Here's what I'm doing right now to test this on the Yoga Tab 3, my main device, game version still 3.0.1:

* Went to Android settings -> Apps -> デレステ -> press FORCE STOP and confirm it -> storage -> CLEAR CACHE and CLEAR DATA.

This should put the game back into a freshly-installed state so I can start a new unbound game, which I'll do now:

* opened デレステ
* game start dialog appears with choice of new game or data pull
* choose new game
* agree to license
* black screen with bottom-left loading bar lingers on screen for ten seconds, then I get "通信エラー / 通信タイムアウトしました" - connection error / connection timeout, like with infinite loading
* dialog to retry or go to title screen
* press retry
* game is loading (!!!), the first-time data download is happening with the New Generations trio loading screen
* first-time commu appears with Chihiro, and I skip it
* choose Uzuki as my center
* skip the next commu with the NG trio
* black loading screen with a one-panel comic
* get my first ten idols
* another commu that I skip
* tutorial time where the game shows the basic note types
* I do terribly because it's not set up the way I like, but I pass
* end of tutorial live result with more tutorial stuff
* yes/no note timing dialog, I press yes and do the timing adjustment thing
* another commu, I skip it
* more tutorial stuff, this time it's awakening
* another commu, skip
* tutorial wants me to play Onegai! Cinderella on Debut, so I'm doing it
* live is being played in 3D
* tap through live results
* another commu, skip
* tutorial has placed me in the room
* I put down the starting jukebox
* room tutorial info screens appear, I tap next to 4/4
* I press next to dismiss them
* bottom-right loading ring appears for ten seconds
* I get "通信エラー / 通信タイムアウトしました" - connection error / connection timeout
* retry dialog, I press retry
* connection timeout again
* retry dialog, I press retry again
* connection timeout yet again
* retry dialog, I press retry yet again
* success (!!!), now for another Chihiro commu, I skip it
* dialog for producer name, I enter "Test" and confirm it

* hmm, a single button okay dialog, unreadable to me except for the title unknown kanji, "move" (kanji), "time/hour" (kanji), "data" (katakana), "ga" (katakana), "convenient" (kanji), "new" (kanji), "sareteimasu" (hiragana), and the message "game" (katakana), "wo" (hiragana), "again" (kanji), unknown kanji, "move" (kanji), "shimasu" (hiragana), took a photo just in case
* press OK
* title screen, looks like it was just saying it was restarting the game
* touch to start
* black loading screen, Google Play Games appears, I press NEXT and CANCEL to skip it
* another NG trio big loading screen, this is going to take a while...
* black loading screen into daily login bonus into first-time login bonus
* Natsuki SSR splash screen
* home screen, get 250 star jewels (campaign?)
* menu tab, live settings, cut-in and effects off, small combo indicator, note type 4, press OK to confirm
* re-enter live settings, redo timing (other settings reset if you don't OK them first, which is dumb)
* LIVE tab, black loading screen with bottom-left loading bar, tap through some tutorial explanations
* set LIVE settings to low 2D and hit sounds off
* pick Onegai! Cinderella on Pro, set note speed to 9.2 and mute sound effects
* press the LIVE button to start, speed dialog appears one last time, press the pink button
* "通信エラー / 通信タイムアウトしました" - connection error / connection timeout, like with infinite loading

* choose Onegai! Cinderella on Regular without the rehearsal ticket
* pick guest idol, press button that shows note speed, press pink button to start live
* live itself goes fine, bottom-right loading ring appears for ten seconds, but eventually passes, and I get my live rewards as expected
* back at the live song select screen, I tap home
* on the home screen, press back to exit
* relaunch デレステ
* title screen, tap to start
* dialog to bind data, I skip it with the non-pink button
* home screen appears, press back to exit
