Jack Bio

Jack Linera was born and raised in the "Forsaken Realm", the outskirts of the outer kingdoms and a place of lawlessness and ruthlessness. Contrary to the relative peace within the kingdoms, the Forsaken Realm was cold, harsh and unforgiving, resulting in its denizens becoming thieves, scam artists and even murderers in order to survive. Roughly around his 10th birthday, he was told to steal from a nearby village on the outskirts of Lydore, one of the outer kingdoms. Initially mistaken for one of the village children, he chose to throw away his past as a child of the Forsaken Realm and lead a new life within the kingdoms. In order to prevent his return to the Forsaken Realm, as well as being revealed as a Forsaken Child, he lied to and betrayed person after person so he could make it to Zenith, where he resided until he turned about 18. Sick of living on the streets, he took the Knights of Ren Entrance Exam though barely passed. As he rejoiced at passing, his heart sank as he received his Divisive and Squadron assignment: Lydore Divisive, Squadron 5, a squadron assigned to patrol the outskirts of the Forsaken Realm and prevent any criminals from attacking the villages nearby. After about 3 years on the squadron, he was involved in a large-scale battle between his squadron and a group of hunters from the Forsaken Realm. 2 months after the battle, Xion recruited him to the Elite Squadron, as he was the only person that managed to survive the battle with no debilitating battle wounds.
