS support and opens files directly, all local
"file://" URLs will fail too.

I've received numerous workarounds for this and included 2 patches in the
contrib/ directory. The reason why i'm not incluing them (yet) is, because
the real fix is VFS support and not some rather nasty hacks.
