- Covet: -Eli made his way up from downstairs at the shop, walking in and closed the door behind him. He looked around for Bliss, since he hadn't been back up since his lunch break earlier. He kicked off his shoes, and placed them neatly by the door.-
- Tsaaq: Bliss was in the living room, reading on her tablet. She turned her head once the door opened. "Hello." She greeted before looking down to her iPad once more, trying not to sigh.
- Covet: -Eli looked over at Bliss who was in the living room with her head up- Lucy, I'm Home -He said giving her a warm smile hoping to brighten her mood, he walked over to her and gave her a kiss, before poking her buns- Have I mentioned your hair is really cute like this.
- Tsaaq: "It's alright." She sighed a little bit, moving her head away and trying to go back to reading her book. "Thank you." Bliss whispered.
- Covet: -He smiled and nodded his head, sitting down in the recliner.- What are you reading over there? -He asked her, as he looked through the stack of Comic boocks on the table-
- Tsaaq: She looked over to him then put her head down again so he wouldn't see her face. "Beautiful by Amy Reed. It's a little shorter than I'm used to but Hayley suggested it." She answered. "It's actually good." She shrugged.
- Covet: What's it about? -He asked having never heard the title before. He picked up one of the comics and started flipping through it finding where he last left off. He sat back against the chair and made himself comfortable, before looking back over at Bliss, watching her face still looking at her screen-
- Tsaaq: "Well, it's this good girl who moves to a new town and she wants to be in the 'it' crowd so she changes her look into a more alternative lone and that results in her meeting a very poisonous girl and starting a very detrimental frienship." She explained before shrugging. "It's very Hayley to be honest." She said.
- Covet: Are you sure it's not like her autubiography? Sounds like it's very stimulating though. I can see why she likes it. -He nodded his head, listening to her before he looked back down at the comic book in his hand.- Going to be able to finish it tonight?
- Tsaaq: Bliss shook her head. "This girl is more naive than Hayley though." She said. "But I do like it. Amy Reed seems to be a very good writer." She told Eli, looking down at her iPad and frowned. "Yeah, I've been reading all day. I'll be done before bedtime..."
- Covet: Ah, I see. I'm glad you are enjoying it. It seems to have provided you with a distraction at least. -He said softer, before broaching the next subject- Speaking of, have you heard anything from your family at all?
- Tsaaq: "Stop." She told him softly as she rose her hand to him at the mention of any of it. "I don't have time to concern myself with it." Bliss said quietly, swiping her finger so she could read the next page.
- Covet: -He closed his mouth and watched her for a moment then sighed looking back down at the pages of his comic, but he really wasn't paying much attention to what was going on in the plot.-
- Tsaaq: Bliss lifted her iPad and put it on sleep mode as she put it on the table. "Um..." She trailed off. "I think I'm just going to go to sleep." She said to Eli weakly.
- Covet: -He looked over to her raising an eyebrow- Oh? Uh..Okay...do you want company? -He asked her, frustrated that she was still blah about everything, because it was her dumb dad's fault.-
- Tsaaq: She blinked slowly and lowered her head. "Not really..." She trailed off. "I wish I could go home." Bliss said quietly. as she went to roll towards the bedroom.
- Covet: I mean.. I can take you back there if you want.. I don't want you to feel like you're stuck here... -he told her setting the comic down and getting up out of his chair.-
- Tsaaq: Bliss shook her head. "It's no use." She sighed with defeat. "I'll stay here."
- Covet: -Eli frowned and walked over to her, walking in front of her- Stop. Please. Is there anything I can do... To help make this whole thing... less upsetting?
- Tsaaq: She pursed her lips and put her hands in her lap. "I can't think of anything you could do since there's nothing anyone can really do."
- Covet: Well, let the record state that I don't like this. I want to make it better for you... but If there's nothing I can do... It's hard for me to accept that answer. -He said with a heavy sigh-
- Tsaaq: "They called while you were gone." Bliss said quietly. "My father had fled the country." She sighed then laughed incredulously. "And my mother isn't concerned. There, now you're forced to accept it." She lowered her head again.
- Covet: Why wouldn't you tell me this? -He asked her furrowing his brow, now even more irritated at her Dad, because PUSSY! Her laugh caught him off guard He set his jaw and frowned, leaning forward to press a kiss to her forehead- I'm going to let you head to bed. I'll even help tuck you in. But I think I'm going to get some story boards done up, and process a few things before I come to bed. Is that alright? -he asked her brushing her cheek with his thumb-
- Tsaaq: She sighed a little. "Alright." Bliss nodded her head slowly as she went into the bedroom, getting ready for bed rather slowly because she was sad.
- Covet: -He waited patiently for her, taking his phone out to send a message off to his Dad, while Bliss changed. He helped her get into bed and leaned over to look at her- I love you... and if you need me, I'll be in the next room, on the computer. -He pressed a kiss to her lips then leaned back up, heading out the bedroom door, leaving it open a crack.-
