The plan here is to get the initial A Line up and running.  It would have 3 Stations, one on the High Road (Leilon), one on the Long Road (Triboar) and one in Phandalin.  This effectively makes this the fastest and safest transportation there.  This will get people interested in the tech, and MUCH more willing and able to get out to Phandalin

We also offer Carriage/Taxi Service within the Phandalin area (With Relaxed rates for locals and employees, and package deals for tourists who arrive on the Rail.)

In addition we're picking up more staff for the main location itself, as well as getting a few farms built in the area to try and supplement and augment some of our own livestock and crops and take care of our horses in house.
