Making Public Gist:
1. Visit GitHub Gist
2. Type in valid username/password if you had account in GitHub Gist
3. Press login
4. Verify login succeeds
5. Click on "New Gist" to create a "New Gist"
6. Create the Test Scenario in the field
7. Click "Create Public Gist"
8. Verify that public gist scenario is successfully created
