I have been an Admin and Mod for HeLLsGamers TF2 Servers for years and I know how to enforce the rules. I will not show you any proof because this is not a formal abuse report nor leadership consented meeting.

  77. Any ALL (ADMIN): warnings are server generalized. They are warnings for everyone in the server, even if a name is specified in them.
  78. And yes you were breaking the rules.

  99. As there were others talking before you on the mic when you started to talk, whether they were in your conversation or not, is under the parameters of the rule broken. "Do not talk over other members talking on the mic"
  100. I will refuse to answer any further questions as I have recorded proof as well as server demo recording that I executed the administrative procedures correctly and per the situation at hand. That includes the times of you talking over others and making noises on the mic.

  105. And you refuse to show me this, for reasons that you fail to provide. You realize this is not only extremely suspicious, as well as illogical, right? If you want to help someone out, and say to me that you were justified, then why do you refuse to show me your perspective? I might see it differently, and say to myself "Hm. Maybe I was doing something wrong and I just didn't realize."

  110. I provided the proof you requested. I provided the server rules and administrative rules procedures list. With that all in your hands you should see that I followed what was deemed necessary in the situation. I am not required to ask someone nicely to "please stop talking over others".
  111. This is one of the most common situations on the Trade 2 Server. There are multiple people who are warned and muted for the general issue of Mic spam. You need to take a second and read the rules so you understand my "perspective". I was enforcing the rules, I do not care abut including emotion/concern in any situation

  115. What you're doing is sending me out of context screenshots, you aren't piecing the entire puzzle together as to "why". I mean if you want to withhold evidence that would save both of us a lot of time, that'd be great. But I'll take your word for it. Also, don't you think admin warnings should be a little bit more specific?? I've been an admin on several servers for 7, nearly 8 years. I understand that you're following protocol and all that. I get it. But if you have evidence further than this, I just don't get why you're prohibiting me from seeing a recording that would clear this entire ordeal up.
