- Things to check:
- Stream watching should be setup as per runner/commentary instructions
- Check stream key is correct for the runner
- Stream should be setup as per instructions (640x480 resolution, game audio only, also bitrate check if possible) - you can check resolution on potPlayer in the playback info screen. Unsure about other programs.
- If possible get the runner into voice and check you can talk with them without hearing the conversation (proves audio isolation)
- Try and ask what the possible audio ranges are (if they can go much higher/lower) so that we know if we'll have to adjust anything stream side for audio balance.
