10.
11. Prime Minister.
12.
13. Konnichiwa. I am Kirigiri Kyoko, Guildmaster of the Independent Miners Guild.
14. It is relieving to see Bretonia learning their lessons.
15. It is disappointing to see your Kingdom misunderstanding their real meaning, still trying to play in position of force.
16.
17. However, there is a statement in which you are correct: time is essential for you.
18. The Guild's analytics have done their job perfectly, and performed a thorough analysis of the current situation, and it's looking rather grim for the Kingdom of Bretonia.
19. And let me be straight with you - Aland Shipyard is under no circumstances going to save you from defeat.
20. It is not suited for construction of any kind of warships, refitting it will take enormous time and resources - you have got neither of these. Even if the Kingdom of Gallia will give you enough time - in the end, you will get an unnecessary long and vulnerable supply line composed of one of the longest Trade Lanes in Sirius.
21. Norfolk battlegroup will not be able to cover such a huge distance, patrol and secure all of the lanes separating New London and Omega-3.
22. Trust me, with the resonance caused by your actions you've got more than enough entities willing to burn every single crippled warship that will be making it's way for maintenance and repairs.
23. Not to mention how Aland Shipyard was never meant for construction and maintenance of the Guild warships, it will definitely be unable to work as a backup shipyard you're seeking.
24.
25. As you have probably realized at this point - handing the shipyard in question over is out of the question, and it is not going to happen.
26.
27. However, we have considered giving you a different option.
28.
29. Construction of the ship maintenance facility at a different location, and i see Cardiff to be a perfect installation to fulfill that role.
30. We are aware that you have used a huge logistical fleet for the deployment of the troops to Gran Canaria.
31. Furthermore, you have dragged The Core into this conflict, their warships were seen in space around Aland on numerous occasions.
32.
33. Instead, all the aforementioned factors can serve a more peaceful goal - resource transportation to the construction site.
34. No one knows Cardiff better than we do.

37.
38. With the consideration of the prelude - we propose the following:
39.
40.
41.
Peace treaty will be signed and battlegroup Norfolk will immediately relocate to Cambridge to ensure the security of the construction site.
42.
Cardiff Mining Facility will be returned to The Guild under the joint administration and protection of Bretonia Armed Forces and Independent Miners Guild paramilitary, a contingent of Bretonia engineers will be allowed to stay and work aboard the station.
43.
At the swiftest pace and with the logistical assistance of The Guild and The Core, as well as the Merchant Navy (reinforced with the logistical units used for dispatching troops to Gran Canaria) to transport all the necessary materials to Cardiff Mining Facility. Once the shipments are completed - it will be turned into a backup shipyard, and, should the supplies keep pouring in - it should be able to handle the role entrusted to it fully until the conclusion of the Bretonia-Gallia war.
44.
The Guild and The Core assist the Bretonia engineers in maintenance of the crippled assets and supplying these operations. The Kingdom of Bretonia will not lay any claims on any of the Guild's assets within the Bretonia Sovereign Space and will not dispatch any marine garrison to the mentioned installations.
45.
The Kingdom of Bretonia will cease their hostilities with Rote Hessen Armee and will not willingly ignite further conflicts. The loss of Gwent will have to be forgiven as a necessary sacrifice.
46.
47.
48. With the collective efforts of the mentioned parties accomplishing this project will be possible.
49.
50. As a closing word - i am going to address yet another your concern - and it being the Red Hessian Armee.
51. I believe that The Kingdom of Bretonia might have a degree of understanding of the alliance between the Guild and the Armee.
52. In the times of need we are willing to accept any help, especially the one that is offered voluntarily.
53. To outline the best possible exemplar of the similar treaty - we would have to look back at the formal ceasefire treaty between the Kingdom and the Maltese Nation.
54. You have opened the doors to the archenemy of The Guild, not having a single complain on our side. Furthermore, the Maltese have assisted Bretonia on numerous, certainly playing their role in the current stalemate in the orbit of New London.
55.
56. Our situation in Omega-3 has a lot of similarities with the one in New London, even if they are not obvious at a first glance.
57.
58. I will make this clear for you: pushing in a desperate attempt to claim Aland Shipyard will not give you anywhere.
59. It will thin your forces even further. And you have got no way to maintain the damaged capital assets, mass production of snubcraft that is still possible on the surface of Cambridge and New London - is not a panacea.
60.
61. The Guild have presented you their terms, and a possible solution for your situation.
62. Should you accept them - and you may rely on a degree of assistance from our side.
63. Should you deny them - the fighting will continue, and The Guild will make sure you will not lay your hands on Aland Shipyard. Should you ever succeed - you will receive a pile of scrap that will take you months to restore and repurpose.
64.
65. Pick your options wisely, Prime Minister.
