  5. * 2 loaves (6x9 pans)

  7. ## Wet Ingredients
  8.  
  9. * 3 eggs
  10. * 16oz pumpkin puree
  11. * 1 cup vegetable oil
  12.  
  13. ## Dry Ingredients
  14.  
  15. * 3 cups flour
  16. * 3 cups sugar
  17. * 1 tsp baking soda
  18. * ½ tsp baking powder
  19. * 1 tsp salt
  20. * 1 tsp allspice
  21. * 1 tsp ground cloves
  22. * 1 tsp cinnamon
  23. * 1 tsp nutmeg

  25. ## Directions

  27. * Preheat oven to 350°F
  28. * Mix wet ingredients until oil is worked into mixture
  29. * Sift dry ingredients
  30. * Add dry ingredients and blend well
  31. * Grease & fill loaf pans ½ - ¾ full
  32. * Bake 45 min - 1 hour at 350°F
  33. * Let rest - bread is ready when inserted toothpick comes out clean
