- Metal Man:
- -Charged altfire ride gear and rolling gear now both have 3 tics of hit protection, gear now has gravity after jumping off

- -All mainfire and altfire speed and damage values reverted to Public Beta 6, correcting an oversight resulting from changes to vanilla Spark Shock

- Pharaoh Man:

- Shade Man:
- -Altfire glare now has 1 second of freeze immunity after the freeze ends, swoop cooldown increased: 7 > 27

- -Mainfire explosion radius decreased: 96 > 36, ground flames now have 3 tics of hit protection

- Clown Man:
- -Assist movement speed increased: 4 > 8
- -Grounded altfire should now spawn more accurately to the crosshair
- -Aerial altfire ammo cost increased: 56 > 112, duration halved
- -Ult now launches Rompers that follow enemies around
- Aqua Man:
- -Grounded altfire tracking count reduced: 5 > 4, cooldown increased: 22 > 31
- Sword Man:
- -Ult total duration halved, damage increased: 5 > 10, can no longer be command grabbed during the move

- Cold Man:
- -Mainfire hop moved to altfire, can now be used without an active wall and has a longer cooldown on hit only to prevent an infinite (this cooldown is cancelled out when Ice Wall hits), mainfire critical hit now grants 1 second of stun immunity
- -Altfire cloud moved to thirdfire
- Pirate Man:
- -Mainfire now gives opponents a temporary speed boost on launch, making launches more difficult to repeatedly chain
- Magic Man:
- -Thirdfire direct damage decreased: 24 > 10, homing birds upwards launch speed decreased: 10 > 0.2, homing birds now lose homing after 32 tics (bird changes both apply to Ult mainfire ball as well)
- =MM9=
- Concrete Man:
- -Altfire stomp (charged and uncharged) now always does 10 per hit, hitbox size decreased: 64 > 40
- Tornado Man:
- -Mainfire startup decreased: 8 > 4, hit protection decreased: 8 > 6, knockback decreased: 35 > 30
- -Altfire can now be cancelled into Ult
- -Thirdfire no longer slows movement
- Plug Man:
- -Thirdfire continuous hit damage increased: 1 > 2, now uses double the ammo for each hit (effectively making the move play out twice as fast)
- Jewel Man:
- -Mainfire overlay cooldown increased: 5s > 9s, contact damage for each jewel count lowered: 4, 6, 8, 10 > 2, 3, 4, 5
- -Altfire cart max speed multiplier lowered: 2.0 > 1.2, now sprays rocks during the steering portion,steering portion duration increased: 25 > 75, rocks now bounce on surfaces twice, rocks now have higher gravity, rock damage decreased: 5 > 3
- Magma Man:
- -Assist now fires two projectiles per shot, projectile trajectory changed to be better at hitting closer to the totem, projectile gravity doubled, projectiles now have a small explosion on contact
- =MM10=
- Blade Man:
- -Altfire reworked: Slash portion removed, now has several tag-on slashes if hit within the first 5 tics, first hit damage decreased: 15 > 10, hitstun increased: 0% > 100%, landing lag increased: 4 > 22
- -Ult charge tier increased: 1 > 2
- Solar Man:
- -Head sun size increased: 20x40 > 20x60 (projectiles should no longer pass under it during altfire)
- -Thirdfire upwards launch velocity decreased: 60 > 30

- Fuse Man:
- -Altfire damage decreased: 6 > 3
- -Thirdfire can be vertically aimed during Ult
- =STARDROIDS=
- Venus:
- -Uncharged altfire damage is now consistent, all charge versions now bounce on walls
- -Thirdfire bubble maker now bounces on walls, debuff duration increased: 2s > 3s
- Terra:
- -Mainfire ammo cost increased: 7 > 9
- -Altfire damage decreased: 20 > 15, now uses secondary ammo, ammo cost increased: 14 > 112 (due to the difference in ammo count, this essentially means "half the bar > all the bar"), now vanishes after 8 tics
- -Thirdfire cooldown increased: 5 > 7, now freezes in place during the cooldown
- =KILLERS=
- Quint:
- -Health tier increased: Normal > Semi-strong (100 > 116)
- -Sakugarne mode mainfire now drops down while airborne
- -Altfire Sakugarne summon now drops farther away, Sakugarne mode altfire now has extra landing damage if airborne for long enough
- =GENESIS UNIT=
- Buster Rod G:
- -Assist now flies off as a projectile if left idle when summoned or when the flight timer runs out
- Hyper Storm H:
- -Frags with all attacks now fill half of the overlay bar
- -Mainfire shot now has 100% hitstun for 2 tics, damage increased: 18 > 19, now gives 10 overlay ammo on hit, close-range exhale max damage radius increased: 0 > 128, damage decreased for each level: 12, 24, 36, 48 > 9, 18, 27, 36
- -Altfire overlay ammo takes longer to start decreasing: 18 > 84
- -Second Ult charge tier decreased: 5 > 3, Junk Golem lifetime decreased: 15s > 10s (does not apply to assist version)
- =BONUS=
- Sniper Joe:
- -Apache Joe mainfire cooldown increased: 22 > 30, ground fire damage decreased: 8 > 4
- Micro Devil:
- -Mainfire no longer has hitstun
- -Altfire damage increased: 28 > 45, hit protection increased: 5 > 70, now drags opponents on hit, active time no longer gets extended from touching a floor or ceiling
- Dr. Wily:
- -Altfire now charges 1.33x faster
- -Skull-stocked altfire now has hitstun on all hits instead of only the first one, hitstun decreased: 100% > 10%, explosion count decreased: 19 > 9
- -Initial Skull Stock count increased: 1 > 2
