Why #1: Its been about two years since Amaranth took Aleisa and several others to Gekko city, Capital of earth which has been utterly and horribly devastated by the events that took place that day. First fell Xernim though Aleisa did not see the fight take place she did see what happened next... after all she lived it. After Amaranth had played darts with Xernim and his key like blades they had all been taken to those ruins... and then? Systematically destroyed with a ease that seemed supernatural by the savage saiyan who had only one desire.

Take coal and create diamonds.

First fell Turok who put up a valiant fight but was destroyed by the spiraling red energy that seemed to rise constantly without pause. Its destructive properties seemed to be without limit, Next came her recently acquired teacher who used such strange techniques that Aleisa was unable to recognize most of them. But what did struck out was her strange ability to summon a Stand. A ability shared by Aleisa herself... Yet even she fell to the might of Amaranth, The next fight was laughable. It was herself against this man who had taken down giants and well... She wasn't even worth a second of his time as she was slammed across the landscape somehow surviving only due to Ashes to Ashes keeping her alive and from being impaled on sharp metal from the ruins around them, Next was Maya the saiyan who seemed to have been knocked into a coma at the bar. Her strange energy glowing across her body as she too was knocked out relatively easily.

Then came the big names. Dorian who was capable of great feats was one of the first to actually do a measure of damage. His very courage empowering him to great heights as he fought against this seemingly unyielding energy. Limitlessly growing stronger and stronger until it eventually overcame the warrior of courage and left only one challenger to remain to face that threat. Argyris A. Chase who wielded the same kind of energy as Maya... and in far greater amounts as he was quick to show. He fought Amaranth to a near defeat. The savage warrior weakened by those who were capable to contribute but still he too fell. The savage king on the cusp of defeat yet still victorious over those present.

Why #2: It was that event that made her decide she would never be weak again. She would grow stronger through defeat even if it killed her. Working to become stronger all while underneath the tutelage of Alexis. Though in the end it seemed that her training while effective still wasn't enough just yet as she fought a half demon unknowing of their great power and while only one attack was needed to truly damage the woman. Her victory was still without merit as she quickly found herself defeated after unleashing her grand trump card the Kikoho. Her body would lay crumpled beneath the massive axe of Claire Kasarin and the malicious energy of her Muramasa.

Luckily her teacher Alexis was there to keep her from being harmed should the half demon decide to finish her off then and there or even worse torture her for the rather humiliating amount of damage she had done in one attack. But she had decided against it. Having been beaten to a point where she would not prosper from attempting to fight the watching Alexis who after picking her up brought her to medical bay of the ship to recover from the damage that was done to her. After which a talk about how her stand seemed to actually be ALIVE she found herself at what used to be the church. Destroyed beyond recognition by a fight between  Amaranth and Kombu, The later horribly disfigured by the rather horrifying power that the former possessed. It was a reminder of the grim times that awaited them if they could not over come this unbreakable wall and the potential death that they might all have to bare witness to.

Physically shaken by the rather horrifying actions committed against Kombu she only grows more aware of the feelings inside of her, and it doesn't help with Amaranth declaring that he will kill the next person to challenge him and fail to improve in some manner or way. The feelings that are slowly leading her towards the path that will either bring her a step towards godhood or barreling down to the pits of defeat. Only time will tell however if she has what it takes to step up to the plate that so many people have died upon...

Why #3: Sitting in the bar, Aleisa was talking to the others when she decided she wanted to stretch asked if anyone would go a round with her, However Kombu who had been defeated just the other day by Amaranth commented on how he was still healing, Reminding the human of her own frailty and inability to stand up for even a second against the almost god like master of spiraling red energy. Her mind could still feel the vicious blow that had nearly killed her if it was not for her Stand "Ashes to Ashes" saving her by diverting her course from some scrap that would of impaled her. She was still ever so grateful to the stand who has proven to be actually responsive. Examining things around it as if though it were sentient.

And it was

Ashes to Ashes was aware of the world around it. Not just a projection of her fighting spirit anymore but a actual being who was alive. She gave her advice in the middle of battle against Claire Kasarin, Informing her to avoid the powerful looking axe that was rushing to cut through her with all other thoughts abandoned by the dark axe wielder. Still as Aleisa stared off into the distance she could not help but understand that she had to just push herself a step further and then some. If it took all that she had to bring forth the power within her then she would give it and.. PLUS ULTRA
