  1. MM7 Cutscene RNG rundown & factoids:
  2. The spread of best to worst RNG for MM7 cutscenes is 48.5 seconds. Here's a couple comparisons I made from the spreadsheet to keep in mind if you're grinding Rockman 7 for good RNG.

  4. -Rockman 7 saves 19.6 seconds from faster text before the RNG cutscenes are calcuated. The cutscenes provide an opportunity to increase that save to 36.4 seconds total or ultimately lose 12.1 seconds against the US version.
  5. -The average time loss/gain from cutscenes is weighted heavier in the first 4 stages: ~22 seconds vs. ~14.
  6. -Roll is usually better than Auto, except in Slash and Turbo (marginally worse) and Burst (significantly worse).
  7. -The best non-Light outcome is Roll in Shade, only a 2.2 second loss.
  8. -An average of 8 Roll/Auto cutscenes still saves 0.1 seconds over the US version, though the worst 8 combinations loses 12.1 seconds to it.
  9. -On average, getting 2 Lights is about even with the US version, anything less is probably losing time.
