- 1. getting both source (old and new).
- 2. renamed the old.orig.tar.bz2 file to new.orig.tar.bz2
- 3. then in new_source/debian/control and new_source/debian/changelog modified accordingly.
- 4. then in new_source/ ran "debuild -S -sa -kkeyid" (it says detected source change, run dpkg-source --commit)
- 5. So then I ran dpkg-source --commit and save it as debian/patches/patch
- 6. then I ran "quilt push -a"
- 7. then "quilt refresh"
- 8. then again ran "debuild -S -sa -kkeyid"
- 9. then "dpkg-buildpackage -S -sa -kkeyid"
- 10 then "dput ppa:~pavelsayekat/aspell-bn-git aspell-bn_0.02-1-3ubuntu1_source.changes"
- which resulted in https://pastebin.com/kisbhpyX
