* The video discusses combat bugs only, so bugs such as certain audio files always playing, challenges bugging out, etc. will not be here.
* I didn't include speedrun-related bugs because for the love of god, please let us keep some speedtech.
* Cyber-Mancubus goo has the same problem as Archvile fire where it can damage you outside of its visible area of effect. Caused by taking damage just before entering a glory kill or chainsaw kill. Somewhat common. https://www.twitch.tv/chocolatevanille/clip/GoldenColorfulSangTBTacoLeft
* Blocking damage with the Energy Shield may cause Saving Throw to activate if the amount of damage blocked would usually kill the slayer. Somewhat common.

* Blood Makyrs
   * Blood Makyr's super attack may ignore geometry. Common.

   * AI may completely shut down until the slayer walks close enough to trigger a ground pound. Uncommon.
* Archvile will spawn invisible or half-visible enemies, usually when his spawn is interrupted close to the end. Rare. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cALJLm4qUS4
* Menuing while Destroyer Blade or Microwave Beam are charged will cause dash distance to permanently shorten to their length during mod use https://clips.twitch.tv/DoubtfulFriendlyKimchiPRChase
* BFG will refuse to fire for 2-3 seconds after pulling it out. Uncommon.

* Arbalest will sometimes refuse to fully charge, charging halfway then cancelling the animation repeatedly. Rare.
* Destroyer Blade has the same problem. Also rare.
* Sometimes when surrounded by a horde of demons, the chainsaw will activate by itself and consume no fuel. Uncommon. Beneficial to the player so should be low priority.
